I am 100% disappointed with this operator. I use a SIM card for the Internet in a modem. I always paid GEL 30 per month. This month I made 30 again and suddenly an hour later the Internet disappeared again. It turned out that the money was burned and they will not be returned, because this month the package went up to 32 lari, and in an hour all my 30 lari were burned due to using the Internet outside the tariff conditions. I asked to resolve the issue somehow - obviously, I just didn't know about the promotion, but no. It came to pay a second time and the money was not returned! Along the way, it turned out about some paid services that they managed to "screw" to my SIM card. In general, I'm shocked. Customer focus = 0. Terribly
