A very cool hotel.
We rested for a couple of days, cleaning daily.
Very good breakfasts, not a buffet, but everything is very satisfying and a lot. One breakfast is enough for dinner.
The stunning territory of the hotel, there are gazebos, a spa, after walking through the forest and mountains, what you need.
Comfortable rooms built of timber.
We lived in a standard room, extra. the place was an armchair - bed, but surprisingly very comfortable. Everyone slept well.
The restaurant has a large menu, reasonable prices, and large portions.
Upon departure, they gave a gift for the road, a trifle, but very pleasant. It is from such trifles that the general opinion about the hotel is formed

We were from 08/11/14 to 08/16.24 a beautiful hotel, the location is impressive, but the staff is good, but no matter how 👎🏻 During these 5 days, cleaning was once only and then with our request, the linen was also changed only at the request of the Admins set their own rules, evening admins ask to vacate the gazebo for "guests who booked earlier" daytime admins claim there are no such rules. Upon departure, the administrator rudely asked to vacate the room faster and did not give us treats for the road, which the hotel treats all guests upon departure.

The hotel has interesting narrow streets in European style, all the buildings are made of log wood and looks very beautiful. The restaurant in 2 floors, the interior is all made of wood, I liked the kitchen, so I gave 5 points.

In the house where they lived, the lock on the front door did not close from the inside, they had to lock the children from the outside with a key so that the door was locked at night. The kettle in the room did not work. The room has not been cleaned since the second day of rest. The trash can went astray, but the administration did not deign to replace it. The toilet paper ran out on the third day, it was not brought anymore, although I asked several times for it to be brought. I had to use my own. We moved into two houses for 4 people. Every morning, 3 0.5liters of water were brought to each house for four people. They probably saved water for us. The coffee machine broke down in the restaurant on the territory of the Cliff. A stream of coffee and milk poured diagonally, forming a puddle on the floor. On the first day of rest, we went to the pool (on the territory of the Cliff). The pool is cold, 25 degrees., the hammam is cold, you open the door to it, there is not even a steam. There is a cold dry sauna opposite the hammam. I and other vacationers began to get indignant. They started lying to us that they couldn't add the water temperature, saying that then the water would bloom. The hammam supposedly should automatically become warm by itself. As a result, the pool remained cold that day, the saunas got a little heated, but not enough. In the days following the complaints, the pool was made much warmer and the saunas hotter. Conclusion: they were cunning, they probably saved electricity. The lake, which is in the immediate vicinity of the Cliff, turns out to be dirty. It turns out that something is being poured into it. Locals disdain to swim in this lake. As for eating in any cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Cliff, be prepared for the fact that when you receive a receipt for payment, it will contain 10% more than in the price list with dishes. These 10% are charged for the service. You cannot give up this 10%. Unpleasant. For the sake of objectivity, it's boring in the Rock, there's absolutely nothing to do. Among the entertainment on the territory of the cliff for very young children is a small playground with slides and swings. For those who were older, there was a table tennis table, and bicycles could also be rented. Food in restaurants and cafes is a hack, for example: bones were thrown into the lagman instead of meat, a round potato was thrown into the soup. It turned out to be damp. We took a piece of Napoleon cake. He's like a rag. You can't break it off with a spoon, you can't cut it off with a knife. Therefore, decide for yourself whether to go to the KZ on vacation or not. I'll pass, I won't go anymore. Shame

A very cozy, beautiful and original hotel! The breakfasts are gorgeous, the design of the houses and buildings are very beautiful. Everything is made of log cabin, which guarantees you a pleasant smell and fresh air in the rooms. A swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and a hammam are included in the price. A great place to relax with family and friends. There are comfortable gazebos in the courtyard where you can eat, drink and chat with the company. The staff is responsive and polite, the service is excellent. Convenient location, the lake, cafes and shops are just around the corner. There is also karaoke with reasonable prices. There is a sauna and a playground with swings, mountains and a trampoline. Cottages from 140 thousand, prices bite a little. When checking in, please count the dishes, there was an embarrassment at check-out, there were initially 7 glasses, but they said they left 10. They could not prove that there were no 10. I had to pay for non-existent glasses, so I took off the 1 star.

I decided to come to Borovoye and book a hotel.
I found this option on the booking page, I realized from the photo that the price-quality ratio is excellent.
I am from the Russian Federation, booking via a booking card does not work, so the staff went to book a meeting, without any prepayments.
I arrived and paid in cash. They settled right away. Everything is fine 👍👍👍
The staff is very friendly and adequate. They explain everything! The territory of norms. There are lights everywhere.

I took a rest for 2 days, everything is fine! They checked in right away, although I arrived ahead of time, and offer lunch! In April, they had a special offer - lunch and dinner were included!
The kitchen is excellent, special thanks to the cook for the delicious cuisine: the breakfast is so hearty, in addition to being very tasty, the cook presents it so beautifully! Lunches and dinners are also hearty.The dishes are all different, they don't repeat themselves! Everything is provided: the cafe is cozy, the chairs are colored, the dishes are beautiful!
The room is clean, warm and cozy - everything is made of wood.All bath items are available: 3 towels, bath accessories.
There is a shower stall in the room, everything is new!
