We ordered metal tiles, the manager didn't know about the free shipping promotion. They promised to notify us about the delivery time in a couple of days, but everything turned out differently. The driver called and said that "half an hour and he's there." I had to rush to find out who would unload it on a forklift and how, because a side-loading car with a manipulator does not work. The material is good in principle, we consulted and told the positive and negative sides.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before. 03/31/2025 a modular metal tile with a thickness of 0.5 mm was shipped, in fact the foreman measured it with a 0.47 micrometer, so I'm sorry, along with the coating! We went to the office in Novolotsk, Elena, the manager is not competent in these matters at all, there is zero sense. I understand perfectly well that there are tolerances, but sorry, 0.45 is too much to give out for 0.5. I wrote an e-mail complaint today and a request to throw off all the documents on this metal and, most importantly, the batch, etc. of metal from which they rolled. There is silence in response. I'll go to the consumer protection department and give the metal for examination.
