The location is convenient - it is located in the center of Parma. Grocery stores, restaurants, clothing and shoe stores, etc., as well as the Parma train station are close to the hotel. Everything else leaves much to be desired. The rooms are small. The beds in the double rooms (not family rooms) are almost side by side. There is no kettle, tea and dishes in the rooms. Again, it is also impossible to take a kettle at the reception on bail - they simply do not exist. Taking a teapot and boiling water in a restaurant is also a problem. There is also no iron or ironing board in the hotel. I can't say anything in favor of breakfast either - there is a poor choice of everything: several types of cereals with milk, yoghurts, pastries, two types of cheese, two types of sausage, sausages, bacon and amlet. That's probably all. Perhaps I am too picky, because this is my first acquaintance with Italy and its hotel. But compared to hotels in England, Germany, the USA, and Japan, this hotel is, of course, inferior.
