The hotel is generally good, I liked it.
Upon arrival, I was first checked into a room lower in class than the one I ordered (the air conditioner was broken), after 2 days they moved me to my room, they gave me a 200 Baht discount.
I liked the final room, the 3rd floor, the view of the jungle under the moonlight, impressed me. There are buildings all around, it's not a wild jungle. The hotel is far from the sea, it takes 20 minutes by car. It's better not to walk - the whole way is on the side of the highway. In general, the hotel is located in a good area, there are villas on the territory in addition to the hotel, there are two small ponds, but the way to the hotel runs through not very rich houses.
Parking is available, there are 7 cars. There is a barrier in front of the entrance.
The Deluxe room is clean, has a spacious balcony, a kitchen, a table + chairs, a sofa (not very large, it will be uncomfortable to sleep on it, but it depends on height), a refrigerator, a small safe. The bathroom and bathroom are combined, the bathroom is simple and without frills. They clean it every day. The bed is comfortable and large. The air conditioner works well, it cools the room in 20-30 minutes.
