The only advantage of this, if I may say so, hotel is its location.
The city center.
You can reach all famous and popular attractions on foot or by public transport.
Minuses:
There is nothing to improve in this hotel. It doesn't match three stars. In general, there is nothing to award stars for. In essence, this is a flophouse at the price of a hotel, which is located directly in an apartment building. The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality and serve as a bait for gullible tourists. The rooms are not cleaned, dirt is everywhere, dirty floors and walls, dust and cobwebs, mold and mildew on the walls, broken plumbing, towels are not changed, one towel is given per person, the stuffiness is terrible. Families with children have nothing to do here. Allergy sufferers, avoid this place. The rooms are dusty, small and squalid, with cardboard walls. The audibility is amazing, especially at night when suitcases are being rolled, sneezing or flushing the toilet. It is not worth opening the windows at night, because under the windows there is a common balcony-a corridor where people smoke constantly. There were no double beds, only single beds pushed together.
Breakfast is monotonous. Omelet-sausages-margarine (namely portioned margarine)-bread, Vegetables and fruits are not available on the buffet.
The pillows and blankets are terrible, as worn out as possible. The carpet in the room is dirty, stained, burnt in places. The doors are made of cardboard, the handle can remain in the hand if pressed hard. There is fungus and mold in the bathrooms.
I cannot appreciate the friendliness of the staff, because I have never seen the staff in my eyes, except for a lone employee at the reception desk.
Ask, why did you stay and not leave?
We booked through Booking and the hotel took a 100% non-refundable prepayment ((((
Dates of stay at this hotel 09.01.2018 - 11.01.2018
The hotel is declared as a 3-star category. In fact, it's 2.5 stars and another 0.5 stars, probably turned on because of the excellent location.
The sign is unremarkable, at the same time, the front door opens (you need to press the yellow button) and closes automatically. The courtyard is cozy, the reception is on the ground floor near the far elevator. Upon check-in, they are asked to fill out a simple form and give out the keys. Here you can pour yourself tea/coffee for free at any time of the day.
The room can be reached by stairs or by elevator, the latter is quite modern and comfortable. We had room 409 on the 4th floor with a view of the roofs of neighboring buildings and a torn sheet with the number 409 on the door. Everything in the room is very modest, no pink snot in the form of a kettle and comfortable pillows, only hardcore in the form of a micro-cooler that locks with a key) The room has 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, 2 single beds, a table, a chair and a TV, a quite decent hair dryer in the bathroom, liquid soap.
Breakfast is on the 6th floor. Standard set: omelette, sausages, cheese, ham, bread, cereals, croissants, tea, coffee, juice. No frills, but everything is quite edible.
If we consider this hotel as an exclusively place for an overnight stay, then it will do for itself. But if expectations are too high and comfort is needed, then definitely not here.
The hotel, of course, is not three stars, and does not pull three. Oh, very modest! One big towel. something that doesn't change is something! Room cleaning is garbage disposal, wet 1 time in seven days. Soap, only soap, no gel, no shampoo! Two glasses, no plates, no water jug, no kettle either. When asked to give at least a kettle, there was an answer: go down and boil at the reception desk. The breakfasts are monotonous, no vegetables and fruits. They paid more than 4 thousand for the room, and the conditions were only to sleep together. One big plus is the location.
