The service staff and the pool itself are all super. I recommend the Turkish hammam. There is also a massage fitness room. What's cool is that the female is separate from the male.

Definitely 5 🌟, despite the fact that it has been working for several years, the rooms are as new, everything works, the staff is very nice, polite and responsive. Breakfasts with a local flavor, for which I appreciate such hotels even more, the pool is cool, coming to Tashkent, but I do not think to experiment, I will live only here!

If I'm not lying, like it! Only here you buy slippers and a towel for money, although the hotel. There are worn sneakers, sold for half the price. The water is clear and clean, enriched with chlorine. The bartender/waiters do their job efficiently but late.

One of the largest ski pools in Tashkent, the service is better than average, there is a stable and a mini zoo, the location is far from the center, but the management tries to compensate for this through additional services and service. There is no central cooling. A halal type hotel is perfect for Muslims!

We had a rest in April 2022. The hotel is very nice. Clean modern rooms, delicious and varied breakfasts, thanks to the chef, clean and warm pool, amazing sauna and hammam. I would especially like to mention the courtesy, responsiveness and friendliness of the staff. Well done! Keep it up !

The service is all friendly, but there are moments. The price at the hotel and at the booking are very different. For a day with early check-in, I spent about $ 80 through booking (50% surcharge for early check-in), for a day when extending at the hotel they wanted the same $ 80. I had to practically quarrel and say that I would order through booking. At the resort, you might have thought before asking for about $80 (950000 local soms). The indoor pool, there are trainings for children until 17.00, you will not relax much in the pool. Breakfast is not bad, but the dishes are more like lunch without the first one. The rooms are clean. The kettle was not working. I asked the reception to bring water to the room and replace the kettle, I waited 30 minutes and they didn't bring it. After the second request, water was brought. And so there are many channels on TV, including in Russian. The air conditioner was cold, but it worked noisily (creaked). A team of Iranian football players lived on our floor, they were very noisy, especially in the evening.

Breakfasts for 4 out of 5. The pool and saunas are excellent. In the restaurant I ate only dinner, which was included in the room rate - it was very much, delicious (in the local style). The staff is friendly and speak Russian or English. The room has a super mattress, perfect. The room, the bathrooms in the restaurant, the pool are very clean.

I really liked it! Attentive staff, respond to all requests. A large towel and rubber slippers are provided free of charge. There are circles on sale (they are called balloons), shorts for men can be rented or bought. There are 2 slides, though they can be launched on request. There is also a hammam, cakes and soda in the buffet, there is no alcohol. A smoking area is provided.

A wonderful place!
I was on a business trip, I had a chance to live for three days. Lovely and very helpful staff. The breakfast included in the price is wonderful.
Unfortunately, the basin was never visited.
