A wonderful hotel within walking distance of all the attractions in the center of Samarkand. Cozy warm rooms (we stayed in winter), hearty breakfasts, helpful hosts.

First the pros: excellent location to explore the central attractions of Samarkand. The standard rooms on the second floor are good, double at least, spacious, not hot, the bathroom is normal. On the first floor there is a large audibility of neighbors, we changed the room to the second floor and were satisfied. The dining room is cozy, without chic, with a shared kitchen, refrigerator, always available. There is tea, melon, watermelon from the owner (we were at the end of September). Breakfast is prepared in different ways. We had cutlets with a side dish, the next day pancakes with meat and cottage cheese, you can ask for scrambled eggs. There are boiled eggs. In general, modestly, but not hungry. The host is very welcoming and friendly, explains and tells everything. The price is budget. About the cons: there was no cleaning in the room for three days, maybe I should have asked, but we managed. Terrible toilet paper, it's better to buy your own. And it is also better to buy soap or bring it with you. Photos of the hotel and rooms on the booking correspond, they were not photographed additionally.

They refused the hotel, because there was no toilet or shower in the room. The room had two beds and facilities in the courtyard. Although nothing was said about such numbers on the Booking. Neither said nor shown.

A lovely guest house.
It is 3 minutes from the Gur Emir Mausoleum and a 15-minute walk to delicious food next to the boulevard.
A very helpful host, met and settled us at 12 at night, and on the last day cooked breakfast before it started so that we could leave well-fed.
The breakfasts are simple, but very tasty and all three days were different. They are prepared especially for your arrival.
Everything in the room is clean, fresh and tidy. There are toothbrushes and shampoos, a hair dryer, a TV and air conditioning, as well as additional blankets: 2 light and 2 very warm. On the 2nd floor there is a balcony with a view of the mausoleum and the mahalla.
I recommend it to everyone!

This is the best guest house I've been to (and I've been to many places and in different countries)! Convenient location 3 minutes from the Gur Emir mosque, homemade delicious breakfasts and the main attraction is the owner of Utkur: a very hospitable, cheerful, interesting interlocutor who will answer any questions! You can write for a long time about the advantages of Sitora, but it's better to just come and see how great it is here)!

I liked everything! A quiet place in the old town. A cozy courtyard. The rooms have modern renovation, perfect cleanliness everywhere. Conditioner.
15-20 min walk to Registan Square. Well, we traveled exclusively by taxi on business, Yandex taxi works, there are a lot of cars, we don't have to wait. The price in any part of the city is 1-2 $.
But the most important thing is the People! Very friendly staff! More precisely, the family that owns the guest house, they work themselves. It was always nice to sit in the courtyard to drink coffee and talk. They meet and escort you to the airport, they feed you breakfast when you get up) I had to do business by 7 a.m., not really counting on it, I go down, and the owner is already with a tray with breakfast and hot coffee.
My daughter got up at 11:00 and went down and was also fed.
In general, very sincere people. Utkur, health to you and your family, good luck and prosperity!
I won't even look for anything else on my next trip, I'll come here

Excellent hotel (guest house) for reasonable money. Breakfast is included, the owner prepares it himself every morning. The main attractions are 10 minutes away on foot. There are shops and cafes within walking distance. There is one thing. These are beds, or rather mattresses. It is impossible to sleep on them. Deepened back pain is provided for you. Dear friends, we urgently need to come up with something about this. For the rest, recommendations.

A lovely guest house. It is located in the very center. Cozy rooms with a private bathroom. Breakfast is included - good, no one will stay hungry. The room has air conditioning, hygiene products. We lived in this guest house in Samarkand. 3 min to the mausoleum of Amir Timur and 15 min walk to the Registon.
A lovely guest house at a great price. A family-run mini-hotel, the owners are very nice people, clean, each room has its own shower and air conditioning, shuttle service, breakfast.
We highly recommend it.

Wi-Fi throughout the territory and on all floors catches well. The rooms are clean and beautiful. It is located behind the wall from the Gur Amir monument, it is convenient to walk to all the monuments, Registan Square is a 10-minute walk away. We stayed in this wonderful guest house from 23.07 to 28.07.2022. I absolutely liked everything. We were met at the airport and taken back. New, clean, cozy and quiet.
It is located in the very center of the city, near the legendary Gur Emir, in the old town.
Included: meals, there is a dining room and kitchen, washing machine, private yard.
The owners are a wonderful family. Kind, hospitable, sociable, noble, intelligent people.
