December, 2024. Booking via the official website. The car was needed in Urgench, for a trip to the Aral Sea. The car was brought from Bukhara, especially for us. Yes, it's not cheap, but there are simply no other options at this time of the year. Local rental companies from Khiva/Urgench was offered simpler cars that were not suitable for the trip. Off-road tours from local guides were priced as rental (and this was taking into account the arrival from Bukhara).
Payment is made using a Russian card, and we sent a payment link through the website without any problems. Also a deposit. The deposit was returned immediately, as agreed, in 10 days, to the Russian card. Communication via TG, phone. Everything is detailed, clear

I took a car in Tashkent and returned it in Samarkand.

I placed an order for a Chevrolet Cobalt a few weeks before the trip via the website. The company contacted me only three days after registration, by mail, asked if I wanted Cobalt and if so, they asked me to send them the documents for booking. I received a confirmation from the official website!! So, I arrived in Tashkent, got to the office of the company and what? They tell me that there was a malfunction and that my reservation is not there, and in general, for some reason it has not been confirmed, and the letter does not mean anything at all. And (amazing thing!!) at the moment, there is not a single free economy class car that costs $ 40, but in half an hour they are ready to give me a car of a higher class for $ 108! And like they'll make a discount - I'll pay only $ 200 in two days. I was shocked, to put it mildly, all my plans went down the drain, I asked how I could arrange a taxi at least to the lake I was going to. They said that they have such a service, the driver will take you for $ 70. Since I was already upset and had no desire to spend my days in Tashkent alone, I reluctantly agreed to this money. The driver, by the way, was normal, drove him, brought him, stopped where he asked, the trip went well. But a) it's expensive and b) I was just screwed with the rental initially. It's good that I thought of not agreeing to $108. In short, I do not recommend it!!
We took a Camry for a month. I was pleased with the service and the clear KP. The car was quickly taken away. Clean, the interior is not smoky. When we get to Tashkent, we'll take more!

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SERVICE IN UZBEKISTAN!!!! This is not a service provided by the company. I ordered a car almost 2 months ago at the beginning of January. They promised to call back and confirm within 3 days. No one called or wrote. It is not possible to get through on your own at the specified phone numbers! The booking confirmation was in the official SIXT app and in your personal account. I decided to make sure again and wrote to the Customer Service: is everything all right - in response, I received confirmation that there is an order number, everything is in order - do not worry. A few days ago, to clarify the plans, I looked into the SIXT application and my personal account. There was NO booking for me!!! Even traces and history. Nothing at all!!! All that remains is a written confirmation in the mail from the central office. I wrote a letter to SIXT Uzbekistan, what's going on? Where is my order. To which I received the answer that we can provide you with such a car only with a driver (the ordered car is a minivan). No regrets, nothing... In response, I wrote that this is the first time I have come across such a service from SIXT (in EU, UK, USA, maximum courtesy, help, car class improvement), but here they just deleted the application). It would be very "fun" for the visiting group of travelers to find out about this upon arrival.... DO NOT USE THE SIXTH Uzbekistan. You will be deceived and they will do it unexpectedly!!! It's a pity you can't put -100 here. In response, I was offered a small car (REno Captive) for $ 100 per day

Good rental. Everything is clear, in a European way. We took a Tracker, went to Chimgan. The car is fresh, in good condition, there are no mileage restrictions for the day, they paid extra for a hard hat, it will not be superfluous on Uzbek roads). We recommend it!
