For the most part, not a very pleasant contingent: a lot of low-volume matting, rudeness (a la pushing your chair) and defiant behavior.
The staff is slow but very polite. A distinctive plus is good cocktails.

The menu is like in a street cafe, the tomahawk steak was not cooked like that. I think they focus on hookahs for the most part.
