We stayed at the Irem garden hotel in May with children 7, 9, 12 and 14 years old
Food - the super chefs are great!!! The soup is great!!!
The staff is super!!! Friendly and smiling!!!
They respond dynamically to all requests!!!
10-15 minutes walk to the sea, it didn't bother)))

The pool is good, the slides worked
The sun beds on the beach and in the hotel are good
THE ONLY THING FOR WHICH THERE IS A HUGE MINUS IS CLEANING!!!

I recommend the hotel! We rested from 5.10 to 19.10. Delicious, varied food (fish, chicken, meat, fried and stewed meat, vegetables, fruits, honey in honeycombs). The beach is close, we walked. There is a transfer
in 30 minutes. Lunch at the sea. There is wine, beer. The rooms are clean. The hotel is small. The staff speaks Russian. There are 2 swimming pools. Near the old town of Side, 20 minutes by minibus. There are no animations or evening shows. Quiet!!!! We had a good rest!

I recommend the hotel. A good hotel, you can safely book it, who does not need extra buns in the form of animation. If it's just so that it's clean, you need to book rooms in a new building, and cheaper and older rooms in two old buildings. By the way, mostly elderly German couples and Poles with children are vacationing there, there are very few Russians. There is an on-site bar, a glass of wine or cocktail for 3-5 euros, if not included in the price of the tour. Two pools, one with a slide, depth of 1.4 m, the water is clean. There is a hammam with a massage therapist, but it is expensive ($39). The hotel is cool by the way, I was afraid that three stars would be worse, but no, everything is decent. The staff is great. The food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned. There are 2 old buildings and a new one. The sea is close, there are always sun loungers in the pool and on the beach. In addition to the main meals, there are two additional ones. One of the disadvantages is that the air conditioner in the room was very dirty, it was straight black inside. But it worked perfectly) And Wi-Fi is also available for an additional fee ($ 1 per day) and works erratically at times. But that's the way it is, if you find fault. The sea is clean and transparent, the water is warm. The bottom is flat, there are rocks in places, but there is also a normal entrance. There are waves only in the evening, smooth and quiet in the morning

We had a rest in June 2023. I definitely recommend the hotel. There was no feeling at all that you were in a 3* hotel. The Family room in the new building is clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioners in both rooms worked flawlessly. Cleaning every day, swans were turned, decorated with petals. The food is excellent. If the dish ran out, a new one was immediately brought. Lunch is only on the beach. We tolerate the heat well, it was not a problem for us to be on the beach all day. The beach is sandy. We were satisfied with everything. Thanks to the staff for our good stay!

We went to this hotel in July 2022. It's my first time in Turkey, but I really liked everything. The room was in a new building, everything is clean, the air conditioner works, they clean every day, towels are also changed every day. The staff is polite and helpful! The food was very tasty and varied: fish, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, grilled, cheeses of numerous varieties, pastries, cakes and rolls all the time, cakes ... in general, it was delicious and a lot, there was enough for everyone, fruits and berries ... a free bus went to the sea, but it took 7-8 minutes to walk to the sea! WiFi, however, is paid, $ 1 per day, but it works without interruption! I recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is small but very welcoming.Mostly guests from Germany. Not on the 1st line.The beach is 7 minutes away on foot or by shuttle. They walk every 5 minutes. The beach is decent, there are enough sun beds for everyone at any time. Separately about nutrition. Very tasty, bravo to the chef!

We chose a hotel to go to the old town of Side, took a local minibus, A small cozy hotel, the furniture is really old, but everything is in good order. The air conditioner worked without problems. A balcony with chairs. Bathroom with hairdryer. For a family holiday with a child - a great option!
Its own beach with a bar, soft drinks and food. A free minibus to the beach, we walked more often - about ten minutes walk. A cool pool with a slide.
Wi-Fi is paid, catches on the balcony, not very much in the room.
The food is delicious, varied, we had enough. The staff is polite, but no boom-boom in Russian, one waiter was from Kazakhstan, we communicated through him, bought 5 liters of local olive oil from the chef before leaving, very tasty, transported without problems (checked in luggage).
I recommend it, you won't regret it.

So far, in short: the hotel is excellent, the staff is super, the food is good, the sea is nearby, the beach is sandy, the bar in the hotel and on the beach, meals at the hotel in the morning and evening, lunch at the restaurant on the beach! Daily cleaning, high-quality! Choose a hotel, you will definitely not regret it! I'll add on the money, there are problems with mir cards both at ATMs and in Migros stores, take euros or dollars with you if you have. When buying in migros, the change is in lira, the course is excellent. If there is no currency, change rubles to lira at the airport. And yet, the bus fare costs 16 lira per person, side or manavgat, no difference. So count it . I'll add it later, upon my return.

To be honest, it was the first time we were in Turkey. Why in this hotel? Because the ancient city of Side is nearby and there is a place to walk through the ruins and touch the history. The hotel was chosen based on price and reviews. They didn't regret it at all. I must say right away, if you like a large number of people, lunch queues, evening shows and huge territories, then there is nothing to do here.
A small hotel, the staff is very polite, after a couple of days - almost native.
The room was two-room. Small. Beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe with a safe, a TV, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a balcony with chairs - everything you need to eat. Different drinks are served in the pool bar until 23.00, the food is a little monotonous, but delicious. Fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, pastries ....
Minus one - the sounds of discos from neighboring hotels are loud.... but at 23.30 they end.
The beach is good, the shore is sandy, there are stone inclusions in the water, in which there are many fish. Take a mask, it will come in handy. At the beach bar, they also pour whatever you want, and at 16.00 they give out pies. The bus is running, but we walked for 10 minutes at a leisurely pace.
Well, what else? I recommend a trip to Side.
And here's another thing, WiFi is paid. And ice does not work in the room, it is good outside (on the balcony).

The furniture in this hotel is simple. Plumbing: shower, sink, toilet are good and work perfectly. The food is good, no fast food. They cook delicious. It was said that meat is not very good in Turkey, but not in this hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is cool. A free minibus goes to the beach from 9.30 to 17.00. The beach with its own dedicated territory. The staff almost all does not speak Russian), but there is one waiter who speaks and understands normally. That's quite enough. All the staff are very friendly and even joke around)). If it wasn't for the old furniture, I would have given it 5 stars. By the way, Condey worked great
