Anastasia took one for a haircut, moistened her hair and cut it off, the second one sat down for a haircut, I do not know the name (since the administrator did not tell me her name) soaked only 3 cm from the bottom, and the length of the hair to the waist and with all this the hair was in a tight braid (it is clear that the hair will be with a wave), I I watched this, but decided to clarify that the hair needs to be cut in a row, to which the hairdresser answers that she is already finishing, 😮 I asked the question how can I cut such a long length by wetting only 3cm from the bottom????? To which there was silence, but the administrator quickly replied to me that the master knows better how to do it correctly. The question is, how many years of experience does this "master" have if she does not know the first basics of hairdressing. Thanks to Anastasia for redoing the work of her crooked colleague. There are good craftsmen in the salon, but everything is as always (one fat sheep, the whole herd will spoil).

I do not recommend this place for manicure. I signed up on 10/20/2024 at 13:15, I was invited at 13:20. The promised procedure time is 1.5 hours, but in fact my practice lasted for more than 2.5 hours! As a result, I came out only at 15:36, and the result was terrible: the coating was uneven, the varnish on the skin, the shape of the nails was no. I thought about fixing it at home, but why should I pay for it?
She's back. The receptionist admitted that the work of the master was disgusting, and explained that my manicure was transferred to another specialist due to the arrival of a new client to the original one, and because of the haste of the first master, the manicure was initially poorly done... I was offered to remove the cover and return the money. The withdrawal took another 50 minutes. After a long three hours of waiting, they returned only part of the money, explaining that they had removed the coating and had a manicure. The quality of the work does not even reach 10%! I did not investigate further, but this attitude towards clients is unacceptable. I really do not recommend this place!
