To be honest, it's quite difficult to call it a park. Cars used to drive along this street, but it has long been pedestrian. The most beautiful time here is spring when the discs bloom. The place is quite well maintained due to the fact that it is the city center and the regional akimat right there. Now there is also a bust of the legendary chess player Ufimtsev. The only thing that confuses many trees are already old and young seedlings, although they are planted every year, the survival rate leaves much to be desired
