The hotel is very well located, really 10 steps from the Duomo, but the rooms and service are just awful! This hotel does not pull at 5 stars in any way, we paid a huge amount for it and were very disappointed. Uncomfortable, small, old and uncomfortable! Never for any money!!!

A great little hotel in the heart of the city! The gallery is 20 meters away, you won't even need an umbrella!
