In April 2024, my nine-year-old daughter underwent appendicitis surgery at this Ingosstrakh insurance clinic. We did not pay a penny (transfer, medicines during treatment and with ourselves, surgery, stay of the child and mother in the hospital). All the staff are very caring, kind, polite, professional. The clinic is modern. We communicated through a translator and Google translate. Unfortunately, we spent almost the entire rest in the hospital, as appendicitis was with an abscess, there was a drainage tube for two days. It was scary to be in such a situation. But everything, thank God, went well. The only thing is, we arrived in the evening, ultrasound and blood tests confirmed appendicitis, but the operation was scheduled only for 11 a.m. the next day, besides, the anesthesiologist was 1.5 hours late. I begged to have an emergency operation at admission, then came up again at night when the child got worse, but they refused me, told me to wait for the appointed time. I was worried every minute while waiting for the operation. Now I think that I should have written or called the insurance company to influence the surgeon and the operation was carried out urgently.
It always helps out in times of emergency. Good responsive staff in the clinic and in the emergency department.

They speak English. The IV wasn't finished yet, but it had been removed. They gave me a prescription and sent me to the hotel in the same car. On the way, the driver bought medicines. It's free for us. At the hotel, the man drank the drugs and suffered for another 2 hours until they took effect.
In general, they helped, of course. But I would like Russian tourists to be taken to a clinic with Russian-speaking staff. And I would like to stay in the clinic for not an hour and a half, but until there really is an improvement.
Friendly and professional doctors, as well as the entire staff. We were caught with a one-year-old child with a high fever. We were lying for a day, the nurse came every 3 hours, found out about her daughter's condition!
I got to the clinic on insurance, the staff is simply amazing, there are Russian-speaking specialists at the reception, conducted a full examination, treated and cut the wounds received from the carals, took pictures and prescribed medicines, which they themselves collected at a nearby pharmacy and handed over to me absolutely free of charge. After contacting me, a car arrived, and it also took me back to the hotel. On the territory of the clinic, I was carried on a wheelchair, the only thing missing is water pendants for visitors
