Lots of beautiful details in the interior, color combinations,Courteous staff. The coffee shop has recently opened, of course there are a lot of visitors on weekdays and weekends, plus there is a gastrofest taking place now, there is a lot of fuss inside because of the constant people)
The tea is called tangerine gingerbread, isn't it beautiful? In fact, there is zero taste, ordinary black tea after brewing.
Desserts are beautifully placed on the showcase, separated only by side windows, there is nothing on top, and considering that the showcase is located near the entrance and there is a constant queue, it is somehow not very hygienic)
By themselves, they are incredibly fresh and delicious, but for me, they are too sweet.

I think it would be more profitable for the coffee shop to give desserts to the guests right away. This will increase the flow of people in the coffee shop. Faster service -> More people will pass through the coffee shop in a day.
By the way, when the desserts finally arrived. The cutlery and napkins were not brought. I had to take it myself, too.
There are no complaints about the waiters, and in general the staff is friendly and kind.
But it is not very efficiently organized in my opinion.

The system for issuing pickup orders works abominably: place an order, wait until they accept another batch of orders after you, then wait until they start fulfilling orders from the beginning of the list, reaching you. Where are you standing in the aisle, in the smoke, the heat, not far from the tables where people are eating. Add a waiting time of 10 minutes to everything.
And now to the situation and the inability to solve unpleasant moments. I made a pickup order on the spot. There is not much workload, literally two orders before me and two or three after. How long do you think it will take for such an order? When you only have a bun and a cake that you need to get out of the window and put in a box. 10 minutes.
The staff gave orders before me, after me, and marked mine as completed. The employee at the checkout didn't even ask what I was waiting for. The missing receipt didn't bother me either. We have to wait for the colleague who took the order, who is not in a hurry to return, but is chatting with customers in the hall.
No one apologized when ordering. It goes without saying such a service.
Writing on Instagram, they did not understand the situation, but again wrote that with a full landing, "10 minutes of waiting" is normal. Um, OK. Only you didn't have rush hour.
After explaining the situation, even though no one asked her, they didn't give a damn. No one apologized to me. Even when I said you didn't apologize, they still didn't apologize. Do you really not give a damn about customers or what?
This is a banal courtesy, because you made a mistake, according to it, the client was forced to stand near an empty cash register for a long time in his outerwear in the stuffiness.
They offered me a drink as an apology. Which I don't want to drink in this place at all. Thank you. Learn how to work better and improve the aspect of issuing orders.

Finally, a really cool and pleasant place has opened in Minsk, with good pastries, decent coffee and wonderful service. We came to this institution for the first time. After 10 minutes, it turned out that you need to look at everything yourself at the checkout and order - ok. They brought superheated drinks for an overprice, without any taste notes. But come on, there aren't many good baristas. The food was prepared quickly enough, but it was already cold and tasted so-so, something you can eat, and something is just food from the canteen for an overprice decorated with a sprig of peas.
I don't recommend it if you want to have a good time.
