Vacationed on July 27, 2024 villa finikos 2802-two adults,3 children,the room was standard as a 2-room apartment.
We stopped by at 19:00, they met us right at the entrance, helped us with our suitcases and escorted us to the room, or rather drove us.
The rooms are tired, but everything works, they are cleaned, towels are changed and everything that is needed every day, the mini bar is also replenished.
The staff is very responsive, all the workers are pleasant, the waiters are generally super.
The room had a large 2 bed in one room and a sofa and a bed in the other, bathrobe,slippers,shampoo,balm,gel,soap,ear sticks,cotton pads and hats.

The air conditioner worked perfectly.The TV was also on, and we were watching cartoons on tour.
There is a balcony in each room and a small iron dryer attached to the wall.

The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, lots of greenery, beautiful trees, there are boutiques, shops with accessories on the territory.
Children's and adult pools, lots of sun beds, there was enough for everyone, the water park was open from 10-12 and from 14-17.
The children's playroom,open from 10-17:30 and from 20:30-22:30,very good Russian girls, the children had something to do.
There were even babysitters for $30 an hour

There is a swimming and tennis school for children, and the child was taught to swim in a couple of classes. There are many types of aerobics and other exercises for adults. Great shows every night. I really like the Olympic outdoor swimming pool. There is a small water park. The beach is a blue flag. Comfortable family rooms. The hotel is developing for the better, new villas and an excellent Caribbean-style bar have appeared.
From the wishes:
1) make a non-slip coating at the water slides (slippery tiles are very dangerous, especially for children who naturally run on these slides).
2) update the pier, it is tired, of course. I don't understand why there is no playground for diving into the sea, as in neighboring hotels, everyone jumps over the fence with a sign saying “no diving” anyway
3) in the bar near the main building, ceiling fans would fit harmoniously, they were very lacking in the abnormal heat.

Room 2608, what to say renovation in Turkish. Indeed, the closet with pipes next to the bed is constantly buzzing, the toilet drain is constantly flowing, requests to fix it were ignored several times. Everything was just painted, in the room itself. Everything is nice in the bathroom, but the repair was done by so-so craftsmen. And who glues wallpaper in the bathroom? One mold under them, because nothing dries properly for three days.
The mattresses are soft but high, it will be difficult for someone to climb on them.
The audibility is creepy. The ladies from room 2607 drove new men every night! And the whole party started at 3 a.m. We woke up from the banging of the headboard against the wall above our heads. The audibility is such that you can hear just how you talk and about what. The first time I woke up at three in the morning, I was scared, I didn't understand what was going on, because there was a knock right over my head. And we couldn't get enough sleep at all because of these comrades. Because the child lights out at 22, and rises at 7. We knocked on them, said it was useless. They called the reception, came checked and that's it.
The beach is simple, there were always enough drinks, food and other things.
At the request, they were given napkins, cotton pads and other things that are usually placed like that. If you need to ask, they will bring it. Right down to feminine hygiene products, brushes and other things. Towels were changed daily. Traditionally, the floors are dirty, the white slippers are very visible.
If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you, each pool has a generator output, and noise from them, about 40% of the rooms will be heard.
The pools are somewhere clean, somewhere not so clean. Children's pool without heating.
The children's room was pleased, the animator girls are very good, kind and creative. Well done!
Breakfasts are acceptable, it's a pity that there was a scramble not every day, but 3 times out of 10 days. We went to the beach for lunch mostly, it's not really healthy food there. Mostly better. The dinners are good, you can always choose something to your liking. Oriental sweets, my love, are good. I don't take the rest.
As a result, the hotel pulls in 4*. With the neighbors and the room, if you're lucky. But we're definitely not going there anymore.

I rate the hotel at 3 out of 5 points.
We are 2+2 (5 and 3 years old). The 12-night tour, purchased in April, cost 4800 euros for 12 nights with a flight from Moscow Time. A week later, the price increased by the same amount to 6,400 and held all summer, until today.
I must say right away that if I had paid 6400 euros, then I would have given 1 point out of 5.
But according to our price/quality ratio, this is 3.
So, in order:
1. Upon check-in at the hotel, you will not be greeted with welcome drinks and wet towels, which are so relevant after a long journey.
2. We arrived at the hotel at 15:01, in theory we were supposed to be met with room cards and quickly escorted there. But that was not the case)))) we were waiting for check-in for ~ 1.5 hours.
3. As a result, they were settled in the farthest building. As we were assured that we were waiting for the readiness of the room to be checked in, but when we entered, the cleaner was still dusting, the electrical panel was open. I asked them to move us, and it took place only the next day.
Our room is superior family. In the photo, he is cuter than in person (cosmetic repairs are required in some places). Rooms of this category are located in the Villa buildings in front of the main building. There is a so-called well inside, the windows of the children's rooms just go inside. It would seem that this is a big plus (there is no external noise). But the staff likes to talk on the phone on speakerphone or with their colleagues away from their superiors so much that this place sometimes resembles a Turkish bazaar. Moreover, it does not matter at all whether the don't disturb sign is hanging on the next door or not. No one cares about that. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, there are many wardrobes (both to hang and put on shelves). There are different drawers.
4. Room cleaning is mediocre. Very often (namely, every day) there are no towels, either large or small. It is required to ask to bring ...
5. Food in the restaurant: of the advantages - everything is delicious, you will not stay hungry, everything seems to be there. But you can forget about the delights for the period of your vacation. A la cards are paid. Located in the building, sea view only in the restaurant Bohemia villa.
6. Restaurant service - there are often not enough tables during rush hours, it seems like there is waiter service, but they do not know how to work with guests at all, if you need something, you always need to call. They do not know how to work ahead of the curve and to please the guests.
7. Bars: There is no bar on the beach! Generally. There is 1 bar on the pier, and there is a bar in the snack restaurant, which is open from 12:00. I don't know about anyone, but it was generally inconvenient for us.
Of course, there is no waiter service in any lounge area! Bartenders make weak cocktails with rare exceptions, even mojitos and aperol are unimportant. Dishes - glass at the tables, cardboard cups in the other zones (I write and I do not believe that this is so, but it is a fact)
8. Safety - there are no anti-slip tracks in the water park, children are constantly falling. The security at the entrance checks every other time, there are very often no lifeguards on the beach.
9. Children's club - the head of the children's club is very arrogant, the rest of the staff seems to be nothing. Classes every morning, then a game. In the evening there are various shows for children, followed by a disco. The club is open from 10 to 17:30. There is no restaurant in the children's club. There is no maze, only on the outside. The club is quite small, as it seemed to me for such a large number of guests.
10. The territory is great big, green and well maintained.
There are fruit trees- lemons and olives. For families with strollers, there is a place to walk, rock the baby, a lot of quiet areas. There is a cat house and hedgehogs live on the territory.
11. Pools are clean and warm. The water park is weak, the joints are felt, morally outdated.
12. I can't say anything about the spa, we won't get there in any way.
I described all sides of the hotel in as much detail as possible, as I understand that when choosing a hotel in this price range, people have many criteria to meet their needs.
Among the advantages are evening shows and fountains.
If you suddenly run into the staff on the road, then do not expect them to give it up to you. It feels like they just haven't been trained to do it. Either the interns were recruited to pay less salary, or the management doesn't care. Even when the leaders are on the ground, but they have fun talking to each other, but they do not "get involved in the process" in any way.
I can safely say that it will not work in this hotel to relax (those who often travel to Turkey will understand what I mean): you have to go everywhere / ask / demand / wait. Some kind of survival))))
The hotel does not pull at the "Belek level" in any way, especially in the premium segment. Imho. I do not recommend it.
We stayed at the hotel from August 17 to 28: 2 adults and 2 children. We booked a family room, but it turned out to be in terrible condition: the smell of mold, the tiles on the floor were beaten off in the corners, the laminate was scratched and streaked with black. For an additional fee of 380 euros, we were accommodated in a suite with a terrace on the 6th floor of the main building. The room is not the freshest, there are patches on the wallpaper from the transfer of sockets. Its main advantage is a super view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The food at the hotel is very simple, the breakfasts are meager and the same. Fried sausage and sausages are just disgusting. There is no salted red fish, only smoked over-salted. There are no avocados and grilled cheese, as well as vegetable milk, chia seeds and flax. No one makes fresh ones. Dishes are often dirty, you need to look carefully.
The lunch is modest, but there are interesting grilled dishes that repeat after a week. Soups are about nothing. You can have lunch near the beach from 12 to 15:45, but everything is the same there too and it is interesting only in the first days. I will note the delicious pizza and doner kebab, but it is impossible to eat them for 2 weeks.
Dinner is the most hospitable, but most stews are spicy. And it is difficult to find free tables from 19 to 20:30. At 21:30, the plates are taken out of the hands, everything is closed. Although in other hotels you can sit as long as you want.
Drinks are rarely brought, the staff is overloaded.
There is no separate room for feeding children, they just have a few tables in the corner, so kids can walk around the restaurant, getting in the way.
Beach towels are given without restrictions, this creates a problem with sun beds, because it is not clear: towels are thrown just like that or occupied by someone. It is poorly controlled by the staff. And if at 9-10 o'clock you can find free sun beds on the beach, then it is unlikely on the pier and near the pool. And empty sunbeds can stand covered with towels for several hours. Near the pool, sun beds are occupied at 7 a.m., with us 12 pieces at once under a pine tree. And they go to the beach, also for 12 sunbeds. The administration is not doing anything, despite the complaints.
Beach towels are heavily worn, translucent. The robe was given with a torn sleeve. Cleaning was about nothing, the mirror was divorced for all 12 days, but the cleaner constantly rearranged and shifted personal belongings, we had to look for them.
The best thing in the hotel is a children's club. Children run there with pleasure, there are a lot of girls there, everyone is friendly and responsive. The various classes are designed for 2 weeks. My son liked the master classes on making pizza, cookies, a wooden house, and a catapult. Those who wish to participate in face coloring. But upon arrival, Sony play station did not work, because there were no games, as the head of the children's club wrote to the hotel manager for 2 months. After my request, the games were purchased.
The evening shows are not interesting, only the Cuban show was pleased. Singers are a real disaster. Seats for the evening show are also occupied in advance, one person holds several tables.
Good live music at the pool bar, but not always. And again, there are difficulties with places. There are queues at the bar during rush hours.
The paths on the territory are broken, in places heavily. There are no special mats around the pools, it is very slippery. At least you could put it in the water park.
Umbrellas are old, with holes, and it's hard to open. The laminate floors in the lobby are in a sad state. The spa has the oldest hair dryers, broken fixtures in the showers.
The pools are all without shade, so there are competitions for a place under a single pine tree. At noon in the aqua aerobics pool and at 15 too. It bakes very much. And the sound is terribly loud, it is impossible to relax in the room at this time. Why cut up to the 6th floor when the coach and people are next to the speakers.
The greatest attention is paid to the villas of Bohemia. They are like in a well, where the sun does not reach after 18.
I would not like to go to this hotel again.

I liked the territory of the hotel , a wonderful children's club has something to occupy children , the beach area is normal (everything is in its place ) , spacious rooms , you can't hear the neighbors , a tired toilet room ( very bad ) , cleaning is quite good , the mini bar was regularly replenished , the food is varied but unfortunately most of the dishes are not tasty ! We spent 4 years in a row vacationing in Turkey, in Barut hotels and were satisfied with everything. This year, either the cost of the tour was "biting", or the hotel chain did not have a room for the right number of days. We decided to try to go to another one. We chose Sirene Belek because everything sounded good: 5 stars, ultra all inclusive, 30 minutes drive from the airport. But we regretted it. Since we are faced with a complete non-compliance with the standards.
It all started with the fact that I wrote a letter to the hotel at the post office, which is listed on the official website. I asked for a room on a high floor with a nice view, as this trip was a gift for my mom's birthday. I made a note that I would be glad if they had the opportunity.
I did not receive a response, even after the reminder.
Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist if they had seen my letter? They replied that they did not and sent me to communicate with the guest relation.
A girl from Kazakhstan started telling us that there was no letter. I showed her. To which she replied that it had gone to "other people." I nevertheless clarified what kind of "other people" read and process correspondence from the official email of the hotel. It turned out that this was the booking department. And the letter from the booking department was not forwarded to the reception/guest relation. I asked to look into this issue, because losing emails is not the standard of guest service. We went up to the room provided on the 4th floor. We immediately smelled the food. There was a smoky pipe from the restaurant outside the window, we asked to change the room. But, they could only change for free to a room on the second floor, where the pipe was even closer) plus you could hear the noise from some technical machines. Allegedly, there are no more rooms available in our category”garden view”. The reception manager assured that the pipe smokes only from 17-19, when tortillas are baked for dinner. At this time, we were advised to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. Either (!) we can pay 30 euros per night and move into a room with a sea view. We did not have such a desire, we were tired from the road and decided to try to stay in the proposed room (3428). And! The next day we found that the pipe was smoking 4 (!) times a day. I don't think the administrator didn't know about this, I think he just deliberately deceived us so that we either fell behind or paid the coveted 30 euros per day.
On the third day, we also asked for relocation, but refused to solve the situation without money. The suitcases were completely unfolded. At that time, we still did not fully realize that we would smell like tortillas, since it was possible to dry things only on the balcony. They didn't dry in the room. Not the most pleasant bonus for 19,250 rubles per day. The room itself turned out to be old too. Especially the bathroom, there are chips everywhere, the dirt from which, apparently, does not wash off. Or the cleaner is not trying hard. They tipped her every day, but perfect cleanliness never came) the doors to the shower did not close, the water poured out on the floor after each shower. The pallet is so old that it just buckled under the weight of a person, I was afraid it would crack. My weight is 65 kg, not a hundred or two hundred. There was no shower above the bathroom itself, just a faucet. Probably in case someone wants to lie down in this mud with foam.
By the way, there was no response from guest relation about where the letter had gone, either, but we were no longer surprised. I asked them later when they were doing repairs in the rooms-they told me that the renovation is done every year..

THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM IS WI-FI. He's just terrible. Example- maybe you catch it in the room, you go out on the balcony, you're gone.
1. The main hall / it is also the reception. You can also put a table with a mini fridge at the entrance - there is water, juice. Or large decanters with ice and juice. There are also sweets and fruits. People are on the road for 8-10 hours. You arrive at the hotel and while they are making out, you can have a snack. I had to ask for water, they took it out from behind the reception desk. Spoils the first impression.
2. The beach- everything seems to be fine, just put a person, let him sweep the wooden decking once a day. It hasn't happened once in 10 days.
3. Dining room, ufff.
Olives for breakfast? There is no scramble egg, it's straight for me. I can't find a toothpick. There are 50 types of sweets, but there is nothing to take. They all taste the same, judging by the amount of oil on them. Classic Turkish delight - it has not happened more than once. It's not even a red fish, although it wasn't there either... For one of the dinners, they gave king prawns - 3 pieces per plate. Those who asked for more waved their hand, saying, come on in. Well, that is clear, there were very few fish ...
4. Rooms. Well, I liked everything here. We had a two-storey one. The cleaning is standard, without frills. But here's my merit), I don't like the pigsty, I cleaned myself, I just didn't wash the floors.
5. The pool, we love next to the sea - I swam in the sea, rinsed myself in the pool. It's not like that, it's a long way to go, you'll have time to dry and tan.
6. The water park is sad, the slides are so-so, it's better not to run at the entrance, tiles, there are no anti-slip mats. The photo of the water park was taken from above, it seems more than it actually is.
7. Excursions (from the tour operator), well, there are no questions about the hotel. The price of sea fishing starts at 4 a.m., and at 12 o'clock already at the hotel is 500 $€. This is in terms of 50,000 rubles. But this is, in my opinion, expensive, given the unpredictability of the catch.
8. Ice cream cups. You know, they taste like paper. Why can't you replace it with regular waffle. Delicious. There is no factory ice cream, as happens in other hotels.
R.S. could not stand it, on the 6th day she came up, asked at the reception: where is the scramble and why you can hammer nails with macaroni cakes. They passed my questions to the chef, after 2 hours the girl called the room and said: there is no scramble, because there are other types of eggs. But the answer to the cakes killed me- it turns out I don't know - they are fresh, they are hard, and on the second or third day they become soft. So they have fresh ones. I'm not a baker, but I love and understand sweets, but apparently you don't.

In this hotel, many factors do not pull at 5 stars in any way. And the cost seems too high.
There is an unpleasant smell in the main restaurant all the time. It doesn't smell like food, but some kind of chemistry.
Waiters need to be caught, they approach the tables extremely reluctantly. On the 3rd day, we realized that it was easier to go to the bar for drinks ourselves.
Pay attention to the cutlery, wash it when and how. 3 times in 12 days there were leftovers on forks and knives, and especially on spoons.
They don't bother much with washing glasses either (sometimes clean, sometimes not so much - in the evening they can bring a glass with lipstick at the bars).
The hotel is large, the staff is probably not enough.
Food - well, food is like food. A lot of pasta, potatoes, bread. There are no salads. Fruits and vegetables are normal.
There are a lot of cutlets, lula, and other processed meat. Grilled chicken. Fried and boiled chicken. On Thursdays there is a fish day with shrimps.
As many people write here, you will not stay hungry. But that's not what people should say about a 5-star hotel.

Since 90% of the hotel's guests are families with young children (less than a year old and especially up to 3-5 years old), get ready for sound accompaniment (screaming and crying), everywhere and all the time. If you are traveling as adults or with older teenagers, it will not be very good for you.
The Internet. I'm talking about a building with two-room Finikos rooms. The peak is 13.00-14.00 and 22.00-23.00 - there is no Internet. It just falls off and lies there for 5 minutes. It's a little better on the beach.
The sand beach is not cleaned or sifted. Cigarette butts, wrappers, tubes are everywhere. The paths between the tents have never been swept, although I asked for it twice at guest relations.
There are not enough showers on the beach. The water in them is ice, then, as soon as it does not have time to heat up.
We were at the end of August - this is the time of the Turks. In September, there are generally more than 50% of the hotel. They come for a short time, but always with several families. Sun beds take up 5-6 pieces, children make noise, parents smoke.

Rooms - I'm talking about two-room family rooms. IT'S A SONG! I would have torn off the arms and legs of a designer. The rooms are ill-conceived and poorly designed. A small room at the entrance to the room without a door, but with a window overlooking the patio, the noise has been standing since early morning, as the cleaning of the rooms begins. There is NOT A SINGLE OUTLET IN the room. You will have to charge your gadgets either in a large room or in the hallway. The bed is narrow and uncomfortable, and there is a small 160cm sofa.
One bathroom and a toilet. There is also a shower room in the bathroom. It's very inconvenient.
The air conditioner is unregulated, it is either on or off. Very very noisy.
The cleaning is quite normal, but the linen is already tired, there are indelible stains sometimes on pillowcases and sheets.
For whom I recommend this hotel - Only for families with young children. Adults and teenagers will be bored, loud and noisy from small children.
We stayed at this hotel in 2023, everything was good, both the service and the rooms. But in 2024, in August, it is a complete disappointment. We were put in a room on the 1st floor to the pipes from the kitchen, they were noisy and steaming, they refused to change. They say take what they give. Although we wrote to the hotel in advance with a request not to settle us on the 1st floor, but rather higher. Russian Russian TV channel was the only one that worked in the room, it was impossible to open the balcony from the noise and burning. Apparently, only Russians are accommodated in such rooms. In general, the rest is spoiled, I do not recommend the hotel.
A good hotel, with good territory and service, the show programs are not bad. (most importantly, they are) alcohol is normal. The food is very average (but during the Eid al-Adha holiday, the kitchen was transformed, it became delicious and a lot of things, but only for 2 days) on the other days, it was frankly not tasty. there is something to compare it with, including in Turkey.

Solution: we are looking for a maid, please bring it.. The next day - there are no towels in the room - the solution is higher. 2. Food is the most common dishes, lovers of pasta and French fries will come in. Once there were boiled shrimps (they give out 3 pieces per nose, no more). Bacon for breakfast- what is it? Maybe a salted red fish (everything is included) - but what is it?.. 3. The towels in the room are worn out, they stink of bleach! Yes, without exaggeration. 4. And here the cherry on the cake is dirty dishes in the main restaurant, no, I'm not kidding, there are traces of food on the dishes. The result is that on the 3rd day of my stay, I contracted herpes. I am enclosing a letter of apology for the dirty dishes. Summary - the hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars, 3 check-ins and then, provided that they start washing dishes. I do not advise anyone, choose something else for this money!

The rooms are simply shameful for a 5-star hotel. There's mold in the bathroom. Of the two sinks, only one worked, in response to my comment that the drain was broken, there was no action until the end of the rest. There was water in the sink for two days. The staff doesn't really care what's broken or not working.
The towels are dirty and stink of bleach, I asked to replace them several times. The side in the toilet is constantly flowing.
There is no air conditioning. You set the temperature to 22 degrees and it stops working.
There is a beach bar between lunch and dinner and the food has not changed there in two weeks. Which is very strange.
After cleaning the room, the dust was never wiped for a week, she had to wipe it herself, because she just didn't want to breathe. During the two weeks of rest, the bed linen also did not change. A small child stained the blanket with ice cream, I left it in a prominent place and it was never changed. The ice cream plate was not cleaned for two days, they went around in circles when cleaning!
The rooms are dead, the carpets are stained.
But the food here is very tasty and varied!
I do not recommend this hotel at all, for such money there are more decent options!

For our family, Sirene Belek is the best hotel in Turkey! It is not pompous, but it has a lot of advantages: different accommodation options, a beautiful territory, a gorgeous beach, animation and various activities, a wonderful mini club, an Olympic swimming pool. I will say separately about the food - it is very diverse, delicious dishes, lots of seafood, faster service. But the main thing is the attitude towards the guests - attentive, caring, with an individual approach, all requests are fulfilled quickly and clearly. This is the place where you leave and immediately dream of coming back again as soon as possible!
A magnificent hotel! Fully corresponds to the premium segment. Excellent gym, Olympic swimming pool, large territory, good animation. The kitchen and evening shows are a separate cherry on the cake!!!

Of the cons:
1) A completely family-run hotel (there is nothing for young people to do here, from the word at all)
2) In the SPA, towels are lying on the floor (in the changing rooms)
3) Animation is not visible during the day
4) The shows are of the same type, in the evening there is a "disco" on the street, there are no people.
5) Bartenders make tasteless cocktails (in a hurry)
6) Cleaning is done only when you hang up the sign.
7) The Internet was constantly disconnected.
The hotel positions itself as a premium class hotel, but I did not see any of this, I completely failed to live up to expectations.
We spent the last week of May with a large family: grandfather and grandmother, two daughters with children and husbands. Everyone really liked it! We are all sports people, so a 50-meter swimming pool in addition to the sea is a huge plus. The area is very well maintained and green. Food is for every taste, drinks too, including non-alcoholic cocktails from the bar :) The only thing that was not expected was the absence of an ATM, but the problem is quite solvable:)
A good hotel, a huge territory, many pools, a water park, a lot of greenery, an excellent choice of food, there are many cafes and bars on the territory, there are always a lot of free sunbeds on the sea! The water bar resembles the Maldives) we live in the main building, on the 6th floor, the price is fine!

We were at the hotel in September 2023. The beach is just wonderful, sand, smooth entrance, there are always plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is a bit old, but clean almost everywhere. The only thing is, the SPA is just awful, there is water on the floor in the locker room, it is impossible to change clothes. The staff is generally strange, asked to come out when I was showering to do the cleaning. And as a result, I was standing in the hallway in a towel, and only the garbage was removed. That was the only downside. The room is huge, the mini bar was replenished every day. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The food was excellent. There was everything, meat, fish, chicken. Everything is delicious.
We have been staying at the hotel for less than a day. We are counting the days until departure. This is the worst thing I've ever seen! The hotel is clearly not up to 4 stars, shabby rooms (we live in a villa), lack of service as a concept. The room cleaning is ugly! In short, there is only the sea from your beloved Turkey! The buffet (if it can be called that at all) is "None", from the word "at all"! There is no children's assortment (we travel with three children, including an infant). There is no usual waiter service, no accommodation, no wine offers at lunch/dinner, no coffee at breakfast. All their work is reduced to cleaning tables! Animation has not yet been met) Sorry for the money spent!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Siren Belek Hotel! First of all, there was something that I usually lacked when vacationing on the territory of the hotel: a large green, well-groomed and very beautiful area where you can walk around like in a large park and enjoy the views.
We lived in a spacious, beautiful deluxe room at Villa Pamphilia, the child had plenty of space to run, and my husband and I could comfortably accommodate: a king size bed, bedside tables, a sofa, two upholstered armchairs, a dressing table, a refrigerator, a TV, two dressers, a large balcony, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a bathroom, two sinks, a corridor with spacious built-in wardrobes. The villa is beautifully decorated (good repair, paintings on the walls, beautiful sconces), reminded my husband and me of our honeymoon suite in the Maldives - romance!
During the cleaning, as someone correctly noted, the cleaners could have forgotten, changed their robes, or failed to report something. But for me it was not so critical, since their room with supplies of just one room was a couple of rooms away from us, and everything was immediately fixed, plus our additional needs were quickly closed (bring extra bottles of water to prepare the mixture for the child, fill the mini-bar for the second time in a day, change outside once again, towels, etc.).
We were happy to walk from the villa to the hotel, but we could order and get there by car.
It was important for me that once during my stay, disinsection was carried out throughout the territory, warning that it was safe for people, naming the treatment hours in advance, as a result, during my stay I did not see mosquitoes, flies, ants, spiders and, moreover, cockroaches, or any other extremely undesirable insects. But in the evenings cicadas crackled beautifully, crows, swallows and sparrows flew, cats lived in a special house.
The food was delicious, there was a lot of food, and we did not come across low-quality products. For comparison, if someone was in Dobedan (Alva Donna Exclusive), then the choice and sophistication of dishes in Sirena were poorer, simpler (small selection of seafood, there were no exotic fruits, like pitahaya!), but still good, so it did not prevent us from having a great rest.
Several adult and children's pools, with slides, a kids club, beach chairs, bars, etc. - everything you need for a good rest!
I was with my wife at this hotel for the first time on 07/18/2023- on 07/26/2023....The hotel is not a party place, there are a lot of families with children, the territory is well-groomed, with many apartments of different types and for different wallets, there is no Turkish day (yes, we do not need it), everything was quite high-quality in terms of nutrition, but not luxury (I am not a traveler, but I notice these things), the staff is sooo friendly literally in a day we studied the taste of drinks and already knew what and how much to bring to the table.We took a boar for the whole period with service on the shore (we always take it so as not to arrange races on the beach for a good place in the sun with a sunbed) A boar costs 110 euros per day (the waiter carries drinks, fruits, etc.) The sea is delightfully transparent, we did not expect it from a Squirrel, solid sand on the bottom, went to the gym (I always visit) everything was fine, there was nothing to find fault with, in general, I would boldly visit this hotel for the second time.
My wife and I have been here for a week, we came for our honeymoon, and we are very happy, we will come again, we really liked the animators, everything is delicious and fun

The Olympic swimming pool is good, but the plastic track dividers are in terrible condition. Every day, fragments of these plastic rings are scattered everywhere along the contour of the pool. And every time you touch during the swim, you get scratches, because there are a lot of sharp edges.

I had a vacation in June 2023 with my son's family and 2 grandchildren. Room 3223, great view from the window to the pool, quiet after 24.00, slept with an open balcony. I lived in the room alone, I didn't litter, so I can't assess the quality of cleaning. My place was clean, the only thing they forgot to take out the trash from the toilet room every day, but not critically. The food is varied, excellent mutton, seafood, pastry. The waiters are diligent. Everything is decent.
But special thanks to the collective of children's animators. Very nice girls, they were attentive to the children, and the children were very enthusiastic about having fun all day at the kids' club. The program is diverse, it is difficult to surprise modern spoiled children with something, in general, the children were not bored. The rest was comfortable. I think we'll go back to the hotel.
