Excellent location, actually the first line. Refrigerator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi are available. The hotel is calm, located in a quiet location. If necessary, there is Parking, but check-in is not the most convenient. There is a grocery store in the same building from the end. Not far down Gochua Street (house 56) there is an excellent establishment of Abkhazian and European cuisine. There is no better service and more delicious cuisine in all of Abkhazia, I definitely recommend going there, especially near the hotel (and prices are lower than on the central streets). A good hotel, everything you need for a stay is available. It is located right on the edge of the reserve. It takes 7 minutes to reach the shore along the path through the nature reserve.

A small hotel but very cozy and comfortable, everything was in the room and the kettle was a hairdryer, the linen was often changed, and most importantly, for someone it is very important, a large number of pillows of different sizes,the store is really 10 steps from the room, in general, I really liked everything!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Simon Hotel! The room has everything you need (shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV, WiFi) It is located within walking distance from the sea, you just need to go through a pine grove. Shops, cafes and canteens are within walking distance.

We have been staying at this place for the second year in a row. I like the location. The beach is 250 steps away. The center is a 10-minute walk away. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. Everything you need. There is a microwave and a saucer with sugar at the reception. The numbers correspond to the photos on the website.

Great hotel. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, good shower, kettle, towels, nice renovation. There were no neighbors to be heard. There is an iron and ironing board in the hallway, as well as a washing machine.
Three minutes to the sea through a beautiful pine grove. It's about ten minutes to the center at a leisurely pace.
There is a shop in the same house where you can buy everything you need.
Of the cons: the garbage was not taken out in three days, apparently, you need to ask separately.

We come to Simona for 4 years, excellent location, good rooms, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, dishes, everything is there. The sea is 3 minutes away through a relict pine grove. There is a good store downstairs, and cards are accepted for payment. There are many cafes and shops nearby. ATM is a 10-minute walk away.

Very close to the sea, you can say the first line. 5 minutes along a shady path and on the beach. This is a huge plus for us.
But this year's room was small for the same price 😬
And, due to the fact that there is no admin or security at night, you may not be lucky with the guests, ktr believes that everyone is pleased to listen to them laughing and swearing. And there is no one to calm them down. It would be great to hire an attendant.
