The waiter was just wonderful (unfortunately, I don't remember the name), but the hostess girls would do well to work on the level of empathy, sincerity, painfully arrogant looks and outright coldness, like snow queens -they greet guests and create a first impression, which, as you know, is extremely important, and forms an overall assessment
. I don't want to return to the institution, but I won't lower my rating - I hope that the owners of the institution will be able to fix the shortcomings promptly.
Great service, stunning interior, which you will not find anywhere else in Minsk, delicious cuisine. In general, everything is cool. Among all the dishes, I would like to mention the dessert - mousse San Sebastian - very tasty (light, fresh, moderately sweet), you want to come back for it even for a cup of coffee. Even in Istanbul, San Sebastian caused fewer emotions and impressions than it did here.
From the non-obvious: we wanted to order an aperol, but it was not on the menu, which is brought immediately. We already thought that it wasn't. As a result, the waiter said that it could be made. It was the same with oysters.
This place has a cosmic and mesmerizing atmosphere. It turned out to stand out unambiguously among other establishments. The interior is spacious enough, muted neon lighting, interesting decorations that can be viewed and viewed. The staff is polite and friendly. It's impossible to tell from the kitchen that it's wow. The portions are not particularly large. The taste was lost in the scallop ceviche, as the bright taste of grapefruit completely interrupted the taste buds. However, this is a matter of taste. Separately, I would like to note desserts-these are winning positions according to external and taste criteria. The place is definitely worth a visit, at least because of its unusual concept.
