A wonderful hotel, a large well-groomed territory, an excellent water park (there are slides with and without bagels, for all ages). The person is benevolent, the rooms are cleaned well and often. In restaurants, the food is varied, everyone will find dishes to their taste (meat, potatoes, desserts are perfectly cooked), you will not stay hungry for sure. There are many bars with drinks on site. The beach is not big, 2-3 minutes walk across the street from the hotel, the entrance to the sea is quite steep, but pleasant, as the sand. There are many different fish at the pier, you can swim with a mask (you saw a huge stingray), and a turtle swam. The animation is not intrusive, in the evening they bring a pelican, you can gently stroke it))). The hotel is worth the money, let's come back here.
We are currently vacationing here (April 2025).
In order of pros and cons:
+ The staff, everyone is doing everything possible to make you feel comfortable, even the bars on the beach (there are two of them) start working from 10:00, but from 9:00 the staff is already walking and offering any alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, you just order, they bring you
+ Food, it's strange to read bad reviews about food, we are tourists with experience, there is something to compare, everything is very tasty and high-quality, maybe not so diverse, but delicious, dinner is always different
+ High-quality cocktails and beer (we didn't drink more fortified)
+ The territory is well maintained, from morning to evening swept, mowed, cleaned
+ Many bars, very convenient
+ The atmosphere, from the first step into the hotel, you feel like you're on vacation
+ The rooms are not new, but not too shabby, comfortable balconies, we liked to sit, chat, drink a glass of wine
+ It's very nice and cozy in the evening when the lights are turned on all over the territory
+ 10 minutes from the airport, the hotel itself is located in the center of a busy street, you can always go out and take a walk, there are many shops, pharmacies, cafes around, Auchan is just a stone's throw away
+ There is a full kitchen (restaurant) on the beach, and you don't have to return to the hotel all day.
+ Although the hotel is on the second line, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and then an electric car takes vacationers along the straight line.
Now to the shortcomings...
- WI-FI is weak, there is none on the beach at all
- I would like at least some animation, everything ends at 17:00
- There are no care products except liquid soap near the sink and liquid soap in the shower
- an uncomfortable shower, a faucet at the bottom and a screwed watering can at the top
- Poor room cleaning, the floors were dirty when we checked in, and that's how it was until the end of the vacation
- There is no shower on the beach, there is no faucet to wash off the sand, you have to go to the room
in the sand. P.S. Upon arrival in Hurghada, you will be ready to pay to buy a tourist visa at the airport for $ 25 or euros per person (dollars are accepted only for a new sample).
