We swam in the warm pool in winter, warmed up in the sauna. The hotel is fresh and beautiful. The apartments are well equipped.

We had a rest in November 2024, but the promised heated pool did not work. I had to go to the supermarket for drinking water, there was not enough light on the territory, and I couldn't even take a walk with my child after 18:00.

2. The residential complex is not finished yet, although it has been under construction for many, many years, neighbors often drill, there are no cafes or bars, there are not enough sun beds by the pool
3. There is a gas cylinder in the apartment

If something breaks, they won't fix it, they don't know how or whatever: so far, they've been fixing the gate for about a week (work there for an hour, objectively, if they're not lazy), they turned off the water in the heat of 40 degrees and lie, don't negotiate, it's not clear when there will be water
5. It is not clear who is responsible for the life of the LCD, from the word at all, there are a lot of strange people
6. The beach with which the agreement is located in Lara at a decent distance, there is only a shuttle at 10 (well, almost at peak) and only when ordering something in a beach restaurant, by the way, with water, judging by the reviews, they are also not allowed (let me remind you, the heat is 40)
7. About the promenade in the review The following is also true: it feels like this place has experienced more than one end of the world.
8. Climate control is a complete failure, because it plays hardball

Comfortable, beautiful, empty (for the middle of October) LCD. We rented an apartment through the airbnb. There is a sauna, hammam, indoor pool and outdoor pool with slides. There are few people.
The water pressure is strong, although there was no hot water one evening. Air conditioning, kitchen, change of linen - everything is OK. The rooms are clean, but room service/cleaning did not come to us during the stay. Capsules for PMM and washing machines bought their own.
Between the Delphin hotels there is a passage to the sandy beach, 10min walk to the sea.

The idea of the complex itself is excellent, but the struggle between the utilities and the owners affected us - vacationers. The revenge of the utilities was to turn off the air conditioners for 2 or three days (in the heat of summer!!!); they never turned on the air conditioner in Jim!!! It's hard to find managers and they don't know a word of English. Spas, pools, grounds, seals are beautiful)))
