Next, okay, we watch the movie, the movie is just super, by the way, I advise everyone to watch it especially in the cinema. After watching the movie, we ourselves are looking for how we manage to go down to the parking lot, we find it the third time. After the end of the session, I also did not find any employees, draw conclusions. In fact, today we had a second room in this cinema, in my opinion, these chairs are already asking for wives and the eco-leather has peeled off, well, such a thing. We visited this cinema on January 17. A very unpleasant conversation with the receptionist girl about the fact that you can only enter the hall with those "goodies" that are sold in their buffet, but if the chips are bought on the floor below in the store, this is already a crime. For the first time, consumer rights are being violated in such a way, limiting choice. There are enough cinemas in Minsk, there is a place to go and I think it's not worth visiting a cinema where some local prince comes up with rules from a fool. The hall, by the way, is cozy.

In general, it is not bad, parking is convenient, everything is "side by side" (shops, coffee shops, snack bars, "rocking chair") - few people on weekdays, "comfortable" chairs and so on. However, the ball was shot for the too strange process of allocating session time, so some films and animations are only put on in the evening, and there are no early sessions, well, it is already very "battered". I really swear "to no avail" all over the network (unsubscriptions, empty chatter, Empty promises") - you have already "picked up" the central chairs (armrests and seats), and in the best places in the center of the hall, just which should be taken for 3D or Dolby Atmos sound - their condition is simply depressing, repairs are not carried out on time, although at the ticket price (above the average in Minsk), this procedure is really cheap, etc. it is done at least once every six months / year, even despite the flow of visitors. But, the goals are different and marketing sleeps "soundly" ... In the photo, the chairs of the 4th hall (3D, Dolby Atmos) in the Arena City "Silverscreen" in the center - 4th row, 10th place. The photo was taken on 31.10.2019. Rate it, so to speak...

People began to leave the hall by themselves. Then the employee asked to leave the hall (it was already almost empty at that time). The film was going on non-stop at these minutes. As a result, a lot of people gathered at the checkout. They promised to turn on the film again and asked us to return to the hall. But no one turned it on again. In general, we missed a piece of the film and it was unclear to me further what was going on in the plot. The hall itself is good, the ventilation is excellent. The staff shows that they are unprepared for such situations. It was not possible to buy tickets online in advance, unfortunately, the payment did not go through.As a result, I rate it 4 stars.
