I gave my shoes for repair and cleaning.

He directly clarified whether the shoes would be painted after painting and maybe it would be worth washing them again - they replied that they could be worn immediately and would not leave any traces.
As a result: there are no questions about cleaning and repair, it was done well. But the shoes as a whole were turned into felt-tip pens for me. His hands are constantly black and he has already dyed several pairs of socks. The car wash didn't help. Despite the good repair, the shoes were eventually ruined.

They brought sneakers here in the hope that the old workshop is still working and will do everything efficiently and in a short time. Not only was there a boorish attitude on the phone, the deadlines for the delivery of shoes were overdue, there was no specifics on the date when I could pick up the shoes, until she forced me to answer my questions, so also spoiled sneakers. Expensive sneakers have now turned into sloppy, poorly stitched. Unfortunately, you will not return the money for them. Think before you bring shoes here, because it is unlikely that you will take them at least in the same condition as they were handed over here. Bad service, bad work, and the cost is like in good workshops. Even one star is a lot.

Раньше была нормальная тут была другая мастерская с отличным обслуживанием , хорошим качеством,индивидуальным отношением, сжатыми сроками и нормальными ценами , а теперь , сроки две недели , цена "очень деньги нужны" , а отношение - всё равно кто-то найдётся , по качеству работ не могу сказать -не устроил подход и сервис.

Относила оригинальные найки на засклейку Носиков, мало того, что мне в течении месяца никто не звонил, так еще когда я еле дозвонилась, мне сказали: «ждите еще неделю».
Отвратительно заклеили!
Когда принесла кроссовки мне сказали снимайте шнурки и отрывайте стельку, с чего я просто ……..
Это отвратительная мастерская, худшая из худших!
Вам закрыться пора, не портите людям обувь!

Крайне не рекомендую
Отдала сумку michael kors на покраску и чистку. Сумка стоила порядка 800 р. Отдавала я глянцевую сумку, а получила матовую и потрескавшуюся, вся фурнитура была так же замазана краской, никто даже не очистил ее после своей неаккуратной работы. Прождала ее 7 недель. Теперь сумка только на выброс.

Почистили кросы нормально, как и сам бы смог. В адидасах буст не отчистилась подошва. Возможно дело в кросах, но ожидал лучшего.
