Once we agreed to get a haircut by a young specialist, which was a huge mistake. The transition from one length to another was not made at all, and the payment was without any discounts

The renovation and interior are disgusting inside, although everything doesn't look as bad as it is in the photos. I had a manicure with a long-term coating, there is no separate, specially equipped corner for this. The table where the procedure was performed was covered with an incomprehensible oilcloth, which made it a problem to dry the nails in the lamp. The chair looks like a piece of chipboard covered with velvet paper. No comfort, no service.
But the aesthetic and technical qualities of this institution are half the trouble. Never in my life have I had any problems with allergies to gel polish, and in principle, there were no consequences from this procedure, done by other craftsmen in 4 years. But this time, the salon surpassed absolutely all expectations: the nails were made with unknown debris or dust inside. The master did her job carelessly, during which the products got on the skin, which caused allergies. The cuticle was not properly treated, and pieces of skin remained. 30 minutes after the procedure, terrible itching, dryness and blisters began on all fingers.
Before that, in August, I visited this institution with a request for a haircut and at the same time asked a question about a specific hairline, to which I received advice to pull it out with wax. Every time I came to this salon, if you can call it that, the mood was spoiled by the disgusting service, interior, and, of course, such "competent" specialists. Basically, like a diner near the house where you can count on anything, it will do.
