We have not encountered such rudeness for a long time. I managed to book a ticket with this company, which I immediately regretted....We were driving a Fiat, license plate 586. The driver is just a boor, decided to drive a person around the bus with a stick after a difficult injury in search of a place to choose....don't get in there, it's busy....on my remark, he began to be rude, to communicate on "you"....It's like I came to his house. Disrespectful employees of this office: one of your slogans is politeness, you probably forgot about it, learn to respect customers and behave with dignity!! Shame on the driver of the Fiat, white, number 586!!!

Sinbad Travel!!!! The Donetsk - Gelendzhik regular bus is in terrible condition, the seat backs are fixed, half of the air conditioners are not in working condition. There was only ONE driver on the entire flight. The stops are not announced, no one controls the passengers.
The Gelendzhik -Donetsk flight was even worse, this time there were two drivers, but both did not know the way !!!! As a result, we traveled all the routes, lost a lot of time. Arriving at the border, the bus broke down. Drivers do not provide any information, they are rude. There is no escort at all !!!! As a result, the whole road is a mockery of people!!!!!! Put your buses in order and provide the service according to the cost!!!!!

Extremely negative impression about this carrier. I booked a trip 2 weeks before departure on the website of this carrier and according to the booking I had to leave by minivan (8 seats) direct route Gorlovka- Krasnodar, which departs from Yenakievo at 11.30 (Olesya), 11.45 (Fox store) to Krasnodar. When booking a place for a trip, they contacted me a few hours later, clarified the data and said that a dispatcher would contact me 3 days before departure, and on the eve of the trip the driver would call to tell me the bus number - that was the end of my positive impression. No one contacted me 3 days before departure, they called me the night before and informed me that they would pick me up at the Fox store (Yenakievo) at 12.50 and take me to Khartsyzsk, then transfer me to a minivan that would take me to Krasnodar. In fact, the driver picked me up from Yenakiyevo at 12.50, took me to the stop "Rodnichok" (Khartsyzsk), where I waited in the car for about 40 minutes for a minivan. The minivan ( for 16 people ) arrived late ..What was my surprise when I asked the driver if he could stop at Katyusha, the Tape behind Katyusha, AS Krasnodar-1, as stated on the carrier's website, he replied to me that he did not plan to go there, since this is the Donetsk-Sochi route, and us (5 people who need to go to Krasnodar), he will land on the Tape, which is located on the M-4 highway, because if he goes to Krasnodar, he will stand in traffic jams for 3 hours, and people who go to Sochi will not like it. To which I said that traffic jams on Sunday, at 21.30-22.00 are rare, because this is not a weekday and daytime, that I would need to get from the Tape to the M-4 for 1 hour 48 minutes on minibuses with a transfer (then I looked that they do not go at such a time, they are up to 20.00 ply), the taxi that he offered - 1068 rubles would be worth it (such a pleasure...pay 2,300 rubles for a trip Enakievo - Krasnodar + taxi in Krasnodar), but the driver was adamant, spoke in raised tones, he didn't care about such difficulties at all and told me not to spoil his mood. Like, be glad that you were taken to Krasnodar at all. It turns out that the conditions of booking and transportation directly to the destination specified by the carrier company were not met.Will I use the services of this frivolous office -NO, will I recommend it to my friends - ABSOLUTELY NOT. I hope that my review will be useful for those who plan their trips in advance..
