We were at the hotel at the end of May 2019, acquaintance with the hotel did not start pleasantly after selling 2 hours of check-in, they allegedly cleaned the room, it turned out that there was no room, and they settled in a hotel nearby with Ecstasy (by the way, too, 3ka but what)the hotel is new, everything is fresh, maybe it would be worth washing the windows, but the view from the room and the city and the sea, a large room, huge beds, in general, there was no desire to move to Sirel as for the Lilac hotel, we were settled there only the next day after waiting again in the lobby. A separate guide from Anex did not help us in solving the issue of staying at the Ecstasy hotel, even for an additional fee (he did not need it). Lilac is a real 3ka (or rather 2.5), since we have been to hotels such as Begonia, majestic, there is something to compare it with. Therefore, look very carefully at the reviews, do not expect that you will get a super room. Mold is present in the rooms. The refrigerators are not working, they smile sweetly at the request to fix them. The air conditioners are dirty, most likely they have never been cleaned or refueled, so it is not surprising that mold was present on the walls near the bathtub. The windows are terribly dirty, the balconies are the same, if you can call it a balcony, a 30cm ledge with peeling paint. Of course, they try not to deny this, during our stay, they replaced rubber slippers with new ones in the rooms., as well as periodically we came across new towels, the replacement of pastel linen was 2 times in 12 days, and then partially changed the pillowcases, then the duvet cover, the sheets were simply adjusted, at the reception you can take a beach towel but only one once a day, if more, then you are given to pay extra. The room itself is very dusty, the plumbing in the bathroom is faulty (leaking). Let's move on to food., breakfasts are still monotonous, BUT IF you come to breakfast when the hostess is eating, you can enjoy pancakes, fruits and good coffee in the field. The staff does not speak Russian, only the owners of the hotel. There is a large-scale construction site nearby (the noise did not bother much) but it is very dirty on the way to the hotel and they are constantly digging something, it is very close to the sea. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, and another disadvantage is that there is no terrace where you can just sit.
