There are few windows, sometimes there are queues because of this. The employees are a bit rude, they do not follow business etiquette. While they are filling out the documents, they are laughing, discussing something of their own, because of this, errors in filling out the forms for submitting documents. And while they're laughing, you have to wait or remind yourself. I don't mind humor at work, but only if it doesn't interfere with the work itself. And working with documents is very responsible.

Absolutely incompetent employees. Rudeness, laughter and discussion of people, especially the elderly. Questions regarding documents and registration are sent to other MFCs, explaining that they do not care about it. A complaint has been written with the signatures of many people. Let's hope for at least some result.
