We thought that the villas were closer to the sea than the hotel building itself, but it turned out that the opposite was true. We arrived at 7 a.m., checked in at 11 a.m. The staff is responsive, polite, speak Russian. The room is spacious, but the furniture and towels are old. We lived on the 4th floor in a corner room where there was no clothes dryer. The mini disco starts at 20.00, and later the disco until 24.00, the music is very loud. There is an amphitheater on site, so please move the events away from the rooms.
The sea is wonderful, the beach is very clean! There are 2 piers (owned by other hotels) from which you can dive. But there is no ayran and ice cream in the beach bar, and it's a long walk to another bar. The Internet is weak everywhere, but it doesn't catch at all on the beach. In 2024, there were many disadvantages, firstly, the war with the reception for everything that was needed, we waited 3 hours for a new set of bed linen at night, called at 11 a.m. and received it only at 2, while we had to go to the reception ourselves. The air conditioners are terrible, they barely work, and it's just not enough for cooling. I don't know what the reason is, but the water in the pool was colder on the 2nd year of arrival. The evening children's program is always the same, I don't pretend to have something new every time, but at least 3-4 programs can be done, because coming for 2 weeks the child gets bored. The large pool near the main building is always very dirty, which makes it just disgusting to swim in it. Room cleaning is something, it just comes with a mop, which I did not know where before, but more often than not, I just cleaned other rooms with the same mop and in the common hallway, poured out a glass of water and dragged the mop across the floor. I won't say anything bad about the food, because the food is not bad, there is a lot of meat, a lot of different dishes, there is a huge plus here. But unfortunately that's all, there were no such disadvantages in the first year of our stay.

Ours had everything for a comfortable life - a kitchen, a barbecue, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, 3 baths, 2 bedrooms, a large living room and 3 air conditioners. Provided that the villas are a little tired, it's still comfortable.
4. Good tennis courts, the use of which was free for residents.
Of the tangible disadvantages:
1. Roosters and turkeys walk freely on the territory of the hotel, which scream around the clock and do not let you sleep. Every two hours you will wake up to the crowing of roosters, sometimes replaced by the cries of mullahs. It is almost impossible to get enough sleep, the hotel administration throws up its hands and does nothing about it.
2. Very, very poor cleaning. During the week, our bed linen was changed only once, and then at our request. The floors were not wiped once, which by the end of the rest was very strongly felt and left discomfort. Towels were changed every day only. The photo of the slipper was taken on the 3rd day of stay in the department.
3. No additional keys for the villas. We were vacationing with 2 couples in the villa and it was desirable to have 2 keys in order to get into our apartment without hindrance. As a result, until the end of the vacation, we were fed promises that they would certainly do everything, but no miracle happened.
4. Periodic water problems. In the beginning, we didn't have hot water on the ground floor, then we just periodically lost water. You can live, but it's all a matter of comfort.
In general, the hotel gives the impression of being frozen in 2005-2010: animation, food, repairs in places - all great greetings from there, which at first amuses, and in the end begins to annoy a little. The photo of the hotel on the websites does not reflect reality at all - in reality everything is already old and damaged. If the service had been provided from the heart, the hotel would have made a much better impression, because all that I have described is a matter of service and customer orientation.

All the staff is friendly, responsive, rudeness and negativity have never been met.

We went a couple of times to Kemer and to the ancient city of Phaselis by bus, the stop is next to the hotel.

A divine stay at this hotel will be remembered for a long time. Very good and varied cuisine, you can always find something to pamper yourself with. Wonderful bars, the sea (from the main building) is very close, although the beach is tiny and there are already problems with sun beds around 10.30. The furniture in the room has "traces of existence", but for us it was not critical, since we only took a shower after the sea in the room during the day and slept at night. The air conditioner in the room works very quietly, it does not interfere with sleeping, there is a remote control, the temperature can be adjusted at your discretion. He told us in great detail about the massage services available, made up an individual course of treatment and even gave us gifts - hammam and mud masks. He also offered a free 15-minute massage for familiarization. We decided to try a mix of massage (hot stones and medical massage).
After 15 minutes of massage and a complete body diagnosis, I was absolutely confident in Ferat's professionalism. And now about the massage therapist who worked with us - his name is Hakan. He is a true master of his craft, feels the body perfectly and successfully works with problem areas. Time flew by imperceptibly, and at the end of each massage, Hakan made a mud mask on my face and treated me to delicious pomegranate tea.
After the second massage session, the pain in my problem area on my back became less disturbing, and after the fourth session I completely forgot about the aching pain. I was very satisfied with the services provided and confidently recommend them to everyone. This massage not only brings pleasure, but also helps to improve your health.

families with accommodation in the villas at the end of May-beginning of June 24.

At the reception they asked for 3 keys to the room, the manager gave them without problems, only warned about the fine in case of loss.
- The territory of the villas is large, beautiful, well maintained. Going for a walk under the stars before going to bed is a pleasure. Roosters, chickens, guinea fowls, turtles, hedgehogs, seals - the children were happy)
Near the hotel there is a street with shops, travel agencies, pharmacies, mini markets Migros.
The villas have a nice, mostly quiet pool. The company buzzed one night, calls to the reception did not help at all. It is unclear what will happen in high season if the administration and security do not respond.

The water in all pools is clean, without the smell of chlorine at any time of the day.
There were enough smokers on the sun beds during our check-in, we didn't feel any discomfort.
The disadvantages of the hotel may be critical to someone, we were sometimes upset, of course, but the vacation was not spoiled:
- The tables in the lobby are flooded, the cleaning leaves much to be desired, they just collect the dishes.
- Room cleaning is poor, consists of taking out the trash, changing towels, making/changing the bed, adding toilet accessories.
The floors and other surfaces are dirty, and there is garbage under the beds. Tipping doesn't help, don't waste the money.
Upon arrival, they quickly washed everything themselves with antiseptic wipes, they did not faint.
- Weak WiFi in the room, lack of it on the beach (I caught it by the pool at the villa, at the main pool, in the lobby)
- Animation, very sad and sad, the style of the early 2000s.
- Dirty public toilets by the pool, on the beach, every other time even in the main building.
- The main bar - there is always a long queue in the evening, while there is one for alcohol and soft drinks,

Also, for several days in a row, local vermouth was poured from Bianca's Martini bottles in the bar. That's quite undignified...it is unclear who it is designed for.
- There are no free sun beds at the main pool at 10.00, especially for a large company.
And it was like we were out of season. But there are stacked slides, they were placed in the shade of trees on the lawn.
We witnessed it several times, the sun beds are occupied, there is no one all day, they come at 16.00, take the towels and leave.
- The beach is small, only one near one was open during our check-in, from June 10 they promised to open the second one.
There are no sun beds available at 10.00, we went after lunch to 14, then we could find a place.
- The restaurant, no one stayed hungry, but of all the 5-star hotels where they rested, unfortunately, the weakest food / service in the opinion of our entire company.

there is no seafood, but it doesn't seem to be declared. often the fish ended at the beginning and did not appear again.
there were no cherries, strawberries were twice, very average in quality. watermelons were sweet only in the second week.

sometimes not to the same dishes, but to something else.

We rested from the end of 27.09 to 07.10.2024. We rested at the villa. The room is on the 5th floor. But! The water heater was not working. They changed it. The air conditioner is built into the closet. At some point, it started to leak and our clothes got wet. They fixed it, but not immediately. After cleaning the room, the water in the shower slowly began to drain into the sewer. Most likely, the cleaner just poured dirty water into the shower. It's in a 5-star hotel. But the "cherry on the cake" was the smell of hydrogen sulfide. At night, he became unbearable. At first we thought it was the sewer in our room. But after cleaning the sewer (by the way, we went ourselves and bought bleach and filled in the place of the water drain), the problem was not solved. After cleaning the sewer, ants climbed up, which we also eliminated on our own. We have repeatedly contacted the hotel manager Oksana to change our room. But this idea was abandoned after they learned from the tour operator that it was not the room, but the fact that there are sewage treatment plants outside the hotel. I came for the sake of the sea and a normal beach, but I have never seen such a thing anywhere, and I have been to many places. There is another beach, but there are also few sunbeds and they are in terrible condition. Nice bungalows for 50 euros per day. Although we have ultra all inclusive. The food at the hotel is for an amateur. Is it possible to fill your stomach without any pleasure. Five can only be given to fruits and simitam for breakfast. Coffee is slop. But this is normal for Turkey. That's why we took the drip bags from home with us. It is impossible to drink alcohol in the bar. Cheap swill bottled in expensive bottles. The cola is powdered and the hotel manager does not hide it. They have one answer to everything: we have such a hotel concept. It's good that we brought our drinks from Duke. They brought us a mattress and threw it on the floor and said that they could only put a baby cot, but our child is 5 years old and she needs a full-fledged place. The issue was resolved only the next day, when they turned to the guide. It was the only unpleasant moment during the whole vacation
We rested at the Simena Comfort hotel in July 2024. I have a double impression, so I will describe everything in detail.
Food. This is one of the advantages of the hotel – the food is of high quality, though not too varied. There are delicious dishes. There are a lot of vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce – everything is there. The meat is mainly grilled: chicken, turkey and beef. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes are prepared for breakfast. There are muesli, cornflakes, cookies. There is a cooler with milk nearby, although it is very diluted with water. Also, every day there are three types of yogurt, soup, sometimes mashed potatoes and more often French fries. Daily rice, pasta and boiled eggs. Grilled dorado fish, and once a week squid, mussels and shrimp. There are coffee machines and a juice machine in the restaurant. Fruits include watermelons, peaches, cherries and apples. There are a lot of cakes, but you need to choose, because some taste just like a steamroller, but there are also quite edible ones. Ice cream is very tasty every day from 10 to 17 (approximately). Drinks–Lipton, pepsi, sprite, iced coffee, cocktails for children. Alcohol is mainly beer, there is wine and something stronger (I don't understand this, so I'm not talking about quality). In general, you will not stay hungry)
Beach. In my opinion, this is a minus. In general, this hotel has two beaches (but do not flatter yourself, because they are very small). It takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to the first (main) one at an average pace along the road, where tuf-tuf sometimes goes. In general, a car goes to both beaches, but it does not have a clear schedule, so it is very rare to catch it and not walk. To get to the second beach, go through the territory of another hotel, and walk very far, so 90% of vacationers hang out on the first beach. However, it is quite possible to take sun beds if you come early (before 10). There are bars both there, but you can only drink soft drinks or beer there, as well as have a snack on fries or a burger. A rather funny feature of the hotel is that drinks or food in bars on the beaches run out very quickly. Do you want Lipton? Sorry, Lipton finish. Do you want a burger? Some boy has already taken the last one, wait until the cutlets arrive. The hotel does not have a pier, and there is no pantus for entering the sea either. In general, there are small pebbles on the beach, so it's okay to go into the sea even barefoot.
Rooms. This is a plus. The hotel is divided into the main building (in my opinion 6 floors) and villas. We were in the main building, it was recently renovated, so the rooms are cozy and "fresh". I don't know about the villas, but someone liked it even more. Cleaning the room is about nothing, just making the bed and taking out the trash. Although, it is unlikely that someone will be prevented by a speck of dust under the chest of drawers, but still. The hotel provides towels, slippers, shampoos, shower gels, soaps, hair balms. Once we found red ants in the towels, but do not be afraid – they were not seen anywhere else and they did not spoil our vacation in any way. The air conditioning and hair dryer work perfectly.
Wi-Fi. Minus. If it is important for you to have Internet access, be careful – the hotel is not very comfortable with this. Normally catches only at the reception and in the rooms of the main building, also near the pool in the villa area. There is no Wi-Fi at all on the beach.
Service. There are guys who really try, and there are lazy bartenders who pour you half a glass of sprite with a very incomprehensible expression on their face...There is a simple logic here – if you need something, you will have to ask for it, and perhaps more than once.
Animation and entertainment. Definitely a fat plus! Every day there are interesting shows in the amphitheater, there are foam parties, water polo, karaoke, contests. The hotel has courts for lawn tennis, a table for a small one. There are two water slides, two outdoor pools and one indoor.
Territory. It is large, but torn to pieces (due to the fact that the hotel was once disconnected at the Emelda Sun Club and Simena Comfort). So, Emelda got the first coastline, and Siemens was just scattered. There are lawns in the villa area, but not particularly well-groomed, you can walk around the territory, but it is unlikely that you will feel like in a botanical garden. However, fantastic mountain views and pine trees everywhere do their job, that's why Kemer is here.
A few of my observations. If you go to bed early, keep in mind that you will not be able to do this while living in the main building. The music beats until twelve, and sometimes until one in the morning. Philip Kirkorov, Buzova, "Dobro"... If you do not want to listen to "The color of the mood is black" half the night, it is better to take a room in the villa area, but keep in mind that from there you will have to walk to the restaurant and even more so to the sea. But the hotel has a good location, it is easy to walk to the bazaar for souvenirs.

We rested from 02.09 to 12.09.2024. We come to this hotel for the second time on the territory of the villas. And we knew where we were going and what to expect, BUT as sometimes happens, something went wrong...

After a night flight, we arrived at the hotel at 7.20, the reception staff MEHMET and LEILY (English and Russian) responded quickly to the request for an early check-in and for adequate money (the SERVICE is PAID) provided a good room - 3467 (26m2) with a large balcony and with incomprehensible spots on the wall.We checked in at 8 a.m.
Then everything is FINE as always and there is not much point in telling, everyone will draw conclusions for themselves after visiting the hotel.

I ask you to extend the room, they promise to extend it, but a little later around 11.30 am.I agree and "quietly" show the photo with spots. People immediately understand what IT is - they sincerely apologize , even offer compensation. I refuse money, but I ask for the opportunity to leave the room until the evening anyway, we practically did not spend time in the room (naively believing that the room cannot be used in principle because of mold). They promise to resolve the issue, but only after the general manager YILMAZ arrives at 11.30.
I approach the appointed time at the reception with thoughts of continuing to enjoy my vacation until the evening at the hotel. In front of me, the girl goes to the office to discuss my "problem", comes out after 3 minutes and transmits the words of YILMAZ.NOTHING CAN BE DONE AND YOU NEED TO VACATE THE ROOM BEFORE 12 o'clock.
If you understood me correctly, the general manager YILMAZ did not come out, did not apologize, and apparently he does not care about the REPUTATION and HEALTH of the hotel's customers, especially those who have been coming for the second year in a row.

Entering the sea: who is used to entering from the pier, it just doesn't exist..... And there are simply no regular visits, which are already available in almost all 5* hotels... Well, do not wait for Wi-Fi at sea....He's not there.... So 3+, 4 is the maximum...... There is something for the hotel administration to work on.....
As in any hotel, there are pros and cons.... We lived at Villa 3204 from May 29 to June 4, 2024.
We checked in at night, paid for early check-in, we were brought to the villa, taken to eat and returned back. The adventures began with arrival at the hotel - the hot water in the tap was very cool, of course an adult can wash, BUT we have 4 children!!! We have dealt with this.... In the morning we went to a restaurant and visited the reception. They said about the shortcomings: the bar is not full!the batteries are dead in all the remotes. The door to the room on the second floor does not close, the child does not have a blanket, but just a blanket wrapped in a sheet.... They said they would do everything!
And then bingo, no one did anything!!!!
The next day, the situation repeats itself, only a faint smell of sewage appeared in the second room in the villa. Ants also appeared in the kitchen! They said that too!
And bingo again, the room was cleaned and that was it!!! The next day, accordingly, the trip to the hotel staff took place once more! The same pritensii!!! — again, the phrase now we will fix everything.... Naturally, no one has fixed anything! I'll tell you even more, the room was not cleaned!!! Calling at 16-00 on respeshen, saying why the room was not cleaned, they said that they would clean it today - which did not happen!!!!
The next morning, already on my nerves, I talked in raised tones, all the flaws were fixed! But as a result, I contacted the hotel staff 6 times!!! Oksana gestrelation wanted to make amends for what was happening, and promised to send fruit to the room, BUT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!!! as a result, some blah blah!!!! I don't see any excuses in the work of the staff!!!! The children in the Pool caught rotovirus, and there is supposedly a super water purification system..... It looks like chlorine is the best system for this purification, but the water does not smell of it!!
Regarding nutrition, you will not stay hungry, but the choice of meat and fish is meager 2-3 types no more. The food is the same, not any theme nights and other things. Alcohol is a red label, and balantines and tequila... But first, as always, they will pour something from the local, if you do not ask specifically... Cocktails are a small selection, you will not be able to find something like an aperol... There is only beer and fruit in the beach bar, there are not enough sun loungers, the beach is small, it is forbidden to use the neighboring pier. Strangely, there were no strawberries in the season of fruits and berries!
In general, this is not the kind of hotel that I would like to come to again, even for a low tour price!
We rested from 31.07 to 06.08 2024, arrived at the hotel at 2:50 a.m., the registration took 20 minutes, immediately separated the bracelets and opened a snack bar for us, fed us.
I asked if there was an opportunity to check in right away, but there were naturally no standard rooms available during the peak season. They offered to check into a room of a higher category for 60 euros, we refused.
Leaving their suitcases and bags at the reception, they went to sleep on the sun beds by the pool, spent the night very comfortably, woke up around 6:30 a.m. from local roosters).
We cleaned ourselves up and went to breakfast. After breakfast, we took our things, changed into a SPA, got beach towels and left for a new beach.
We returned for lunch, had lunch and after contacting guest-communication Oksana at 13:55 we were given room 2304 with a view of the pool).

1. All the staff are friendly, friendly and helpful, a lot of Russian speakers.
2. Safe and Wi-Fi in all areas, including villas, are free.
3. The room is old, but large and comfortable, all furniture is made of natural wood, mattresses and pillows are new and comfortable, the air conditioner works fine, the refrigerator is old and not very cold, it was filled with a minibar (beer, soda and water). You can hear the neighbors, and since the room overlooks the pool, it's a little noisy in the afternoon and until 23:00, because animation takes place.
4. The bathroom is generally normal, but the shower head is very old, which is why it is clogged and does not pour very well. There was always hot water.
5. Everything is clean, both in the room, and on the pools, and in all public places.
6. Everything is fine for food too, chicken / turkey/ beef / lamb / fish in various variations every day for lunch and dinner. A lot of fruits: watermelon, melon, peaches have always been there. We failed to try everything in 6 days.
7. On alcohol: there is imported expensive alcohol, but you need to tell the bartender what you want, then they will pour it, because local, but of good quality, interfere with cocktails. The beer at the tuborg gold hotel is very decent.
8. In the confectionery, ice cream is both in packages and in balls, it is delicious.
9. There are two beaches, but we went by tuk-tuk only to the new one, it is freer and more comfortable there, the trip takes three minutes, the wait for a tuk-tuk is rarely more than 15 minutes. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, barefoot is not comfortable. There is a bar with beer and soft drinks on both beaches, as well as French fries, burgers and fruits. We did not climb out from the sea, because we came for it).
10. We were in the pool once for 5 minutes, took a ride on the slide. They are cleaned daily at 6 a.m.
11. We walked around the villas, you can use both the pool and the bar.
12. Pizza is baked and very tasty burgers are made in the snack bar by the pool in the main building.
13. Discos from 23 to 01 are funny, hard trance music mixed with Russian pop, no one dances, but there is a bar))).
14. The TA08 route passes by the hotel, travel to Kemer is 35 liras, to Antalya is 90 liras.
15. In 15-20 minutes on foot, two MM Migros, two BIM and one SOK. Migros and BIM accept dollars.
The hotel is cool, I want to return to it, we had a great rest!
