I booked a trip 2 weeks before departure on the website of this carrier and according to the booking I had to leave by minivan (8 seats) direct route Gorlovka- Krasnodar, which departs from Yenakievo at 11.30 (Olesya), 11.45 (Fox store) to Krasnodar. When booking a place for a trip, they contacted me a few hours later, clarified the data and said that a dispatcher would contact me 3 days before departure, and on the eve of the trip the driver would call to tell me the bus number - that was the end of my positive impression. No one contacted me 3 days before departure, they called me the night before and informed me that they would pick me up at the Fox store (Yenakievo) at 12.50 and take me to Khartsyzsk, then transfer me to a minivan that would take me to Krasnodar. In fact, the driver picked me up from Yenakiyevo at 12.50, took me to the stop "Rodnichok" (Khartsyzsk), where I waited in the car for about 40 minutes for a minivan. The minivan ( for 16 people ) arrived late ..What was my surprise when I asked the driver if he could stop at Katyusha, the Tape behind Katyusha, AS Krasnodar-1, as stated on the carrier's website, he replied to me that he did not plan to go there, since this is the Donetsk-Sochi route, and us (5 people who need to go to Krasnodar), he will land on the Tape, which is located on the M-4 highway, because if he goes to Krasnodar, he will stand in traffic jams for 3 hours, and people who go to Sochi will not like it.
