An employee called on 04/29/25 and offered to carry out the boiler MAINTENANCE, he wanted to come right the next day, but there was no way to receive him, we agreed on 05.05, he not only did not arrive, but also did not call, on 05.05 we called him ourselves, he answered and said, I will call you on Monday 12.05. He never showed up. If you want a competent, serious attitude, then never contact this company.

The store and the staff still do not understand what they are selling. I bought a spare part for a motorcycle with courier delivery. The courier arrived and handed me the package. And when the specialists came to install it, it turned out to be defective. When I arrived at the store with the receipts to return. I was insulted by their manager and had to be called by the police. I do not recommend this store sucks completely

I will join the previous speaker. While everything is OK with the boiler, I stupidly came disassembled, took the heat exchanger with me (like to rinse, blow), looked, an hour later I brought the heat exchanger, installed it, stamped it, took the money. BUT as soon as there was a problem - I arrived several times, looked, nodded my head, said the problem was not with the boiler and THAT's IT ... The most important thing is that the problem arose exactly on the same day after scheduled maintenance. Up to this point, everything was OK. According to the recommendations of this "specialist", I checked everything: the presence of leaks in the system - No leaks, the drying of radiators - everything is OK. The problem was never solved. It was not even suggested to replace something, etc. I highly do not recommend this performer. In extreme cases, I didn't even issue an act - I ran out of forms. To all my calls with a request to bring a service certificate - zero emotions.
