I won't give you 5 points, there are disadvantages. We lived in a superior room on the 2nd floor. The room is spacious, even too much, as the huge empty space looks strange. The bed is huge, the mattress is good, the linen is ok, the towels are good too. Cleaning every day, thorough. But there are significant disadvantages: there is no tulle on the huge windows, which is strange, either thick curtains or an open window for viewing. The table is wobbling, about to fall. The bathroom is tiny with such a huge room. The location of the hygienic shower and toilet paper is for the equilibrist. Those who designed the rooms can be given a setback, people just don't understand what they are doing. The refrigerator is ancient and old. The floor lamp is worth it, but it can't be connected anywhere;)), there is no outlet.
Breakfast: the first day we came for breakfast and everything was empty! They apologized to us, but this is not an option, you pay for a room with breakfast, not a room with apologies. The coffee is terrible and for the money, 35,000 soums. Definitely don't take it, drink tea in a tea bag. Things were better for the next few days, but breakfast still wasn't good for the price. Although the waiters are very pleasant and friendly, there are no questions at all.
The staff is generally well-trained. It is clear that their work is strictly controlled, which is a plus.
We found a driver for the trips, but unfortunately, he turned out to be some kind of chatterbox in Uzbek, although they promised good Russian and knows absolutely nothing about his region. In general, he's not much of a guide. By the way, it was interesting that when we stopped for lunch at the teahouse, he considered it absolutely normal that we pay for his lunch :)) in other regions, drivers either paid for themselves or did not eat at the teahouse, if we liked the person, then we invited him to dine with us. In general, I am not happy with the driver recommended by the hotel. Keep this in mind and better check their knowledge of the language you need in advance. This man couldn't tell us anything, he was always telling us something in Uzbek :)))
I'm giving you 4 points because I'm making a discount on the region. Otherwise, I would have set it to 3. The guys at the reception are excellent, very professional, but this does not save the situation.

Silk Road Kokand Hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It is within walking distance from the main attraction of Kokand, the Khudoyar Khan Palace, which was very convenient for our family, as we wanted to explore the historical heritage of the city.
The room we stayed in with the children was large, very comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help at any time.
The hotel's restaurant serves a variety of dishes. The kitchen was simply amazing and the service was top notch. It is especially pleasant to order dinner in a gazebo in a beautifully manicured area with greenery and beautiful flowers.
Overall, the Silk Road Kokand Hotel left me with only positive impressions. It offers excellent service, excellent cuisine, comfortable rooms and a convenient location in the city center. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Kokand.

Location 10. The rooms are stylish, everything is made of wood. The beds are comfortable, cleaned every day. The toilets are clean. But: I found two half-dead cockroaches. The view from the restaurant is such that a cold breakfast no longer worries. I would have sat there all day. And the interior of the restaurant is just fire.

A wonderful hotel near the main attraction of the city, the Khan's Palace. Spacious rooms, air conditioning, mosquito net on the windows. The hotel has a courtyard with gazebos, where you can have dinner in the evening. There is a table tennis table in the courtyard. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good Wi-Fi. A good hotel, the staff is polite and sociable. The rooms are large and spacious, everything a tourist needs is in the room, but there is one disadvantage (all towels are very hard and over-dried), there are very few hangers (plaques) in the room. The arrival was terrible, I had luggage in both hands, no one helped me carry them. There was no bathrobe in the room, the towels were terribly old. The TV is too uncomfortable. the shower does not have all the necessary appliances. I do not know where so many good reviews come from. or it used to be cool here. But now .

We spent quite a long time choosing a hotel in the Ferghana Valley, and when we found Silk Road, we decided to live in it all week, and go to other cities from Kokand - and we did not lose! The hotel is new, the rooms are very spacious and have high ceilings and windows. We had room 206 - it had a magnificent view of the garden. The location is excellent - less than 10 minutes on foot to the Orda Palace and tea house; the same to the nearest ATM and Totli Holva store; 10 minutes by taxi to the train station and the central market. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied - there are fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, cottage cheese, pancakes, sweets, nuts, delicious halva; you can also order porridge (rice / semolina/oatmeal) and an omelet. Coffee for breakfast is only instant, but for 25 thousand you can order from a coffee machine. Surprisingly, during the week of stay, the breakfasts did not bother, because the wide selection allowed us to constantly try something new. The hotel has a magnificent garden, very stylish and well-maintained; it is great to sit in gazebos both in the heat, hiding in the shade, and in the evening, enjoying the silence. You can also order food from the hotel's restaurant there, and you can also have breakfast there. The cleaning is very high quality, towels and linen were changed 4 times in 7 days, it was especially striking that we did a full cleaning the day before the eviction - we have not seen this in any hotel. And we must say separately about the staff - we have never seen such customer orientation even in luxury 5-star hotels. We are ready to help you at every step, as well as make your stay as comfortable as possible in all available ways. Employees carefully monitor cleanliness, and cups / ashtrays left in the gazebo are taken away literally a couple of minutes after leaving; at breakfast, what is over is regularly brought, and napkins and dirty dishes are instantly removed from the tables. And it's just really nice that the staff are friendly and friendly all the time. Among the household amenities: very inexpensive and high-quality ironing (one dress costs 15 thousand); good wifi (for laptops they provide a dedicated network); there are brushes, paste, shaving kits, shampoos and gels in the bathroom; mattresses and pillows are very comfortable; blackout curtains; air conditioners work very well. If you want to feel all the hospitality of the Ferghana Valley, start with this magnificent hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. I really liked the hotel , the awesome courtyard , even the courtyard , very much resembles a manor , there were English- speaking foreigners and French. The breakfast is good, they offered an omelette or porridge (although I would have eaten both dishes), the service is good, the rooms are large.
