There is a small fountain with a light.
One of the disadvantages is pigeons, the monument to Talgat Bigeldinov is constantly cleaned because of them. And the paths are polluted, although cleaning is also carried out. There is a sign asking you not to feed the pigeons, it's there for a reason, stop feeding them at the monument!
