I want to note right away that the water quality is good. However, I cannot say the same about the quality of customer service. When I talk to them in the chat, they communicate with me as if they are doing me a huge favor. It happened several times when I made an order, and the next day it was not delivered to me- because it was a day off)) That's it! THE COMPANY will hire good managers!!!!

Terrible service! Dirty bottles, obviously not used 10 times, but 10, and also leaky and instead of apologies, deception and nothing good... they do not issue checks and clearly avoid taxes
