We stayed in May 2023 as part of a tour group. Advantages: a good location, an interesting concept dedicated to the dynasties and rulers who left an important historical mark in the history of the Silk Road. Inside the hotel on the 2nd floor there is a small museum dedicated to this. Well, that is, not a museum, but part of the interior and part of the concept. Everything is new and clean. Excellent beds, high-quality textiles. I would rate the breakfasts at 4, but you will not stay hungry. There is too much flour for my taste (pancakes and rolls of all varieties). But it's a matter of taste. Another of the disadvantages is that it's a little noisy outside the windows. But the hotel is just entering the market and therefore sooooo trying. Well, there are nuances everywhere, this case is very difficult. In general, I did not disappoint, it was pleasant, convenient, and polite.

The only thing that spoils the impression is that in addition to the cost of living, they take a tourist fee from above (and it is included in the cost of living and they did not take it anywhere else during the entire trip), they wind up VAT on it, in addition, when paying in rubles, they recalculate the amount at the cosmic rate. As a result, instead of $ 728 (9,107,000 soums) I was forced to pay $902 (11,279,624 soums). That's the price of ostentatious hospitality. The only hotel in the entire trip from Nukus to Tashkent, where guests are deceived like this. As a result, the impression of the hotel is negative.

A new hotel with a good renovation, comfortable bed and clean rooms. I lowered the rating for a rather intrusive service that came from a senior manager. We didn't like the endless requests to put a score of 10 on the booking. Well, the biggest problem is the inability to pay for your stay with a card! This is a basic necessity and no gilded chairs and mannequins in national clothes will replace it! I didn't really like the increased attention of the restaurant staff at breakfast - they don't take their eyes off the vacationers like eagles - it's not comfortable. Plus, the hotel needs to buy a second coffee machine - queues line up periodically for coffee.

Nice new hotel. It is located not far from the city center. When choosing a room, pay attention to the fact that most of the windows overlook the interior of the hotel, which is not very comfortable. There is no information about this when ordering a room. Check at the reception. The breakfasts are standard, there is an open veranda, but you can't see anything from it. The staff is helpful.
