We spent 10 days in September and were very satisfied: excellent location, green area, beautiful sandy beach, delicious and varied food, daily evening shows, friendly staff. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted, except that the slightly tired room stock in the main building, but everything is clean, tidy and working. I can safely recommend it as a great place for a relaxing holiday!

I rested here for 8 full days, I really liked it. Every evening there is an entertainment show, many bars, places where you can have a snack. The food is varied: vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, sweets. Polite staff. No one bothers me. I booked a bed on the pier twice, I really enjoyed sunbathing there. The service is paid, but I think it's worth it. The sea is with strong waves, it's fine in the morning, and after lunch it's already starting to worry. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there are many places to relax and take photos.

Positive: beautiful territory, there are sports activities by the pool, yoga, darts, 2 large pools, but in October the water is already cold… Children's entertainment. The food is excellent
Cons: we were given a room in the basement, there is little lighting, there is no sunlight, like in a cave (( things do not dry, the room is cool even without air conditioning, it is not always pleasant, there are no toothbrushes, the riser is located in the room right next to the bed, you will listen to all the flushing of the upper floors all night, sleep impossible (This is a huge disadvantage.
Cleaning: only the bar was changed, not even the bed was made, not to mention the rest…
The price does not match the quality. For 3 nights. 120K it's not worth it… Room 2608 is very tired, I would say the room will take 3*

We had a rest in October 2024. We can recommend it as a confident five. Good cuisine, spacious rooms in the villas. Among the disadvantages are the uncomfortable layout of the territory with an abundance of villas, the inconvenient location of the beach bar on the pier. It should also be noted that there are several tennis courts right on the territory and, if you are not lucky, you can get a room with a view of them and enjoy the early morning methodical tapping on the ball. Otherwise, I liked the hotel, especially the attentive and responsive attitude of the staff.

We had a rest with my wife and two children of 3.5 and 5.5 years from 09/21/2024-10/5/2024 in a two-room family room. The windows of the room overlooked the main alley and the Pool Bar (more on that later).
In general, I liked everything. Would I come back here again? Most likely yes))
Before that, we rested at Club Marco Polo, Nirvana Dolce Vita, Queen's park
The hotel itself is suitable for families with children, for those who are fond of tennis or golf, for those who do not want to leave the hotel grounds. And she's beautiful! There are a lot of greenery, trees, pines, etc. There are even sun beds on the grass under the pines. The smell there is indescribable!!
But keep in mind that there is nothing outside the hotel within walking distance, except golf courses. We have to go.
Advantages of the hotel:
1. If you are traveling with children from 4 years old, then the kids club is what you should choose this hotel for! My two boys asked me to take them to the kids' club as soon as possible every day. In the afternoon, various master classes are held every day: they make soap, candles, clay bowls and many other exciting things. Various sports tournaments are held among those children who came to the children's club, and in the evening after the mini disco they are awarded commemorative diplomas and medals for 1st place)) The animation team is just super!! Many thanks to Dasha, Dasha (they are in the photo), Katya and other girls! The children were passionate and interested, and the animators are drawn to the children and do not leave them without attention!! This is the best kids club team I've ever met! I definitely recommend it! 5++
2. And again I want to mention the children's club) in the evening, children's shows and mini discos are held. I would like to focus specifically on the show. They are amazing! Different guest artists came every day. They made cotton candy, balloon figures, performed magic tricks, and all that kind of stuff, played, danced. It was interesting not only for children, but also for adults!
3. A huge selection of delicious food. The chefs are great! During the whole vacation there were only 1-2 dishes that I didn't really like, but these are my personal troubles)) everything else that I tried was cooked very tasty! No one will be left hungry!
4. I liked that the main restaurant on the street has zones for smokers and non-smokers. I would like more tables for non-smokers))
5. We had a good maid, the cleaning was of high quality. When the mosquitoes appeared, she gave us a mosquito repellent at our request. Thank you very much!
6. Imported alcohol in all bars except two: in the main restaurant and the bar near the Olympic pool. The choice is good enough, everyone will find what they like and like) in other hotels where I have been, the choice of imported alcohol was greater, but I repeat: the choice is good and quite sufficient.
7. Evening shows are mostly normal) you can pass the evening. Beautiful singing fountains.
8. There was animation) my wife did aquajumping every day) she liked it)
Minuses:
1. Insufficient number of outlets in the room. Take a tee or a splitter with you. We had only 4 sockets in our two-room room, two of them in the room (one slightly away from the bed, one near the table), one in the hallway near the floor (probably for a vacuum cleaner), one in the bathroom (for the first time in my life I used this outlet to charge gadgets). The location of the sockets is, of course, strange)) There was not a single outlet in the second room!
I understand that it is impossible to add sockets now and the room stock is a little outdated, and it's time to renovate, within which they will probably add sockets. But it's strange that initially they were provided for so little) and yes, the rooms are already old, something is broken and can only be fixed by repairing the entire room. But this does not interfere with rest. The main thing is that the rooms are clean, the bed linen is good, the mattresses are comfortable.
2. Water park. One of the employees closed the water park 5-10 minutes earlier. He was indignant at my remarks in Turkish and then just left. The second one closed on time, for which I thank him. Near the water park, screws are sharpened from wooden flooring, but at least you walk in shoes there, but near the pool you walk barefoot, but the tiles near the pool are broken with sharp fragments. He covered the broken tile with his flip-flops so that the children would not step on it and cut their feet.
3. High chairs in the restaurant. In September, a children's kit was placed on each high chair: a disposable bib, a wet napkin, a dry napkin. Since October 1, the kits have disappeared, have they started saving? It's a small thing, but it's weird. I had to ask the waiters to bring a bib and wet wipes, and they drove back and forth 3 times a day) Once the waiter brought an ordinary bib from somewhere)) I don't know where he got it, but thanks for your efforts) I fulfilled the request))
4. Very expensive shops on site. I was forced to buy swimming trunks for a child, which cost $ 20. The price is huge, the quality is terrible. By the end of the rest, they looked very worn out. They threw it away.
5. The windows of the room overlooked the Pool Bar. Even with the door to the balcony completely closed, live music from the pool bar was very clearly audible in the room. This usually lasts until 23:00. Whether you like it or not, listen)) Also one evening, our compatriots in large numbers continued their party with speakers in the pool bar. It ended around one o'clock in the morning. I called the reception, asked to take action, because we can't sleep – there was no result.
6. Staff. Not a minus, but rather an observation. This is most likely a purely human and personal factor. Someone is very friendly, responsive, open, trying to help with any question, and some employees seem not to notice either you or your requests. Because of such little things, I don't want to waste my nerves, so we relax and don't worry about it)
Once again, we liked everything in general. Good price-quality ratio. You can always find something to complain about, but the pros outweigh all the cons. If the budget allows, I recommend considering the Nirvana Dolce Vita hotel. The team of children's animators is worse there, but in all other respects it surpasses Sirene. But this year it was significantly more expensive.

A very good rest. Responsive staff, always comfortable to communicate, helped to find the right medicine very much. Beautiful territory and beach. Good food for every taste. The sea is beautiful, the best sea in my life. Warm, clean and calm. But maybe we're so lucky. And there weren't many children, which is a huge plus. The balcony is gorgeous. I did yoga there.

I'm leaving the hotel tomorrow- 10 days have passed.The weather is gorgeous, the sea is gentle, there are plenty of places on the beach, it is not necessary to occupy early in the morning.The shore is long,wide with a gentle approach, safe to base on the pier, there is also a bar. The guys are friendly, they serve conscientiously.The territory is excellent.I was worried that after Gural Belek and Barut Lara the Collection area would be sparse, but everything is fine.There is always a filling in the bars, but you can find a place, there is always some kind of program.According to nutrition, meat is their specialty - veal, lamb in different versions.There was fish every day; oysters, mussels, squid- sometimes.There is imported alcohol- Henesi, Napoleon, Tequila, well, different liqueurs and whiskey.Sweets- pies are plentiful.Lobi bar 24 hours.I'm on cheese for breakfast.Sausage like everywhere else is not my thing.According to the number ( 3352)- the main building is on the 3rd floor, the windows on the side enter the kitchen with the hum of conduits and hoods, the balcony was not opened.They offered to change the corner for a higher surcharge- the view is the same.But everything worked fine.BUT, the bed was changed only on request on the 7th day, this is nonsense. Towels (very worn, already gray) were changed and cleaning was done daily.The sauna is tired, the tiles are peeling off the seats.Well, the pools are icy everywhere, people didn't even hang out around them.This is the first time I've seen this.Would you go again? - more likely yes than no.

We rest in the Siren for the second time. Excellent service in restaurants, bars, on the beach. The standard room is large in the villa. Everything worked, the bar, the cleaning is all normal. We went to the spa, I really liked the massage from Tu Tu, go straight to the girls Olga and Alina - they will make good prices. We were in September - there were a lot of small children, but you could choose the time and. the place is quieter. Restaurants went to fish and Chinese - food had just been brought, and it was tastier in the main restaurant. In general, I liked everything - the sea, the sun, comfort, food. I recommend.

The price-quality is wonderful. Here is a straight solid 4! A large territory (former golf hotel), great food, went with a small child, there was also baby puree and diets.A table, a lot of meat, you can't go hungry. The food is varied and delicious. Very decent alcohol. But the hotel is tired. The rooms are in a very sad condition. Not very clean: there was dust in the bathroom. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and the safe wasn't working. They asked the reception to fix it, but no one came. The gel was changed. The cleaning is bad. On the first day, we dropped a Coca-Cola ear on the floor. So this eyelet lay for 2 weeks. That is, the floor was not cleaned or cleaned only in the middle, the eyelet lay closer to the curtain.
The territory is excellent, beautiful. The beach is great, there is a good bar on the pier. A lovely atmospheric bar by the main pool.
There are separate bungalows and villas at a VIP rate. They have a separate kitchen and their own bar.

Excellent hotel: large area for walking, pine trees, eucalyptus trees. Evening program for each category: children, youth, live retro music. You will not stay hungry: there is always something working, the cafeteria is around the clock. Please be more down-to-earth and adequate in your claims to an excellent hotel, and then very carefully write reviews that ordinary people read, and based on your reviews form their impression of the hotel!
For your money (and not a small one, moreover, compared to years earlier), the hotel is simply wonderful!
The food is very, very decent, varied: seafood every day, a good selection of fruits, porridges for children for every taste, a million cheeses to choose from, buns / pastries are beyond praise - everything was delicious, semites for breakfast, stewed vegetables, steamed, fried, whatever you want...soups are simply delicious! Pasta of various types, omelets, fresh vegetables in abundance. My children have never said that they don't taste good, and this is indicator No. 1 for me)))
Bars, snack bars everywhere, alcohol is imported, but there are bars where only local. But everywhere there is draft beer, nuts for it, ayran on tap at the Olympic pool, where women make gozleme (very tasty, by the way).
The Olympic pool itself is just wonderful for athletes, 50 meters, 6 or 7 lanes. There is also a children's club with Russian-speaking animators next to it (my children asked to go there themselves every morning), children are engaged in from and to, do crafts / master classes, competitions are held, in the evening a mini-disco followed by awards, the children were very happy every evening they ran there after dinner.
The sea is clean and warm, the beach is well maintained, with a small mound of pebbles, but mostly it is sand.
There is a bar on the pier where foreigners are constantly sitting, drinking beer)) The bartending guys are trying very hard to please everyone, making various cocktails.
On the pier and the shower is comfortable (warmer than on the beach, if anything)
There are no bracelets and no towel cards, which is very convenient.

Cleaning is lame, yes, but if you leave 1 dollar, then they try to do better at times)
In the evenings, live music is played at the bar by the main pool in both foreign languages and Russian.

We visited this hotel in 2023 and were very satisfied. Good rooms of different classes, food for 5+ in quality and variety, a fairly large area, a beach with enough sun loungers, it's a long way to swim to the buoys, many different bars and cafes on the territory, as well as very interesting evening programs. We are going to return to the hotel again.
But.. there are a lot of vacationers in the hotel, the hotel is big. If anyone likes privacy, it's better to keep this in mind

It was my first time in Turkey and definitely not the last.
This hotel is family-run, that is, it is not worth going here for debauchery or partying until nightfall.
We lived in bagemie, our own pool/bar/beach 5+.
The sea is clean, the area is clean, the rooms are clean.
The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian.
The food is varied and very tasty.
There is no bar on the beach itself, but it is very close to the beach, so we had no difficulties with this.
You will find food everywhere, except for tomorrow / lunch / dinner, there are snack bars.
The evening program is always different, it's dancing or showing some tricks.
Disco for adults from about 23-1:30 at night.
My husband and I were together, we had a great vacation.
So I highly recommend the hotel.
And also, the airport is only 40 km away.

We had a rest from 27.05.-05.06.2024. They lived in the main building. The room is nice, big, clean. There is everything for living, including various little things. The hotel itself and the territory are cozy, clean and tidy. On a large territory, in addition to the main building, there are several 2-storey villas and one and two-storey villas of the "Bohemia" class. There are 5 pools, two of which are for children. Everything in the beach area is also wonderfully organized, clean and comfortable. The restaurant has delicious and varied food, lots of fruits, desserts. One disadvantage is that you bring extra pounds home....Everything is thought out on the territory , beautifully decorated , the pool has an original bar with an excellent design. We really liked the original solution of the passage from the bar to the entrance to the main building via the bridge over the pool! Many thanks to the girls at the reception and all the staff who worked hard to make sure we had a good rest!!! We will definitely come again!!!

We rested for 10 days from September 15th. Me, my mother and my daughter.
They settled in a villa, although they were supposed to be in the main building.
Room 2608, what to say renovation in Turkish. Indeed, the closet with pipes next to the bed is constantly buzzing, the toilet drain is constantly flowing, requests to fix it were ignored several times. Everything was just painted, in the room itself. Everything is nice in the bathroom, but the repair was done by so-so craftsmen. And who glues wallpaper in the bathroom? One mold under them, because nothing dries properly for three days.
The mattresses are soft but high, it will be difficult for someone to climb on them.
The audibility is creepy. The ladies from room 2607 drove new men every night! And the whole party started at 3 a.m. We woke up from the banging of the headboard against the wall above our heads. The audibility is such that you can hear just how you talk and about what. The first time I woke up at three in the morning, I was scared, I didn't understand what was going on, because there was a knock right over my head. And we couldn't get enough sleep at all because of these comrades. Because the child lights out at 22, and rises at 7. We knocked on them, said it was useless. They called the reception, came checked and that's it.
The beach is simple, there were always enough drinks, food and other things.
At the request, they were given napkins, cotton pads and other things that are usually placed like that. If you need to ask, they will bring it. Right down to feminine hygiene products, brushes and other things. Towels were changed daily. Traditionally, the floors are dirty, the white slippers are very visible.
If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you, each pool has a generator output, and noise from them, about 40% of the rooms will be heard.
The pools are somewhere clean, somewhere not so clean. Children's pool without heating.
The children's room was pleased, the animator girls are very good, kind and creative. Well done!
Breakfasts are acceptable, it's a pity that there was a scramble not every day, but 3 times out of 10 days. We went to the beach for lunch mostly, it's not really healthy food there. Mostly better. The dinners are good, you can always choose something to your liking. Oriental sweets, my love, are good. I don't take the rest.
As a result, the hotel pulls in 4*. With the neighbors and the room, if you're lucky. But we're definitely not going there anymore.
P.S. a lot of golfers are settling in, there are golf courses nearby.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. Now I recommend it to my friends. I liked everything. The room cleaning is good, the work of the waiters in the restaurant is excellent. The guys remember the preferences of the guests on the second day. Well done! The territory is well thought out, everything is clean. The beach is comfortable, the entrance to the sea is smooth. Perhaps the only disadvantage of the hotel is a tight fit in the restaurant. Perhaps we were in high season, but still I would like fewer people during dinners) although, it should be noted that there were almost no queues for food and the waiters work promptly. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Excellent family hotel, excellent cuisine, high-quality drinks, cocktails are made by professional bartenders, infrastructure. A calm contingent, mainly families with children, aimed at a calm, high-quality vacation by the sea, without scandals and showdowns. Children always have something to do, animators are top! There is a swimming and tennis school for children, and the child was taught to swim in a couple of classes. There are many types of aerobics and other exercises for adults. Great shows every night. I really like the Olympic outdoor swimming pool. There is a small water park. The beach is a blue flag. Comfortable family rooms. The hotel is developing for the better, new villas and an excellent Caribbean-style bar have appeared.
From the wishes:
1) make a non-slip coating at the water slides (slippery tiles are very dangerous, especially for children who naturally run on these slides).
2) update the pier, it is tired, of course. I don't understand why there is no playground for diving into the sea, as in neighboring hotels, everyone jumps over the fence with a sign saying “no diving” anyway
3) in the bar near the main building, ceiling fans would fit harmoniously, they were very lacking in the abnormal heat.
Overall, one of my favorite hotels, which is always a pleasure to return to!

The area is surprisingly green, it can be seen that the staff is trying hard! Good zoning, great sea and beach! I would especially like to mention the work with children: Animators get so close to the kids that the kids want to be with them all the time!!! The food is well organized- the chefs are above all praise, although at maximum load, there are not enough empty tables ...!

everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The only drawback is the price. The hotel is not cheap.

We had a vacation in August 2024 with two children. One of the best hotels in Belek. Real 5 stars. Come, you won't regret it. Excellent food for every taste, cool bars with normal alcohol, super service, clean and cozy rooms, excellent pools and beach, entertainment around the clock, a children's club where Russian girls work.

I liked the territory of the hotel , a wonderful children's club has something to occupy children , the beach area is normal (everything is in its place ) , spacious rooms , you can't hear the neighbors , a tired toilet room ( very bad ) , cleaning is quite good , the mini bar was regularly replenished , the food is varied but unfortunately most of the dishes are not tasty ! We spent 4 years in a row vacationing in Turkey, in Barut hotels and were satisfied with everything. This year, either the cost of the tour was "biting", or the hotel chain did not have a room for the right number of days. We decided to try to go to another one. We chose Sirene Belek because everything sounded good: 5 stars, ultra all inclusive, 30 minutes drive from the airport. But we regretted it. Since we are faced with a complete non-compliance with the standards.
It all started with the fact that I wrote a letter to the hotel at the post office, which is listed on the official website. I asked for a room on a high floor with a nice view, as this trip was a gift for my mom's birthday. I made a note that I would be glad if they had the opportunity.
I did not receive a response, even after the reminder.
Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist if they had seen my letter? They replied that they did not and sent me to communicate with the guest relation.
A girl from Kazakhstan started telling us that there was no letter. I showed her. To which she replied that it had gone to "other people." I nevertheless clarified what kind of "other people" read and process correspondence from the official email of the hotel. It turned out that this was the booking department. And the letter from the booking department was not forwarded to the reception/guest relation. I asked to look into this issue, because losing emails is not the standard of guest service. We went up to the room provided on the 4th floor. We immediately smelled the food. There was a smoky pipe from the restaurant outside the window, we asked to change the room. But, they could only change for free to a room on the second floor, where the pipe was even closer) plus you could hear the noise from some technical machines. Allegedly, there are no more rooms available in our category”garden view”. The reception manager assured that the pipe smokes only from 17-19, when tortillas are baked for dinner. At this time, we were advised to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. Either (!) we can pay 30 euros per night and move into a room with a sea view. We did not have such a desire, we were tired from the road and decided to try to stay in the proposed room (3428). And! The next day we found that the pipe was smoking 4 (!) times a day. I don't think the administrator didn't know about this, I think he just deliberately deceived us so that we either fell behind or paid the coveted 30 euros per day.
On the third day, we also asked for relocation, but refused to solve the situation without money. The suitcases were completely unfolded. At that time, we still did not fully realize that we would smell like tortillas, since it was possible to dry things only on the balcony. They didn't dry in the room. Not the most pleasant bonus for 19,250 rubles per day. The room itself turned out to be old too. Especially the bathroom, there are chips everywhere, the dirt from which, apparently, does not wash off. Or the cleaner is not trying hard. They tipped her every day, but perfect cleanliness never came) the doors to the shower did not close, the water poured out on the floor after each shower. The pallet is so old that it just buckled under the weight of a person, I was afraid it would crack. My weight is 65 kg, not a hundred or two hundred. There was no shower above the bathroom itself, just a faucet. Probably in case someone wants to lie down in this mud with foam.
By the way, there was no response from guest relation about where the letter had gone, either, but we were no longer surprised. I asked them later when they were doing repairs in the rooms-they told me that the renovation is done every year..
