I have been working with Chingiz's team for 3 years now. I recommend it 100%. Payment is a bunch of options, I choose which one is preferable. Marriage verification is always clear with a photo report and replacement (if necessary). The guys solve all issues with suppliers themselves. Delivery is clear and on time. Packaging- I drive in a crate- there are no complaints either. The manager is always in touch. Any issue can be resolved in a short time.. high level of professionalism at all stages.

They started working with Chingiz's team in 2021. Throughout the entire period, there have never been difficult situations, the work in the team is very clearly organized from ordering to receiving the goods. All unclear issues are resolved very quickly, they are in touch at almost any moment. I would like to note the excellent work of Olzhas's manager, he tries to solve any issue promptly and efficiently, thank you very much!. I also want to express my gratitude to the managers Ivan and Aibek, with whom we started working at the very beginning, and in general to the entire Chingiz team for their productive work.

This is the first time we applied for the purchase of goods and delivery from China, we had no previous experience.
We worked with the manager Adil. We liked everything very much, Adil contacted a number of sellers, so we were able to choose the product. Next, I think everything is standard Order-Payment-Redemption-Quality Control- Packaging-Delivery. It took 25 days from the moment of payment to arrival at the warehouse in Moscow, and this is in the New Year. The goods arrived at the Northern Gate on January 3. Packed well, no defects found. 700 items were ordered. Thanks to the team, we will definitely come back!!!
