We recently returned from Uzbekistan, took an individual tour, excursions and cities were on our request. There are no complaints about the hotels, they were very atmospheric in Khiva and Bukhara. Many thanks to the guides Malika (Bukhara) and Eldar (Samarkand), in Tashkent we did not see all the sights announced in the program. There were problems with the transfer in Bukhara, and therefore we almost missed the train. The submission was agreed at 14.30. In fact, at 15.00, a taxi was called at the hotel and they ran to the train. This is also a minus for the shortened program in Tashkent. Uzbekistan is beautiful with its mosques, madrassas, parks, mausoleums. Special thanks to the driver of the transfer from Khiva to Bukhara for a comfortable trip. In general, everything went fine and I liked everything. Thanks!
We took a tour with my husband from 3.05 to 10.05. I would like to note the positive.
The tour was almost individual, because there were 4 people in the group.
The tour program is interesting and rich. Meetings, transfers and excursions are well organized.
The guides were attentive to the wishes of the group and tried to solve all the problems.
About the disadvantages.
There were some time inconsistencies, we had to solve them in the chat. There was incorrect information about the inability to register online for the flight Urgench- Tashkent.
In fact, registration is possible.
The main thing for which we remove the star is the lack of control over the provision of rooms of the selected category. In the Zarafshon Hotel in Khiva, instead of a 2-bed room, a tiny room with 3 beds and a non-working TV was provided.
We advise you to be attentive to all the details of the tour, check meeting times, hotels and other "little things".
Overall, we liked it.
I liked everything! Special thanks to the guides Lola, Eldar and Malika. They are people in love with their country, who know history and know how to tell it "tasty" (I am amazed by the knowledge of my history, quotes by heart), friendly and welcoming. Transfer in good cars with air conditioning, which is important. The hotels are excellent, especially since you are almost never in the hotel, the staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are just a great feast. Guides recommend interesting places to eat, and as everywhere else - their souvenir shop sellers). I wanted to celebrate a little trip to the mountains, except for the mountains, I saw only a reservoir, and it turns out there could be a winery, but I found out about it later, but I was offered to visit the apiary. There was no guide, only the driver. The driver is very patient and polite, he spent his whole day with me, thanks to him. A trip to the mountains is basically nothing special, no historical monuments, memorable places. Neither entrance tickets nor lunches are included in the price of the tour. Therefore, the price of the tour is too high, I think. It would be more convenient for me to pay the amount where everything is taken into account. Therefore, the tour becomes immediately more expensive if you also pay separately for tickets and so on. I took a train ride, excellent service with breakfast, delicious ice cream, lemonade! During the transfer, they brought you to passport control, then navigate for yourself, which, in principle, is not difficult. The payment was inconvenient for me: prepayment in rubles to the card, the balance in dollars in cash. I prefer to pay in one way and immediately. But I'm still happy with the trip.😊
We recommend this tour operator. We were met on time , the transfer was comfortable , clean , with air conditioning . The breakfasts are standard , there are plenty to choose from . The rooms are really luxurious for this price, the accommodation of hotels in the historical part of the cities. Nodir's guide is polite, well-read, and always tried to help, even in unusual situations. We managed to see a lot of objects , while having enough free time . Visit the silk museum. I also want to mention the winery - a beautiful garden and delicious wine, there are unusual grape varieties. Tashkent was presented in a completely different way, we were pleasantly surprised by the infrastructure. Samarkand , Bukhara, Khiva are so different , and fabulous in their own way , you definitely need to see all 4 cities !
Good afternoon. We would like to sincerely thank your company for organizing and conducting an unforgettable tour. It was very interesting and unforgettable. Our choice of traveling in Uzbekistan was made in favor of the route from Khiva through Bukhara, Samarkand to Tashkent. As it is known in the East, a guest is a holy person for a hospitable host, and in this regard, Khiva welcomed us as the most dear people. The charm of the old town, small streets, a sultry night and a delicious dinner allowed you to tune in to the expectation of the upcoming holiday at the beginning of the trip. And he came. Throughout the trip, we did not leave this feeling, which every day spent in Uzbekistan leaves you with the desire to plunge into this holiday again and again. Bukhara, the hometown of Haji Nasreddin, the capital of the ancient Samanid Hussars, the center of culture, science, and religion of the entire Middle and Middle East. The ancient Kalon Minaret, a majestic monument of the 12th century architecture, looks out for you from its height. Separately, we would like to mention, in our opinion, the best guide on this trip - Malik. Sophisticated, charming, with a wonderful and very deep knowledge of history, culture, everyday life, national traditions and oriental flavor. The two days she gave us will stay with us forever. Samarkand, the ancient capital of Tamerlane's empire, played a key role on the Great Silk Road for more than 2 millennia. The center of attraction is Registan Square, with a magnificent evening music and light show
We were a family of 4 people traveling to Uzbekistan for the May holidays. We visited Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent. From Tashkent, we went to the reservoir and climbed the Chimgan mountains. We traveled between the cities on a comfortable high-speed Afrasiab train. The hotels were great! In general, the tour is organized without any complaints, both at the preparation stage and during the trip. The drivers are all great, we had four drivers in good cars. We were in Samarkand with the guide Madina - it was interesting and comfortable, she easily adjusted to our requests, told us in more detail somewhere. Madina is a very pleasant person in her own right. Malika was our guide in Bukhara. She is a wonderful guide, one of the best I have ever met in different countries! She is as tactful, educated, and intelligent as possible. She talks very interestingly, and is ready to answer any questions in detail. It can draw interesting parallels of rituals in different religions. We really enjoyed communicating with her both as a guide and as a person. In addition, it rained in Bukhara on the second day of our stay, and Malika got umbrellas for everyone. And the driver gave his own. So we didn't get wet.
Nasiba's guide was supposed to be in Tashkent, we heard and read good reviews about her, but unfortunately, on the eve of the tour, we changed the guide and put Anorah. I can't say that Anora is a bad guide, rather, she has her own specifics, which did not suit us very well. We are not Muslims and generally not particularly religious, we are rather interested in culture and traditions, but Anora focuses on religion - so it seemed to us. I will not say that our trip was not a success because of Anora, because there were so many good things, but still the impression was somewhat blurred. It could be brilliant, as the company thinks everything through to the smallest detail. Therefore, we would like to express our great gratitude for the organization and implementation of this unforgettable trip.
Hello! We would like to thank everyone who led our tour for the excellent organization, excellent competent professional guides in all cities of Nigina, Ildara, Malika, Risolat, prompt answers to all questions, convenient transport, excellent selection of hotels. Uzbekistan has left an indelible mark on our hearts! Time flew by like a flash. Beautiful green cities with a rich history, interesting excursions, delicious food - all this made a great impression about the tour and the country! We had the opportunity to communicate only with professional, kind, responsive people. Thank you all! We will recommend the tour to all friends who are interested in Uzbekistan. We hope to come to you again, THANK YOU
We recently returned from a tour of Uzbekistan. The organizers were the Silk Road company.
Overall, we liked the tour. Well-organized transfer, meeting and departure. We were brought to the airport and train stations in advance, but apparently this was as part of reinsurance. The selected hotels completely satisfied us. Solid 4*, good location. The managers were always in touch, you could ask questions in the general chat.
There are a couple of points to the program itself. It seemed to us that there was very little time in Samarkand. We arrived by lunchtime and ran until the evening trying to cover the entire program. For Samarkand, you need at least one full day. But in Tashkent, it was possible to shorten your stay at the winery (honestly, not at all impressed) and leave for Samarkand that same evening.
Otherwise, we are happy with the program, we had time to watch everything.
We were also unlucky with the guide in Khiva, they were replaced at the last moment. An older woman talked rather boring and uninteresting, it seemed hard for her to walk with us ((. Still, more was expected from the guide.
At the same time, Gulnaz was with us in Bukhara for two days, she conducted excursions very interestingly and cheerfully. We are also grateful to Eldar in Samarkand.
If we had a full day in Samarkand and a good guide in Khiva, I would have appreciated the tour for a solid 5! Thank you very much for the organization!
Great company, great vacation! We rested together, took an individual tour, coordinated it, selected the excursions we needed. Already in the process, we had to change the program - we did it, and everything worked out. Excellent guides, always and everywhere at all times. I recommend it if you don't have standard requests. They didn't regret a bit. We went Tashkent - Tien Shan Mountains - Samarkand - Bukhara, mid-April 2024, I attach a few photos - see for yourself. The hotels on the program are threesomes, but very good. Transfers between cities are by train. The food is delicious, the hotel staff and Guides will always tell you restaurants where you can eat delicious food and not only lamb :-)
I especially want to mention the guides' very good Russian language. They say, like the announcers of central television in the 80s, even in Russia you don't often hear such a clean and beautiful language now.
and a few more remarks:
1. If you are flying out of Bukhara, do not leave money on duty free. Exchange them back into rubles, there is no dutik and the prices in it are unreasonable.
2. Buy dried fruits, spices, etc. - it is best in Tashkent, at the market. do not postpone to Samarkand and Bukhara - there is less choice and worse... Chorsu needs to see this. And don't hesitate to bargain! Be sure to take spices! I couldn't find them in Moscow. And pay attention to the Samarkand halva...
It was the first time my friends and I were in Uzbekistan. We traveled with the Silk Road Voyages Travel Agency.
Everything was organized at the highest level!!!
The whole team of the company are great professionals!
Special thanks to Aziza for making an interesting individual tour program for us! Many thanks to Ilham for the quick solution of one problem! I would like to mention the guides Madina in Samarkand and Lola in Bukhara for their professionalism and interesting excursions! We also thank Lola and Kristina in Tashkent, as well as all the drivers are great professionals!
As for Uzbekistan itself, we found ourselves in an oriental fairy tale! What a beauty it is here! 😍
We were in three cities: Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. Each city is amazing in its own way. Tashkent is a large metropolis, and here we tried Uzbek pilaf for the first time.
Samakmand simply charmed us with its beauty! 😍
And in ancient Bukhara, it was as if we found ourselves in the fairy tale "The Magic Lamp of Aladdin" ❤
It is impossible to convey in words, all this beauty needs to be seen! 😍
Uzbekistan is a very beautiful country, all people are very open and good-natured!
We were very impressed and Uzbekistan will always be in our hearts! ❤️
Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience, a comfortable stay, hospitality and good-naturedness of everyone! ❤️❤️❤️
First of all, thank you for the excellent organization! We were on an individual tour of Khiva-Bukhara-Samarkand. Everything is clear, on time, the day before they remind you of the program in whatsapp. They are met at the airport and train station, escorted there. Guides with cars. 3* hotels are good, in Bukhara it is very authentic, in the old city, in Khiva in general inside the walls of the old city! There is a new hotel in Samarkand, a chic two-room suite! Breakfasts are brought individually, a whole table of food ! And all this is very hospitable, with a soul! The guides are excellent, there were 3 of them in each city
everyone is good in their own way! They are trying 100%, a lot of information and just walking, as with old acquaintances, they felt welcome! The program is super-inflated, 3 cities have been completed in 5 full days and all the main goals have been fulfilled, but there is still time for future trips, we hope to return. I recommend flights Moscow Urgench and Samarkand Moscow to everyone, s7 and Aeroflot. The afrasiab Bukhara- Samarkand 2 hour train is very simple and comfortable. Transfer from Khiva to Bukhara by car with a driver: long, 6 hours, but by train the same way...but individually, we managed everything! The driver is wonderful. Culture, history, food, lots of handicrafts and handmade souvenirs at great prices, sunny weather in April, kind and hospitable people - what else do you need for a mini-vacation that you will remember and review photos! Thank you and good luck to you! I wish you to develop and meet even more tourists from Russia every year!
From 04/24/24 to 05/01/24 we traveled around Uzbekistan together with the Silk Road Voyages travel agency. We would like to express our gratitude to all those involved! Everything was organized at the highest level (individual tour Tashkent - Samarkand-Yurt camp-Bukhara-Tashkent), all our questions and wishes were resolved promptly and efficiently. I liked everything-the organization of the transfer, friendly staff, service, hotels, travel along the route, guides, and of course the sights of Uzbekistan itself! I would like to express special gratitude to Lola, the guide in Tashkent (it was very interesting, informative and exciting, and what is not unimportant, very sincere), the driver Azim (I hope I remembered and wrote the name correctly ..., with whom we traveled to the yurt camp together) for attention, comfort and safety on the road. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, a comfortable stay, hospitality and cordiality!
I was on a tour of Uzbekistan on April 21-28, 2024.
Among the positive aspects of the tour:
wonderful people in our group, excellent hotels along the route and friendly staff in them. Also
, moving between Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara was comfortable on afrosiab. An interesting tour of the winery and lunch at the house of local residents in Bukhara. Beautiful architecture and delicious food.
From the negative points: the tour is not worth the money:
1) the first day of the tour - an evening walk from 19.00 to 22.00 in Tashkent is not informative
2) going to the mountains is not going to the mountains (the cable car to the top of the ridge has not been working for half a year, they looked at the mountains from afar, climbed the Chimgan walking cable car when the mountains were already closed and there was no visibility). We were brought to the Chirvak reservoir and dropped off at an observation deck in the distance, so to get to the reservoir we had to hire a driver on an ATV - so-so excursion. For lunch, we were taken to a cafe where the waiters frankly did not want to serve us, the food was not tasty and half of the menu items were missing.
3) it turned out to be very "interesting" in Khiva: we lived in the old city within the fortress, paid a considerable tour fee and when we went on an excursion outside the fortress, we went back for 200,000 soums. (that is, we paid for a tour of the places where we could safely move around)
The cost of the tour is $ 935 without entrance tickets for excursions, lunches and dinners, I consider unreasonable.
In addition, in Tashkent, in the first days of the tour, we were driven
by a dirty minibus, upon arrival from Khiva to Tashkent, they simply forgot about us and did not arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel - we waited for the car for more than 20 minutes at a temperature of +8 degrees. After that, the tour company promised hot tea with lemon at the hotel, but they did not fulfill their promise.
The GUIDE is a wonderful girl, Nafisa, who had a good excursion program, but left us already in Khiva, and with her the tour company.
The sights of the cities of Uzbekistan, of course, are beautiful, but it is very sad that many historical sites are used simply as a bazaar.
We just returned from a trip, an individual tour. I'm thrilled. The organization is wonderful, the hotels are wonderful, the guides deserve special praise - Eldar in Samarkand, Malika in Bukhara. These are people who are passionate about their business - I am grateful to them. The whole trip went off without a hitch. We are very satisfied and already dream of repeating it.
Thanks to the organizers, we enjoyed the tour. Hotels are like in oriental fairy tales, the cities themselves and their sights are a real delight. I also liked transfers: by comfortable cars from the train station and airport, by high-speed train and even on domestic airlines. But there are two points: a trip to the winery and a return flight. We had more than an hour of free time at the winery, we examined almost the entire territory ourselves, then the same thing with a guide. The story about the wine production process was crumpled and uninteresting. As a result, we lost time that we could have spent on a walk on the lake or in Tashkent. It was only upon arrival in Uzbekistan that we learned that it was possible to fly back from Urgench, but they did not have to return to Tashkent. In my opinion, we need to talk about this possibility in advance. But we spent the last day in Tashkent before departure with benefit: we went to the market for spices and sweets, tasted delicious Tashkent pilaf in the pilaf center!
I really liked the tour-interesting routes through 3 wonderful cities, competent caring guides, attentive drivers, such different, but all in their own way atmospheric hotels, delicious restaurants with national cuisine. Small flaws did not spoil the overall excellent impression of the trip!
Thanks to the team! For a well-prepared tour. Your team worked like invisible gnomes, we didn't see you, but you were always there)) Wonderful guys are guides, everyone talked about the history of the country with such awe!! Our 8 days were spent surrounded by professionals!! We wish prosperity to your team, happiness to you and your loved ones!
We thank the agency staff for the excellent organization. Everything was thought out and perfectly organized: accommodation, transfer, organization of excursions ... everything is polite, cordial, hospitable. The volunteers were happy to communicate and answer questions. Guides are an interesting presentation of information, historical facts, sometimes with humor, but more often with oriental wisdom. Despite the busy program, our guides and I did not feel tired. I wanted to visit even more sites... but there are only 24 hours a day ... the organizers were always promptly in touch with any questions.
We really liked it.
A company of 6 people traveled from April 28, 2024 to May 5, 2024, departing from Perm. We visited 3 cities: Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand and a hotel trip to the mountains. Excellent route organization, information support 24 hours in a chat, good hotels with delicious breakfast, transfer (meeting and seeing off) everything is clearly on schedule (drivers arrived 30 minutes before departure, the company sent all train tickets in advance (high-speed between cities, the trip is only 2 hours), interesting guided tours, special thanks to the amazing guide Kristina in Bukhara, greetings from Perm! We were very pleased with the trip, a wonderful country, wonderful and very welcoming people. Thank you very much to Silk road for organizing your vacation, I recommend it
Uzbekistan welcomed us with sunshine, greenery, fresh fruits and vegetables. They were charged for a whole year in a week. Everything was very tasty: pilaf, samsa, sweet tomatoes and lemons. In Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva, majestic portals, beautiful minarets and a huge number of souvenirs for every taste were struck: from bowls decorated with national ornaments to dishes with embossing, skullcaps and silk fabrics woven and dyed by hand.
Thanks to Silk Road for the excellent organization of the trip. With a large number of crossings, everything was perfectly planned. There was no delay, the guide came to the hotel half an hour or an hour before departure. The drivers are very sociable, they answered questions together with the guide.
The best and most beautiful impressions of the trip. All the employees who worked with us, and these are Sahib, Dawlat and Eldar, deserve the warmest words. The main thing is that they love their region and give their love to us. We are always ready to meet halfway, show the best, tell the whole story. They have deep knowledge of the history of the region. Not once during the entire tour did a single slip happen. Once again, many thanks
Good afternoon! I would like to thank Silk Road Voyages for a perfectly organized vacation of an individual tour from 28.10 to 04.11.2023. Route: Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara-Tashkent-B.Chimgan-Charvak reservoir.
Well-planned excursion routes, highly professional guides (Samaritzin in Samarkand and Ilkhon in Bukhara), well-chosen hotels with modern, cozy, clean rooms, a very tasty and varied buffet.
The transfer was carried out on time, without delay, the drivers always helped to carry heavy suitcases, for which they are especially grateful!
We recommend your company to all our friends!
We wish you further success and prosperity!
Sincerely, guests from Moscow Tatiana and Natalia.
We traveled along the Khiva-Bukhara-Samarkand-Tashkent route with children aged 7 and 12. The guys organized an individual tour for us. We took into account all the wishes. The trip went just fine! Excellent guides, excellent hotels in the historical center of the cities, a comfortable transfer service. We just fell in love with Uzbekistan) Thanks!!!
since 03.11. together with your company, we visited sunny and friendly Uzbekistan. Everything was on top - the hotels, the service and the guide. Our guide Nigina is a super professional! It is not given to everyone to know and present the history of their country in this way! I approached other groups several times and, as if by chance, listened to the guides' stories. Oh, no - our Nigina is the best!!!! (no offense to other guides). Such goodwill is still to be found. Thank you for the most interesting tour - we did not even expect such beauty and hospitality. We recommend everyone to come and see it with their own eyes. And people are going to come this season. But there are wishes: I would not like to go on excursions in the evening in buses with tinted windows - nothing is visible at all and it is a pity that we did not see much for this reason. And I also really wanted to visit the ceramics workshop of the Rakhimov family in Tashkent - it is simply impossible to find it on your own in an unfamiliar city in a short time of rest! And so - you are super! Tatiana B. and Galina K. Sakhalin
I want to leave a great review to the travel agency for the vivid impressions of Uzbekistan. The tour was selected and passed without the slightest disappointment, only positive emotions. You are professionals in your field!!! They made us fall in love with 🇺🇿. Prosperity, dear ones, and see you soon!!!
Solid advantages! The overall organization of the tour is excellent. The Ilkhom guide is beyond praise: as a professional in his field and as a charming and very kind-hearted person. The route is interesting and informative. Accommodation, meals - no complaints. In general, I recommend it to everyone. I'm thinking of coming to Uzbekistan again myself - certainly by arranging a new tour in Silk Road V.!
We express our heartfelt gratitude to Silk Road Voyages for the excellent organization of our tour to Uzbekistan (Samarkand - Bukhara - Tashkent) on 20-24.03.2024. Special thanks to Maria's professional manager, who took into account all our wishes and provided assistance in all situations. There was not a single failure throughout the route, the meetings and send-offs were clearly on schedule. Hotels with excellent service. Special thanks and best wishes to our guides, thanks to whom our short vacation became unforgettable: Eldar (Samarkand) excellent knowledge of history, excellent presentation of material, courtesy and dignity; Kristina (and Sabina) - Bukhara - an unusual trip to the Emirate of Bukhara, a divine story and full immersion in history, a guide from God; Lole (Tashkent) - a wonderful story and a walk around the city.
With gratitude,
Nadezhda and Natalia (Moscow)
Thank you for a pleasantly and interestingly organized vacation. Thanks to all the staff of the travel agency for your work and care. A beautiful country, friendly people.I especially want to mention the guides:Nasira (Tashkent), Malika (Bukhara). I wish you success in your work.
Our trip to Uzbekistan with Silk Road Voyages took place from March 10 to 17, 2024. The tour turned out to be individual: only my friend and I. Travel to four cities: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva. We didn't even imagine that our trip would be so wonderful! I'll start with the organization. All the details of the trip, the issues that arose, were resolved by the organizers promptly, tactfully and competently. At all stages, we were met by representatives of the company (drivers or guides) The transport was always on time, the drivers were all professionals. I would especially like to mention the driver in Tashkent, Davlat: responsive, positive, friendly. During the evening tour, he helped to take photos and videos, talked about interesting places in Tashkent. We traveled from Tashkent to Samarkand and from Samarkand to Bukhara on the Afrosiab high-speed train. It is also a special impression. A wonderful driver was also driving from Bukhara to Khiva (unfortunately, we didn't remember his name exactly). He found our Russian songs especially for us, and had a friendly conversation with us about life with them and with us, so that the 7 hours of travel did not seem very tiring to us. And even the landscapes outside the window: the endless desert on all sides. It seemed that you would get out of the car, step on the sand, and you would be covered with heat (although it was plus 5 outside).
They were accommodated in the hotels Old Tashkent, Gur Emir Palace in Samarkand, Kavsar in Bukhara and the brand new Arslan Hotel in Khiva. Each hotel is good in its own way, with a national flavor, excellent breakfast, friendly and high-quality service.
The tour routes are well thought out. We were amazed and fascinated by the parks, markets, fountains of Tashkent, the power and beauty of madrassas, mosques, mausoleums, minarets of Samarkand, trade domes, the Lyabi House ensemble, the Ark Citadel, the Samanid mausoleum of Bukhara, the ancient fortress of Khiva with the Juma Mosque, the Kalta Minor mine, the Pahlavan Mausoleum. And how beautiful are mosaics of all shades of blue and turquoise, Arabic script, carved doors, ganch carvings, multicolored silk carpets and national costumes.
Wonderful guides helped us to understand, feel and love all this beauty. Nodir in Samarkand: a man who told us with great love and passion about the history, architecture, and customs of his country. No matter what questions we asked him, he had an answer to everything. We didn't pay attention to the cool weather or the rain that had been falling all day and were ready to listen to Nodir again and again. (At the meeting, Nodir, having learned that we did not have an umbrella, gave us his own, and mok himself in the rain until we checked into the hotel and took an umbrella there).
Malika in Bukhara impressed us not only with her deep knowledge of the history, architecture, customs and traditions of her city, but also with a well-structured story, a sense of humor, sociability and benevolence. The two days spent with Malika flew by like a flash. It seemed that we had known each other for a long time. It was a pity to part with her.
Once again, many thanks to the company for our wonderful journey. I would like to return to Uzbekistan someday. We recommend Silk Road Vjyages.
We express our gratitude to the Silk Road company for organizing the Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara-Khiva tour. A clear organization, professional guides, excellent hotels, and a quick solution to all emerging issues are the hallmarks of the company's work. One of the important points is the matching of the price and quality of the services provided. We hope to see you again!
We spent an unforgettable 7 days in Uzbekistan! We, 8 people (four married couples), made this fascinating journey thanks to the Silk Road Voyages company located in Bukhara. At our request, an individual tour for 7 days was organized, Tashkent-Samarkand- Shakhrisabz-Bukhara with transfers by Afrosiab. Based on the results of the trip we have already made, we can confidently recommend this company. Everything went perfectly, there's nothing to complain about. A shuttle service was organized in each city, we had a guide, a driver and a comfortable car with us. Wonderful hotels in the old center were offered to choose from. We liked all three hotels we stayed at very much. Drivers who know their business and wonderful guides. We all especially liked Madina, a guide to Samarkand and Shakhrisabz. Special thanks to her!!! But Lola in Tashkent and Kristina in Bukhara are also excellent guides. Overall, we were all very pleased with the trip! Uzbekistan has conquered us with its history, beauty, friendliness, cleanliness and neatness, comfort of hotels, good service and a desire to please tourists in all respects. Thanks to everyone: the company, the guides, the drivers, and the weather, which did not let us down. We traveled in the last week of March. It was warm, sunny, everything was blooming (one rain does not count).
The ideal chain of tour sales and sample service.
I used to admire the way the sales chain in Turkey is arranged – from the selection of tours to the shops where you buy Turkish goods, because they are cheaper than in Russia or so it seems to you. But after visiting Uzbekistan, I realized that sales there are built even less intrusively and more efficiently.
First, our friends who have already visited Uzbekistan and its pearls Samarkand and Bukhara, told us with admiration about these places and thereby sold the country itself.
Since the reviews were great on all points, the first thing we did was contact the same travel agency.
Turovuzbekistan.the Russian Federation has already selected a suitable tour for us, within which hotels and excursions. And already in hotels and on excursions we learn about restaurants and shops, while not as a signal to action and a mandatory visit, but as a good advice to friends. Let's pay tribute to our guides Malika and Madina, it was thanks to them that we experienced the culture and history of Uzbekistan.
Everything was great at all stages of our journey. A clear meeting at the airport, delivery to the hotel, and in the morning acquaintance with the guide and everything is always on schedule and without haste and running around. Instead of 5 hours of the tour, we walked 7 and without additional payments, just out of love for our country. And the kitchen, and the shops, and the market are a separate story in general, everything is a joy and a pleasure.
This is a long-term sale, not only for the tour, but also for your neighbor, for your city, for your country, for its prosperity. I got a good lesson for business, enjoyed the beautiful country and rich history, and at the same time had a rest. We will definitely return to Uzbekistan.
Everything was WONDERFUL, and the organization, and the service, and the staff was responsive, helpful and friendly, and the hotels and breakfasts. thank you very much!
We returned from the tour filled with the best impressions! Everything was organized at the highest level, they met everywhere and conducted excellent excursions.
Excellent organization of an individual tour. There were some magical guides in Samarkand and Bukhara. Sometimes it seemed to me that I did not have time to process all the information from them. Authentic hotels, meetings/transfers, everything went great. I will definitely recommend it!
My friend and I went on a tour from Silk Road Voyages to the cities of Uzbekistan Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara-Khiva-Tashkent (from 06 to 13.10.2023, 7 days). When I ordered a tour from an Uzbek operator, there were worries and doubts. Everything turned out great! Thank you, Silk Road Voyages!
Oriental fairy tale - 3M (mosques, minarets, madrasas)! I could not decide where I liked it more: multicolored Samarkand, the old city of Bukhara with its streets and shopping domes, or Khiva, which struck me with its compactness and the fact that ordinary people live next to monuments. It was interesting to look at the Kyzyl Kum desert, the Chimgan Mountains, cotton cultivation and try on oriental clothes, as well as cook wedding Bukhara pilaf and flatbreads in tandoor. Why did I go to Uzbekistan? For 50 shades of blue and turquoise! I couldn't get enough of majolica, ornaments and Arabic script! Uzbekistan surprised and amazed! I learned a lot of new things. If someone is thinking about going or not, definitely GO!
Special thanks to our guide Nigina! Interesting and informative excursions, positive and cheerful attitude, always helped to solve certain issues!
Organization of the tour at the highest level! Comfortable transfers, transfers by Afrosiyob trains, flights from Urgench. Time flew by imperceptibly. We were always helped with our heavy suitcases! And, of course, accommodation in hotels (Tashkent - Old Tashkent, Samarkand - Arhan Palace, Bukhara - Sahar Boutique, Khiva - Zarafshon Boutique). When we came in from the appearance of inconspicuous hotels, the first words were AWESOME! Beautiful, and somewhere luxurious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious and rich buffet breakfast. I recommend it!
A small fly in the ointment. On the last day we had an overnight tour at the Uzumfarmer winery: not an interesting tour, poor rooms and a meager breakfast, distance from Tashkent. I would advise to exclude this excursion from the tour. It is better to leave time for a walk around Tashkent.
Silk Road Voyages and I recommend this tour!
Many thanks to the organizers of the New Year's Uzbekistan tour from January 2 to January 6. Julia, Maria - promptly answered all questions, drove like home. We learned a lot from the story from Ilkhom, I was able to intrigue that I wanted to study some points in more detail. Hotels are selected in national traditions, cuisine-I love the East. We regret that we did not take a tour with Khiva. But there will be a reason to come back.
Great team! Everything was clearly organized, met everywhere, settled in hotels, conducted. I would especially like to mention the professionalism, goodwill, love for their work of the guides: Eldar (Samarkand); Kristina (Bukhara), Nigina (Tashkent), as well as the driver for the transfer to Bukhara - Sabina, a responsible and positive person. Cool tour: "Golden Triangle", wonderful people. THANKS A LOT to the team!
Our trip to Uzbekistan took place from March 29 to April 05. Upon arrival, we immediately changed the money (rubles are also changed!), then bought a local SIM card, as recommended by the organizers. We were met, brought to the hotel, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, minus that the porridge was too sweet))) From the beginning to the end, the guide Ilkhom was with us, a guide around the country, thank him for the warm welcome and acquaintance with Uzbekistan! The trip was comfortable, it's definitely worth going! Getting to know this country changes your attitude towards it🙏🏻 a lot of guests from Italy, France, China... come to look at the beauty and be inspired! Thank you for the good organization of our trip!
We ordered a week-long tour with a family of 3 people: Samarkand-Bukhara-Tashkent from 12/28/2023. The company's employees have worked 100%.. The administrators were always in touch, answering any questions that arose. Meeting at the airport and train stations, transfer everything is planned and organized, without delays and delays. The hotels are all on the level. The company helped with the organization of the New Year's Eve.
The excursions are wonderful. Special thanks to the guides Malika and Eldar for informative excursions and creating a warm atmosphere. Great company.
I thank the company for the high organization of the trip. Everything was at the highest level: an excellent program, a great guide, luxury hotels. Everything is very well worked out, I highly recommend this tour company. Bravo!!!
We traveled to Uzbekistan with this company. The price on the market is the same as the others, but Silk Road Voyages has a richer program, and most importantly, Khiva is included!!! And even with the flight Urgench-Tashkent.
Everything is organized perfectly. The hotels are all gorgeous!!! Transfers are all organized from and to.
If there were any problems or wishes, everything was solved promptly. As the head said: "We will make everyone happy!" :) Which speaks of professionalism, reputation and care for the guests of Uzbekistan.
I will recommend it to all my friends. To Uzbekistan only with you! Thank you very much.
We had a rest with a company of 10 people. Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara. Everything is organized perfectly, nice drivers met everywhere, the hotels are super, all the guides liked it very much! We will be happy to come back again! Thank you very much for the tour!
Silk Road Voyages organized our trip for 6 people in October 2023 on the Tashkent (Chimgam) route- Samarkand (Shakhrisabz)- Bukhara-Khiva. The company was completely unfamiliar to us, but from the very beginning of communication it proved to be a true professional in its field, and in all aspects, starting with the elaboration of our individual program with numerous requests and questions, in terms of payment for the tour and its organization itself. Not a single glitch or delay. Transfers and hotels were always waiting for us and there were no problems. Special thanks to our guide, who was with us all the days of the tour - Shukhrat. Always on a positive wave, ready to help, find the best place for photos and lunch. And his knowledge of architecture, religion and love for his country can only be admired! Our first acquaintance with Uzbekistan exceeded our expectations. We would like to express our gratitude to all the employees of the companies who have been in touch with us all this time - Ilkhom, Yulia, Nigina, Maria. Good luck in your desired business!

When I was planning a trip to Uzbekistan with my 9-year-old daughter, it was important for me to make a tour so that we would have a completely free day in each city. I accidentally came across Silk Road Voyages in VK. I didn't have any recommendations, I read the reviews and took a chance. I was even afraid of my idea, since it was necessary to send an advance payment without visiting a travel agency and in general it was unusual. But! Already before the trip, Silk Road Voyages began to show their professionalism in organizing, caring for tourists and now I can give the best recommendations to this travel agency myself!!!
Many thanks for organizing our vacation, for timely transfers (we had a tour to 3 cities), for super cool hotels - here I know that I say I run a hotel in St. Petersburg myself. To the wonderful guides, especially to the girls Lola and Kristina, who understand the needs of tourist girls in photos and everything else.
We really liked everything! Only raptures and no complaints! I recommend this organization to everyone.
And one more detail that shows the quality of Silk Road Voyages' work - they had the most beautiful sign of the greeters))) all other companies wrote almost by hand in the pictures)) and we approached our drivers like queens! I recommend it!
Uzbekistan is beautiful. All the cities we visited are amazing in their own way, each is unique.
Good organization of the tour, minor problems that appeared were solved immediately. A guide with a good sense of humor;). Thanks!
Excellent organization of the tour, you can make changes to the contract, all hotels are for five balls. The transfer is also excellent, the guides are excellent. I will recommend it to my friends and family.
Thank you to the employees, all the best to you.
I went with them on a 6-day almost individual tour of Uzbekistan: Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand. I am very satisfied with the tour, the price/quality ratio is good
At first I wanted to finish my trip to Urgench, but then I would not have considered the splendor of Tashkent in the light of day, and this was IMPORTANT to me. I really enjoyed the trip. She appreciated the attentiveness and conscientiousness of the managers (they noticed the discrepancy of the departure date in time), the erudition of the guide, she answered our questions even AT the END of the TOUR. thank you very much!
