But! During rush hour, you wait a very long time for your chosen dessert to arrive. 15-20 minutes of waiting. For example, the coffee arrived in 5 minutes.
I think it would be more profitable for the coffee shop to give desserts to the guests right away. This will increase the flow of people in the coffee shop. Faster service -> More people will pass through the coffee shop in a day.
By the way, when the desserts finally arrived. The cutlery and napkins were not brought. I had to take it myself, too.
There are no complaints about the waiters, and in general the staff is friendly and kind.
But it is not very efficiently organized in my opinion.

I took a pumpkin raff - the coffee was slightly warm and I didn't feel any pumpkin at all. The bird's milk dessert was very sweet, I didn't like it. The pistachio cheesecake was moderately sweet - I liked it.
In the room, the tables were close enough to each other, so it seemed that I could hear all the conversations of other companies.
In general, I was impressed with the interior and the good staff) desserts and coffee still need to be improved.
