The hero of the Nart epic, the rider on the magic horse Arash sending an arrow to the stars, is depicted on the coat of arms of the Republic of Abkhazia. The image of Sagittarius with a bow means a lot in the land of the Soul. In the Seaside Park of New Athos there is a statue in the form of a well -built archer. Apparently, he had already sent his next arrow into the sky. At the feet of Sagittarius, you can see the figure of a huge eagle, defeated by his arrow. There are inscriptions on the bow that are difficult to read due to the poor preservation of the sculpture. The sculpture is still in satisfactory condition. Unfortunately, the attitude towards her is such that she may soon cease to give aesthetic pleasure from her contemplation.
