Such a good five, but with nuances. We rented a two-storey room. On the first floor, on the day of arrival, they began to repair the shower and paint it. The fragrance is incredible. There was nowhere to move us, because in the same room something was dripping from above. Yes, they apologized, brought fruit and a bottle of red wine to the room and presented dinner at the restaurant.
The quality of cleaning is 3 by a stretch. The floors were not washed. Dirty rags were left on the chairs.
The beach is decent, but for 5 people, get a little tired of sun loungers and towels.
I put 4 , not 3, because the food was good. Varied, lots of seafood.

Great hotel! We have been there many times, very worthily! Updated this year: the bar has been rebuilt in a modern manner, new villas with swimming pools are being built, food and juice assortment have been improved and diversified, and now only high-quality alcohol is served everywhere. There are many tennis courts with excellent dirt surface among the pines, near the golf Club. Warm indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna. A mini water park and an exciting kids club with a daily program. I really like it here. The only downside is that the price has been biting a lot since this year.

The cuisine is mmmmm , very tasty and varied !! Be sure to visit the A la carte restaurants!! A huge selection of food for kids!! There were various mashed potatoes in jars in the restaurant . Every day, there is chicken soup, vegetable purees, boiled meat, porridges and everything that can be given to babies from 6 months old. In the restaurant, a blender is freely available.
The entire staff is always smiling and greeting like old friends.

August 23, we are vacationing with children 6 and 14 years old. Nice 5 star hotel: 1. the beach is great with gray sand and a strip of pebbles at the entrance, which did not bother at all, the azure sea is clean, there were enough sun beds for everyone, there are no problems, the pier with a bar on the beach is cool! 2. the territory is not very large - and this is only a hotel, there is nowhere to go, but it was clear before arrival. 3. The food is super, meat of all kinds and poultry, fish always, seafood once a week, for small children there are porridges for breakfast and not spicy soups, baby food in jars - a small selection, good fruits according to the season, delicious cherries. The dishes are clean, the tables are cleaned quickly, the staff is coping, there are no problems. 3. Good slides, fast, there is a children's slide and a mushroom for very little ones. 4. There are a lot of pools, clean, few people, the places were without problems. 5. There are no complaints about cleaning. I DIDN'T LIKE a couple of things: 1. The absence of any sports ground for teenagers, the declared football field is built up with villas. There is no basketball hoop. The older children have nothing to do, they are bored, there is no entertainment. 2. The kids' club is very cool, but it works until 17.00 and opens in the evening for an hour during the evening animation program, it was inconvenient for us. 3. The room is very tired, although everything worked, the air conditioning is decrepit, it was compensated by a good mattress and a decent room area. 1. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. The information on the booking is unreliable. There is a central air conditioning system and the hotel itself turns off the flow of cold air at night, it gets hot and stuffy, if you open the Windows, mosquitoes fly. During the 12 days of rest, we only slept for 4 days when the hotel did not turn off the system at night. Take this into account if you can't sleep in the stuffy air. They called and went to the reception, only on the 6th day we were offered to replace the room, but all the rooms turned out to be empty. At first, they deceived us and said that they would no longer turn it off, but they turned it off anyway. 2. The rooms are dirty, there is hair in the toilet, dust on the headboard, lamps, the floor is dirty. The cleaning is mediocre. A needle was found in the upholstery of the chair ( there is a photo )
3. Soap, shower gel and shampoo are the same thing, there is no toothbrush and paste. They said they bring it on request, but they never brought it.
4. There is a minibar, but it is filled on request.
5. There are bare wires on the territory, it is dangerous for children, they were closed when they wrote to the manager in guest communication (there is correspondence and photos)
6. The pools are not heated. Even for a child, the child did not swim for several days until he got used to cold water.
7. If the baby sleeps at your place at lunchtime, then from 15:45 to 19 there is nothing to eat except dry pizza and sweets.
8. We had a suite overlooking the garden. There was no lawn in front of the room - a bare concrete slab and dirt and water constantly on it.
9. Excursions sometimes go to the hotel for dinner, the guests have nowhere to sit and had to stand in line for food for a long time.
10. Do not put towels by the pool every day, you had to walk far to the beach to get towels there.
11. Everything in the hotel is paid and very expensive. Tennis 20 euros, ammunition 50 euros, children's vending machines 9 euros for 3 games, if you want to sit in the front row at the show 15 euros, sunscreen in the store 90 euros, massage 100 euros per hour. The doctor's appointment at the hotel is 130 euros to listen to the lungs and look at the throat, when they bought medicines from them for 55 euros, they did not give a check, they said they would send it. They sent us a check three days later, when we left home, without specifying the names of the medicine for 35 euros only.
12.Taxi from the hotel 50 euros in 13 minutes. There are no other taxis, and if you call through Uber, the driver says either you pay my price (as in the hotel), or I won't take you.
We paid 2,550 euros for a 12-day hotel without transfer and air tickets. Only the hotel. I think that you can find a decent place for that kind of money.
I want to note that with all the disrespect to the guests, the hotel has wonderful children's animation and cool evening shows, but the show is only 40 minutes long. There is nothing further to do

We had an incident in this hotel that puts a huge black spot on the reputation of the hotel!! On the one hand , it 's a small thing , but it 's only at first glance . We simply replaced the cords from the iPhones with old and torn ones . , which are simply dangerous to use !! Moreover , we were left without contact with our relatives and without memorable photos .The administration offered to temporarily provide us with a cord as a way out of the situation . This was done, but only on the third day, after repeated requests to the receptionist.I think that a hotel applying for a 5* level should treat guests more carefully and at least , at least, somehow compensate for moral and material damage , and take a more careful approach to staff selection and conduct educational work . We came here for a family meeting from two countries - Germany and Russia. Now we will take such reviews home. Representatives of the guest relations department , as a way out , suggested that WE call the police ourselves, but this simply does not lend itself to any comments . The incident occurred at your hotel, this is essentially petty theft , and the representatives of the hotel should call the police, but not the guests.

We rested at the hotel from 3.07.22-07.10.22, we have been vacationing in Turkey for 22 years (except 2016), we liked the hotel, we rest mainly in Belek, we visited many hotels, this hotel is one of the few that we want to return to (in 2023 we are going here again).
We lived in the main building with a sea view, room 42 m is large, comfortable, I don't want to say that it was just renovated, but everything was clean, everything worked, the beds (mattresses) and pillows were comfortable, we slept very well.
We liked the food, a lot of meat, seafood, a lot of fruits, everything is ripe and delicious, I only ate Turkish sweets, I can't say anything about others, the coffee is quite normal (my stomach does not accept all coffee in a row), there were no problems here. There were no poisoning, I consider the quality of the food to be normal, I am very attentive to this. I really didn't eat salads with mayonnaise. The road to the sea from the main building takes 5-7 minutes, through a green area.
We liked the beach, but there could be problems with places by 9, especially on the first lines, we liked to sunbathe on the grass under the pines. The entrance to the sea is good, it is convenient with children. We went to the show several times, we don't really like these events. I can't say anything about the kids' club, the child is already 16.
In general, I advise the hotel to relax, there were no negative emotions, only positive ones, there is something to compare in Belek, we rested in Luxury hotels, I want to return to this one, cozy and somehow at home.

We were at the hotel from 30.07 to 08/06/2022. The hotel corresponds to 5*. The food, the beach, the room stock is super (we did not live in the main building but in the Olympos building, room number 2624. A large room and a huge balcony overlooking the Olympic pool and the children's pool. The mini bar is replenished every day. There are no complaints about cleaning. The disadvantages of the hotel come from its advantages, for example: beach towels are issued without cards - this leads to the fact that everything is "busy" at the main pool before tomorrow. One person can take 6-7 towels and throw in the sun beds they like. The sandy beach is undoubtedly cool - but if you are after the pebble beaches of the Kemer area, get ready for muddy water in the coastal strip 2-5 meters from the shore, fortunately there is a huge pier with a bar, sun beds and beds. The evening shows are diverse, sophisticated viewers may not be surprised, but the level is professional. High-level groups come to perform, and not the amateur work of the local animation team, as it happens. The distance from the nearest towns is both a plus and a minus, a minus for those who would like to go out "to walk in the city" in the evening, but a plus for those who like an isolated vacation. The staff is friendly and efficient. Of course, when the excitement begins in the main restaurant during dinner, the reaction rate of the staff may not match your expectations)) but be understanding and patient and you will get what you wanted. I recommend the hotel to rest. Whether we will go to it again is mandatory. p.s. The infrastructure of the hotel, which I did not say, but perhaps it will be important to someone: a football field, 2 courts for lawn tennis, an Olympic swimming pool, a fitness club and a spa center, 4 a la carte restaurants, a separate building for children and children's animation Gameland.

I do not recommend this hotel, it does not pull at 5 stars in any way, a maximum of 4, and then with a stretch. A vacation in 8 days over 300 k is definitely not worth it. The details in the photo, the rooms are dead, the sockets are broken, the wallpaper is falling off, the air conditioners are not cleaned with mold, not to mention the plumbing that was killed. The beach is not cleaned, there is a lot of garbage, leftovers from bottles, cigarettes. The first time they gave the number even worse, demand a replacement, at least something, but it's still bad! There is nothing unusual in nutrition, just food, zero wine selection, light beer and also 1 type. Previously, sodas were freely available in this hotel, now there are juices with broken tubes. There is no entertainment for adults at all. Apparently, the hotel invested all the money in the construction of luxury villas for 900 k for a week, they just scored on the rest. Oh yes, a dirty bed with unwashed stains and hard towels... think 10 times before you go here to relax. At the airport, I was met not by a Mercedes minibus, but by an analogue of a gazelle minibus rolled into trash with barely working air conditioning. The furniture was allegedly renovated, in fact the facades were crookedly screwed onto the old foundations. Everything needs major repairs…

Luxury hotel, vacationed from 29.09 to 13.10. 2022. Magnificent junior suite with sea and pool views, large loggia. The kitchen is excellent, there is a huge selection of dishes, the waiters work quickly and well. Everyone speaks Russian. My wife and I traveled half the world, but for such budget money we did not rest anywhere! We especially want to mention the excellent work of Katya, who solved any of our issues. Dedicated to those planning their holidays at this hotel. We were at the hotel from 27.09 to 04.10.22 and that's what we noted:
Positive:
- Large room with a huge balcony, in the main building near the reception and lobby bar. As requested, it is quiet, the animation is almost inaudible. The view of the trees is calm and pleasant.
-Varied and delicious food (seafood, meat, side dishes, dish of the day, fruits and a large selection of desserts. Boiled food for children + blender). Thanks a lot to the chefs! Alcohol for an amateur.
- The territory is well maintained, green. Pools of various depths, including a professional 25 meters and slides.
- Children's club, if it wasn't for watching cartoons, it would be very good. Adjacent to it is a children's playground with slides and outdoor climbing. A smaller version is on the beach.
- The beach is quite wide, there are always free sunbeds.
- The guys from Kyrgyzstan who work in restaurants and cafes are great fellows. The service is on the level.
Cons (where without them) :
- Guest Relations, alas, were not interested in helping the guests. The exception is the charming Camilla, who was at the hotel on an internship. She even showed attention and interest to the child. Her daughter is waiting for her to visit now)
- Despite the renovation of the hotel and its complete renovation in 2019, the room is very tired.
- The cleaning is pretty mediocre. On the day before departure, they left her without her at all, and also tried to cheat. At 15 o'clock, they hung up a sign notifying us that they only clean up to 16 o'clock, so you, dear guests, are in flight))
- In the shower, the water can change the temperature from boiling water to ice in seconds.
- There were dirty plates at a late dinner. Not with stains from water, but with dried pieces of food.
- Sometimes we faced neglect from the Turkish hotel staff, bordering on rudeness. Silence on our polite "thank you", casually stuck ice cream in my hand... It was unpleasant.
- If you check out early, you may be left without breakfast. Lunchboxes were promised, but not given. Instead, they put empty croissants on plates and offered to take them on the road in this form. And this is despite the fact that the room is up to 12 o'clock, which means that breakfast is paid for. We counted on packing luggage, but before departure it turned out that there was no promised film.
- In the middle of our vacation, participants of pseudo-sports teams from our country arrived at the hotel (the name of one of them speaks for itself - "Drink, run"). The atmosphere has changed dramatically, the behavior in the style of "Taghiiil" did not add pleasant emotions and pride for compatriots. But since the hotel had signed up to receive such guests, the staff, accordingly, turned a blind eye.
In general, we are glad that we went and changed the situation, but we will not return to Sirene Belek.

I liked the hotel, they promptly correct the shortcomings, in the form of something not cleaned) in our room, the previous guests left a little clipped nails, upset, but they quickly settled in, with a view of the construction site, the Kempinski buildings, after a complaint, everything was quickly cleaned up👌 we didn't care about the appearance, because we hadn't been in the room much, it's quiet in the evening, no noise from the construction site or from the desktops.
Separately, I would like to mention the food, there are no questions at all, there was enough and very diverse. It's a good nursery, but it's terrible outside, it's impossible to be in the heat, there's a concrete wall and a pool along, there's absolutely no air, it's impossible to go to the slide and loopholes in the afternoon and evening!
Of the minuses, they do not cope with cleaning a little, and the child picked up coxsackie; (( and I would like to upgrade the children's street zone!

We had a vacation in July 2023. We arrived on Turkish airlines. Luggage was lost at the airport. We spent more than 3 hours at the airport, but the suitcase was never found. It's a whole story!!! To arrive at the hotel without swimsuits, shoes, clothes, etc. The employees generally stated that the suitcase was left in Sheremetyevo.
They promised to sort it out and deliver the suitcase to our hotel within three days! As a result, our transfer left and we had to wait another 2 hours for the passengers from the next flight to arrive. As it turned out, there were many who did not have suitcases. As a result, we were delivered to the hotel after midnight. They weren't even waiting for us anymore. We were given a room in a house separate from the main building. It is a little bigger, but the Internet in these rooms is practically not pulling, unlike the main building. Two days without things, it affected the general mood. I took a T-shirt from my son, I had to swim in the sea in it. About the hotel, it's good, everything is fine. Super food, everything is clean, lots of bars, there is a restaurant = bar on the beach and on the pier. Excellent staff, good animation. However, as always in Turkey. The sea is amazing! The hotel is expensive, two weeks for three 650 thousand rubles with a flight. Overall, we had a good rest. I recommend the hotel for a vacation!
