A good hotel, the staff is polite and sociable. The rooms are large and spacious, everything a tourist needs is in the room, but there is one disadvantage (all towels are very hard and over-dried), there are very few hangers (plaques) in the room. The breakfasts are rated good (no coffee machine, few juices, very few hot dishes).
A wonderful place! The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel has a good restaurant. Everything was perfect.
Nice hotel in the Valley: fast internet, clean, fresh, the staff is excellent! The guys at the reception speak all major languages fluently. Breakfast is a little poor.
A great hotel, a beautiful place, a beautiful garden. Breakfast without a coffee machine, this is the only minus, in general, it is varied and delicious, I liked the food. The room is comfortable, everything you need is provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend
Location 10. The rooms are stylish, everything is made of wood. The beds are comfortable, cleaned every day. The toilets are clean. But: I found two half-dead cockroaches. The view from the restaurant is such that a cold breakfast no longer worries. I would have sat there all day. And the interior of the restaurant is just fire.
Silk Road Kokand Hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It is within walking distance from the main attraction of Kokand, the Khudoyar Khan Palace, which was very convenient for our family, as we wanted to explore the historical heritage of the city.
The room we stayed in with the children was large, very comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help at any time.
The hotel's restaurant serves a variety of dishes. The kitchen was simply amazing and the service was top notch. It is especially pleasant to order dinner in a gazebo in a beautifully manicured area with greenery and beautiful flowers.
Overall, the Silk Road Kokand Hotel left me with only positive impressions. It offers excellent service, excellent cuisine, comfortable rooms and a convenient location in the city center. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Kokand.
Thank you, Silk Road Kokand Hotel, for a wonderful stay!
Great hotel!
Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful.
The room has a nice design, good comfortable furniture, snow-white towels, refrigerator, hair dryer.
The staff is polite and friendly!!
The breakfast buffet is amazing!
I recommend it!
Great hotel. The rooms are new, good plumbing and furniture, clean. The restaurant serves European dishes for breakfast, Uzbek sweets. Alcoholic beverages are available for a fee. The staff is friendly. Overall, the hotel is excellent.
The arrival was terrible, I had luggage in both hands, no one helped me carry them. There was no bathrobe in the room, the towels were terribly old. The TV is too uncomfortable. the shower does not have all the necessary appliances. I do not know where so many good reviews come from. or it used to be cool here. But now .
It's not worth the price.
The hotel is great, but I rent 2 stars, for deceiving people, for example, they charged me $ 6 for registration, although you can stay in Uzbekistan without registration for 15 days, and we were only only 7 days! Don't deceive people!
A wonderful hotel near the main attraction of the city, the Khan's Palace. Spacious rooms, air conditioning, mosquito net on the windows. The hotel has a courtyard with gazebos, where you can have dinner in the evening. There is a table tennis table in the courtyard. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good Wi-Fi. Cosmetic kits in the bathroom, hygienic shower.
It's a great place. Cozy spacious rooms, good breakfasts, there is an open kitchen with gazebos - it is convenient to cook by yourself or do a cooking class
A cozy corner in Kokand, excellent, attentive staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable, due to the garden in the courtyard, the air is clean and cool
We spent quite a long time choosing a hotel in the Ferghana Valley, and when we found Silk Road, we decided to live in it all week, and go to other cities from Kokand - and we did not lose! The hotel is new, the rooms are very spacious and have high ceilings and windows. We had room 206 - it had a magnificent view of the garden. The location is excellent - less than 10 minutes on foot to the Orda Palace and tea house; the same to the nearest ATM and Totli Holva store; 10 minutes by taxi to the train station and the central market. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied - there are fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, cottage cheese, pancakes, sweets, nuts, delicious halva; you can also order porridge (rice / semolina/oatmeal) and an omelet. Coffee for breakfast is only instant, but for 25 thousand you can order from a coffee machine. Surprisingly, during the week of stay, the breakfasts did not bother, because the wide selection allowed us to constantly try something new. The hotel has a magnificent garden, very stylish and well-maintained; it is great to sit in gazebos both in the heat, hiding in the shade, and in the evening, enjoying the silence. You can also order food from the hotel's restaurant there, and you can also have breakfast there. The cleaning is very high quality, towels and linen were changed 4 times in 7 days, it was especially striking that we did a full cleaning the day before the eviction - we have not seen this in any hotel. And we must say separately about the staff - we have never seen such customer orientation even in luxury 5-star hotels. We are ready to help you at every step, as well as make your stay as comfortable as possible in all available ways. Employees carefully monitor cleanliness, and cups / ashtrays left in the gazebo are taken away literally a couple of minutes after leaving; at breakfast, what is over is regularly brought, and napkins and dirty dishes are instantly removed from the tables. And it's just really nice that the staff are friendly and friendly all the time. Among the household amenities: very inexpensive and high-quality ironing (one dress costs 15 thousand); good wifi (for laptops they provide a dedicated network); there are brushes, paste, shaving kits, shampoos and gels in the bathroom; mattresses and pillows are very comfortable; blackout curtains; air conditioners work very well. If you want to feel all the hospitality of the Ferghana Valley, start with this magnificent hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The rooms are modern, there is everything you need (slippers, bathrobes, shower sets, shaving, dental kit). There is a hygienic shower. There is a refrigerator and a tea set in the room.A wonderful breakfast.Excellent territory with landscaping.
We haven't had a better hotel in Uzbekistan in ten days. The building is new, the rooms are just huge, the breakfasts are amazing, the staff is well-trained and very attentive! If I had returned to Kokand, I would not have thought for a second where we would stay - only there!
A wonderful hotel. Clean, quiet, very polite and considerate staff. A good breakfast is included. Restaurant: European-style cuisine, but not very good, but excellent gazebos. Unfortunately, there are almost no national dishes.
We stayed for 1 night. I really liked the hotel , the awesome courtyard , even the courtyard , very much resembles a manor , there were English- speaking foreigners and French. The breakfast is good, they offered an omelette or porridge (although I would have eaten both dishes), the service is good, the rooms are large.
The hotel building is new, located in the city center. The interior is seasoned, there is no gold in the interior) we got a junior suite, we fit a big family. The breakfast is good, there is a parking place if you travel by car
The service is good, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The only negative is the high price per room, as well as an excellent hotel
A good hotel, a delicious breakfast, the rooms are clean, if something is wrong, the staff promptly repairs to the best of their ability. They clean very well and often. The only downside is a bad, very bad Internet connection.
Excellent hotel and service. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast can be slightly improved. The hotel has its own garden. I recommend.
The service is at the highest level! The receptionist is very polite. We were in March, the download was incomplete, we were kindly moved from the standard to an improved room (they offered it themselves). Nice beds, bed linen and just the perfect bathroom! There is parking, a garden behind the hotel with gazebos. The buffet breakfast is standard, the choice is large, everything is delicious. Not far from the central attractions. As of March, the standard cost 600,000 soums/day.

A very cozy hotel, perhaps the best in Kokand. We had a huge room on the top floor. Everything is very comfortable, friendly attentive staff and incredible cleanliness. A beautiful well-maintained garden with gazebos, in which a table is served at your request for dinner.
The amazing work of the staff and the restaurant, attentive and careful attitude to the guests and their children.
Breakfasts are a fairy tale! I was regularly late, but I was never left hungry.
The hotel looks good, but there was a terrible supply of oil in the room, since their kitchen/ restaurant is on the same level with the room.
There is no ventilation in the room((
The staff is so-so, not responsive, they seem to be trying to fix the problem but without going into the essence (((.
We tried to fix the problem with the fan))
There is no toothpaste and a brush (they probably forgot).
It's not worth the money, it's a pity....
