The base used to be called Almatau, a good slope for beginners, natural snow without guns, but alas, snow trucks are not used every day. The slope is wide, which is very convenient and safer than in narrow places at other resorts. Of the advantages for skiers, there are no snowboarders here, probably the first resort for skiers only. There is a cafe, equipment rental, and a children's camp. Kids are taught to ski. That's just when a lot of people create a queue, but not the same as on Chime and BOS, you pass quickly. Previously, there was a lift (now dismantled) for beginners a little to the right of the main route. If the school had been moved there, the capacity would have increased significantly. One more moment, they forget to add snow at the bottom on the descent to the lift, there are often stones. According to the cable car, I would like to extend the "Doppelmeer mop", otherwise when you ride alone, it is very inconvenient, you slip off. Overall, it's a great place, I rode here in my youth, but there were more cable cars. One more thing, when you waste the slope, do not forget to break up the mounds along the rise of the hillock and throw snow on the bald patches. Overall, a great place, almost no queues, reasonable prices. I like it better than on Chima and Lesnaya skazka + parking is free near the ski lift, very convenient. Additional expenses for the eco-post, but it's a penny, the cafe is inexpensive, but you can also take a snack with you up to the 2nd floor and have a meal, drink tea.
I spent the weekend here with my family. There are guest houses with the most beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms are warm, cozy, have everything you need, breakfast is included
Meals for an additional fee, everything is very tasty at home. The network, the Internet catches quite well for a mountainous area. The staff are good, kind people, answered all requests in a timely manner, in general, they know a lot about high-quality service. As for the area, in fact, the landscapes here are incredibly beautiful, there are a lot of colors in autumn. There are places to walk, several trails in different directions and, best of all, they are not too urbanized and at the same time it is quite easy to walk through the mountains. Nearby, as I found out later, Bukreev peak (Pioneers), at first glance the route is easy, I plan to climb in the near future. And by the way, the road is good, asphalt to the recreation center, of course there are ascents, I think you can climb on a passenger car without any problems.
I liked the place, I recommend visiting and spending a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city and smog..
The location is steep, the slope is excellent and not sharp. The staff is excellent, the instructors are active and fast. I would especially like to highlight instructor Daulet, with the experience of a guy who is obviously a professional in his work, he calmly explains and shows. He advises competently, has taught children to ride, to put on skis. I advise everyone to be a super - instructor.
The elevator often breaks down. The yoke is uncomfortable. The track is not prepared at all. But the nature is gorgeous) + responsive staff who are ready to help with everything. You can only get there with all-wheel drive! Or walk 400 meters with gear)
The place itself is good, but on New Year's Eve it's better to run away from there. We were there on January 12, and as a result, the expensive skis (our own) were scratched to the metal by fans of hiking on other people's skis with ski boots. During the children's camp season, there are no ski rentals at all, everything is disassembled for the camp. And the camp participants themselves like to climb without waiting in line and run over other people's skis. But the camp counselors don't care, and it's more expensive to reprimand a crowd of puberty.
It was a great camp, I found new apps, we went to the mountains a lot, visited museums, they gave us a badge for conquering Bukreev Peak, there are days with performances and discos
I was in this camp, the best
+fresh air
+many beautiful places
+comfortable rooms
+A lot of hiking
- Roma and Umit did not get married(
The coolest counselor is umiyit
In general, I advise everyone, a cool camp😙
It's a great place. We were vacationing with our family for the New Year. I was very pleased that there were practically no queues. The staff is very polite. The houses are very warm, cozy, and comfortable. The good news is that there is its own kitchen, delicious, at home. The instructors are very experienced, you could safely entrust a child. Rest Now only in the "Pioneer"
Excellent base. It is relatively easy and fast to get from the city. The staff is polite and courteous. Competitive prices for rental and lifts. It's a great option for beginners and children! A good hotel for those who wish. There is a cafe with hot tea.
A great place, the staff is very polite, Kind, the nature is cool, it's a pity that I suffered from the snow, we hope that the officials will still make the right decision and help the really significant resorts of their region, the country as a whole
An ideal place for beginner skiers. The nature is good, the accessibility is also excellent, you can just take the bus. A budget option. I recommend this place.
Thank you for the adaptive skating for special children ❤️ We really enjoyed both roller skating and skiing 😍 Stanislav is a wonderful coordinator 👍🏽 I hope this program will work for many years, it is a great help for parents of children with special needs
Plus , while the child is studying , you can walk through the mountains , where there is incredible energy 🙌🏼
Boots, boots 6 thousand tenge. Skipass must be paid, 2000 tenge on a working day, 4000 tenge on a weekend. Instructor 12 thousand one hour. Everything is perfect. The cashier girl can be confused, it is better to observe for yourself.
I have a question whether we will pay the administration 14 thousand special children for one hour with an instructor, 12 thousand for the second hour? Waiting for an answer
They put their children and wife on skis here. For children and women, it's the best. There are no crazy "professionals" flying down. The prices are affordable, if you can say that about skiing
The lift is noisy. The rooms are expensive. When renting a room, there is no information from the administrator. Straight zero. Even the fact that breakfast is included in the price. They don't offer different rooms. Locks don't lock on doors. It is better not to take lunches. Expensive and not tasty. It is better to go to a cafe near the ski lift and eat there. On the plus side, the rooms are very warm.
The place is very good, but requires maintenance and repair. Clean air, sunshine and a good mood are provided. The slope is good, it's not scary even for beginners
A wonderful children's camp with excellent counselors, good food, good living conditions, constant entertainment, hiking in the mountains and friendly administration.
I RECOMMEND IT!!!!!
I skied here for the first time in my life. Instructor Dmitry explained and showed everything clearly. Before the start, I didn't understand how to control these things at all, and an hour later I was already going down at speed with great pleasure)
A cozy family-run mountain resort. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent instructors. Shower hosts. The only thing is, it's hard to get there without your own transport.
It is required to pay for entry into the territory. Ideal for entry level. Rent is slightly more expensive than in the city, 5000 tenge without clothes; ski passes for 2000 plus 6000 for the weekend. It is cheaper to rent ski passes in the city.

According to my children who have been in this camp for a whole week: An excellent camp of educators, very good, very friendly with the educators. They want to do it again next year.
Getting to Pioneer in winter is a feat.
But when you get there, you will rest for sure.
There is absolute silence upstairs, broken only by snow cleaners and the barking of dogs.
There is a dining room, the food is normal, ordinary, but don't expect something delicious and soups too.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The rooms are normal with a bathroom and a TV, the bed is comfortable. There is a great potential for development here.
An excellent healthy complex, of course there is only one trana, but for how big it is, the snow is very good, the skis are also at an excellent level, the only thing that lacks choice.
According to the first expectations, I liked the camp even very much, but when we began to delve into it in more detail. we realized that the counselors treat the guys to leave them alone, the food is terrible, they found foreign objects in the food. there are no hygiene products in the shower.
A super place. The rest was great. The staff is very good.

It's a good place to roll out the kids and relax.
It's fine to live for a couple of days. Take what you need with you, the shops are very far away. There is no refrigerator in the room.
