The worst place for which we paid ~ $500 per day.
So, we rented a 6-bed room in one of the cabins. Upon arrival, they found that there was a huge puddle under the bed in one of the rooms. Water was flowing from the windows.
We called, they promised to send us a cleaner, but no one came for 3 days.
It was cold in the rooms, just like outside. The heating wasn't working in the other room. There is no underfloor heating.
The TV doesn't work, we couldn't watch a movie or at least something.…The wizard that was called could not resolve the issue.
Sockets are not provided, almost all are occupied by batteries, which do not heat the word at all. It was very cold in the shower, it was terribly unpleasant to wash there.
There is no clean drinking water in the kitchen. In general, the hospitality is very strange and there is no concept of service.
As for breakfast, 3/10. There is little choice and no luxury. At the entrance, they ask for coupons, which we were not given / not told about at the registration.
Let's say the day before, the Soup included a large selection of seafood, meat, exotic fruits, compotes and free coffee for each person. This comparison is appropriate so that you have somewhere to grow and someone to focus on.
As for me, it's better to rent a room for ~ 2000 SOM in Karakol and take a taxi to the ski area.

Overall, everything is great. But - it is necessary to insulate the floor of houses. It's icy, and because of this, it's cold on the 1st floor of the house, we were sitting in sweaters.

The hotel turned out to be a real nightmare. considering that the room price is $ 500 per day. we booked 3 cabins. In total, we spent about $4,000 in a couple of days. what was included in this amount:
Our stay here left only unpleasant impressions. The room was EXTREMELY cold, despite the hotel's promises of running heating. The batteries were dirty. The children were frozen and all slept in hats.
The furniture also left much to be desired: the chairs looked as if they hadn't been washed in decades, and one armchair in the room was broken to such an extent that it was simply dangerous to use it.
The bathroom turned out to be an even bigger disappointment. IT's COLD in the toilet!!! THERE IS NO HEATING!
And this despite the fact that only one roll of toilet paper was provided for all hotel guests! How can you ensure a comfortable stay if even such little things as toilet paper are not enough? There is not enough water in the boiler for everyone, take it into account right away! the shower, of course, splashes in different directions. It's very cold to get out of the shower.
Dirt is everywhere! everywhere you look, everything is dirty, sink, microwave, cutting board, curtains.
The door in the room was not locked, which created a feeling of complete insecurity and lack of privacy. But the most unacceptable aspect was the terrible sound insulation. The noise from the street and the neighboring rooms penetrated so strongly that it seemed as if you lived right on the street. Sleep was constantly disrupted, which affected the rest.
The food deserves special attention. The kebabs were brought ice cold. not just cooled down, but frostbitten. at 17.00 we ordered pilaf. by 20.00 they said they would be ready. they brought it by 21.00. the bill went out to 14.000som
. the socket next to the bed is not provided, the phone must be left on the floor. the socket next to the bed is occupied by a heater. there is a choice: either freeze completely or charge the phone. I chose the first one.
Overall, this hotel left a terrible impression. I am deeply disappointed with the living conditions, and I am sure that I will never want to return here again.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all!
