Great service, stunning interior, which you will not find anywhere else in Minsk, delicious cuisine. In general, everything is cool. Among all the dishes, I would like to mention the dessert - mousse San Sebastian - very tasty (light, fresh, moderately sweet), you want to come back for it even for a cup of coffee. Even in Istanbul, San Sebastian caused fewer emotions and impressions than it did here.
From the non-obvious: we wanted to order an aperol, but it was not on the menu, which is brought immediately. We already thought that it wasn't. As a result, the waiter said that it could be made. It was the same with oysters.

The interior is spacious enough, muted neon lighting, interesting decorations that can be viewed and viewed. The staff is polite and friendly. It's impossible to tell from the kitchen that it's wow. The portions are not particularly large. The taste was lost in the scallop ceviche, as the bright taste of grapefruit completely interrupted the taste buds. However, this is a matter of taste. Separately, I would like to note desserts-these are winning positions according to external and taste criteria. The place is definitely worth a visit, at least because of its unusual concept.

Finally, an excellent restaurant was made in Minsk where there is no fuss, delicious cuisine and very polite and friendly staff.
The price tag is above average, but worth it.
Cuisine: excellent 👍🏼 we took a space lamb. As extremely picky gourmets, he really liked it (the sauce was requested separately, but it is also delicious). They also took a venison minion - it was also good, but the lamb caused delight.
Also, the insanely delicious venison carpacho - like, we'll take more, melted in my mouth.
The desserts are unusual, but also delicious.
A separate like for the waiters, so far the friendliest in Minsk.
I will separately note the pleasant atmosphere: calm music, lack of haste and at the same time high-speed service, pleasant lighting colors.

The kitchen is 10 out of 10, very tasty. The interior is beautiful, but for some reason it's so cold that the guests sort out all the blankets. A very charismatic DJ, creates a cool atmosphere.
The service raised a lot of questions. That the receptionist is a mysterious girl, that the waiter is with strange jokes. It felt like we were in a restaurant at the test launch stage.

But urinals are not inconveniently made, when the doors open, you stand in plain sight. The kitchen was very fast, but there were very few guests. The taste of the dish is controversial, and the portion yield is very small, and the range of dishes is also meager. In general, the cuisine there is overrated. The location is very cool, but there is no parking. I seemed to like everything, but I'm not coming back here anymore, I'm going to eat at other places, which have opened a lot next to Marx.

Pork mainly consisted of lard, potatoes were added to salmon soup (read "ear") in a rustic way, some slices were not ready and in general a strange combination. But the broth itself is rich and delicious!
The chicken was well cooked, with a nice crust, but all the dishes lacked seasonings... the drink was mostly a huge piece of ice. But the dessert was great, the textures were pleasant and perfectly combined!

The cocktail (the first on the menu) is tequila-based, it seemed too sweet, 70% is ice. But the sirius m signature cocktail, on the contrary, seemed well balanced and quite interesting. In general, the taste of the dishes still needs to be worked on at their price, cocktails need to be chosen to suit the taste. Shots of 40 ml each, but this is already a trend that cannot be stopped, there was no olmeca reposado tequila, they suggested Rooster Rojo Reposado, the taste of caramel and vanilla seemed excessively flavored in our opinion. In general, there was no gastronomic miracle, everything is quite normal. The staff is friendly, but they don't deviate from the rules. The music is a little too loud, you can't talk to 4 people, you need to sit in a separate room. Everything is new, there is a development perspective, we wish you improvements.

There are few items on the menu, we took octopus salad and black cod.
Unfortunately, the fish was raw and had to be returned to the cook. It was obvious that the staff was worried, politely apologized, offered alternatives to solve the situation, and in the end brought another dessert as a compliment.
Nevertheless, the impressions about the restaurant and the staff remained positive, I want to come back!

2. Every time someone enters or leaves through the door to the embankment, a cold wind blows into the hall. There is no heat gun there. Just like the vestibule.
3. The renovation resembles a provincial nightclub. The floor covering in the toilet is torn, everything is in "chirkash".
4. Prices are insane relative to the quality of the dishes provided. It's just not clear why you should go here instead of the already established establishments.
5. Wait a long time. This makes the dish even more frustrating.
Conclusion:
It is not clear why they opened the establishment, it is not clear what they expect when buying reviews and advertising. Customers will still tell their friends about their actual visit experience. I sympathize with the people who invested in this restaurant.
