The Internet is not bad, but sometimes there are accidents for which money cannot be returned and cannot be extended for a day. I asked to throw the wire as it is held on snot, they demand money for calling the master and for the wire. I might as well connect a modem. It is not clear what we are paying for.

Since 2012, I have been serviced by SCS Telecom, but in the last two or three years, the service in this company has become very poor, I do not know how in other companies, but here they cannot fix the breakdown for several days. Perhaps weak technical staff or unwillingness to work at the end of the week. But that's not how professionals work. It has already happened several times that if there is no Internet at the end of the week, then no one will restore it to you on Friday and Saturday, there is no Internet on weekends, but we pay the money for a full month. After another "no Internet weekend", I think that this should not continue any further, and we need to look for another company. The subscriber is 187-20-108.

They do not accept an application for repairs on the day of the day! I.e. If your connection is broken, then they will come to fix the problem at best the next day, and they require payment on time! As a signalman, I know that any malfunction must be fixed immediately! It's good that Beeline and Kazakhtelecom came to our residential complex. Now there is a lot to choose from, but I will not choose This provider!
