Siroj is a very hospitable host. We arrived 2 hours before the pilaf was served. He showed the whole process from beginning to end, gave tea, answered all the questions.
The pilaf itself is amazing.
In addition to pilaf, water and sweets are served on the table, you can choose from: okroshka, salad, greens, some local yogurt, onions. Tea is also served.
Yandex maps behave incorrectly (see the previous commentator. The cafe is located on a parallel street, which is closer to the cemetery).
It is necessary to warn in advance that you are going to come because Sirozh calculates the number of ingredients for the guests, because a lot of people come and the pilaf is disassembled immediately.
