The hotel is located on the territory of the residence of the President of Abkhazia, as well as on the territory of the Arboretum, an ancient park, very beautiful, they take care only near the hotel itself to find it, of course, the story is still the same, they check the car and documents at the checkpoint, and tell everything in detail where you can go, where you can not, because next to the presidential residence, drive 800m through the territory, climbing the mountain, and here is the hotel itself, the view from the balcony of the 3rd floor is magnificent, to the sea, especially when it comes to sunset, the hotel is very decent, clean, neat, no frills, the room itself has everything you need, and even a Wi-Fi roller, Satellite TV, kettle, bottled water, refrigerator, air conditioning, dryer on the balcony, walked around the park, ate tangerines, there are a lot of them in the season (we were in November) as well as along the alleys of palm trees, there are a lot of them, various views, the park is very decent, we drove to the sea, but in principle, you can also walk, not far, but, our price also included breakfast, it was at the bottom on the veranda, it was very cozy, buffet, hearty, delicious 👍very good-natured administrators 😍, everything that needs to be done (washing clothes) quickly and efficiently 👍without additional. A secluded place, in a dense forest, quiet, fresh air, at an altitude of 80 m. from sea level, rooms on the 4th floor with sea views. The city and the beach are within walking distance.
