Good evening. This is not the first time I have visited this salon. Many of the craftsmen are good, friendly, and know a lot about their work. There are no complaints or comments about them. But, there is a minus, and this minus is the Administrators. They don't do their job professionally. You sign up for one time that they offer, and in the end they sign up for another. They can be very rude, and sometimes you walk up to the counter and they smell like cigarettes. And you don't treat your employees very well. They can yell at them in public, they can make a remark out of thin air. I think this is unacceptable. If the administrator wants to reprimand an employee in some way, then I think it can be done not in public. It's not pretty. They may be in a bad mood and start communicating with clients not very well. I hope the management will sort out the situation with the administrators.
And so, in fact, everything is fine, the masters are great fellows. Thank them for their work and quality.

A question for the manager.Why is there a haircut service for children under 3 years old in the price list????And why would I go somewhere if the barbershop has this service on the ground floor of the house?
I understand that the hairdresser is on a budget, and the main contingent is pensioners of the district, but we live in 2025, and we would like minimal service, with staff who are more or less at least competently refusing services.

I had my hair cut there before the new year in 2024, but I decided to write a review anyway. I have long hair and on average they cut my hair for 20-25 minutes. It all lasted about 6 minutes, and then at the end the girl was still trying to trim something for me, not even with strands, but with the whole hair. I couldn't stand it and left. I do NOT recommend going there without an appointment with a certain master whom you know. There are girls there who work well, but they have everything scheduled by appointment. If you join the general queue, it's not a fact that you will get to a good master. The only thing that calms you down is that your hair will grow back, not your hands.

The price is the only plus .
The quality of the haircut is terrible, namely, it would seem elementary to trim the tips, neither me nor my daughter (different masters) were able to do exactly that. as someone wrote earlier, wet 3 cm from the bottom, and without even bothering to comb ... ( apparently the same ones were serviced))
The cape is covered in hair!!! all colors, apparently never washed. whether combs are washable is a big question, of course. After that , they just put me on the shelf and that 's it . I think that master won't bother.
I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Time spent , and I need to get my hair cut..
P.S. I 've been doing manicure for a long time , I just didn 't like it either .

On a recent visit (without recording) I explained to the girl how I wanted to get a haircut and even showed her a photo, the haircut I asked for should be cut with scissors, but the girl took the machine and shaved all the hair under the nozzle. The haircut lasted 5-7 minutes in time

The speed is 10/10
I'll never come to this barbershop again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

I do not recommend this place for manicure. I signed up on 10/20/2024 at 13:15, I was invited at 13:20. The promised procedure time is 1.5 hours, but in fact my practice lasted for more than 2.5 hours! I thought about fixing it at home, but why should I pay for it?
She's back. The receptionist admitted that the work of the master was disgusting, and explained that my manicure was transferred to another specialist due to the arrival of a new client to the original one, and because of the haste of the first master, the manicure was initially poorly done... I was offered to remove the cover and return the money. The withdrawal took another 50 minutes. After a long three hours of waiting, they returned only part of the money, explaining that they had removed the coating and had a manicure. The quality of the work does not even reach 10%! I did not investigate further, but this attitude towards clients is unacceptable. I really do not recommend this place!
