We rented a Toyota Auris for 3 days in July 2024. Submission and return in Budva. The car was delivered on time, manager Vladislav told us in detail about all the nuances of both renting and driving a car in Montenegro, because in this country they took a car for the first time. The goal is to ride all over the country. Additionally, they took out full insurance. On the last day, climbing the mountains along the serpentine, we stopped at a photo stop on a dedicated patch, moving off from which two wheels were pierced on the edge of the road surface. Vladislav was immediately called, an hour later he drove up, gave us a replacement car (class above), he remained to solve the issue of Toyota evacuation, and we, as in the name of the company, got in and drove on. In the evening, the car was handed over in a matter of seconds. We want to say a huge thank you to the guys for their professionalism, for their customer orientation and for their restraint (not a word or a glance of reproach in our address), all actions were within the framework of the contract, nothing went beyond this framework. In general, respect to the staff from the company "Sat down and went"! We definitely recommend this company!

Excellent car rental service!
I wrote to the messenger on the site, they quickly replied, which is a big plus. All the details were clarified and the car was delivered at the agreed place and time. They brought a refueled car in a clean condition (obviously after washing). They told in detail about the nuances of driving of local residents, as well as nuances in traffic regulations. A nice bonus was that no collateral was required, etc. A pleasant price compared to competitors.

I booked a Toyota Yaris 1.33 and made an appointment at the airport in Tivat
- the representative was a couple of minutes late for the meeting, but it happened because of traffic jams from Tivat to the airport, later I felt the traffic jams for myself
- at the meeting, instead of yaris 1.33, yaris 1.5 was brought to me at the same price, for which the company is very grateful, we went north and it was very relevant
- they immediately advised me to take pictures of the car
- we provided a full package of documents and guided you on all important things: refueling, how to hand over, you can reschedule the meeting time, how to behave when a tire is punctured, what's with the coating and speed limit, and more
- they answered all my questions
- we were in touch during the whole trip (telegram)
- the car behaved perfectly throughout the trip
