The hotel is amazing! First of all is the staff. They are fantastic and always helped us with all questions. It’s great! At breakfast we always had fruits and vegetables, so it’s really cool. Every day our room was cleaned. The location is good too, not far from airport (20 min from by taxi) and 5 min by walk to the subway. Our room was nice, the beds were comfortable, room was warm (air conditioning included). I will recommend this hotel 10 by 10!

I really liked the hotel
Lots of pros and a few cons
PROS:
1. Location - near the metro, bank (do not change), shop, pharmacy, coffee shop
2. Excellent reception staff - really liked it
3. It is possible to order room service
4. The hotel is new and maintained in excellent condition.
5. Towels, toiletries, etc. - daily change
Overall, everything is great, except:
CONS:
We were on the 20th of March, 2025
It rained all 3 days
1. The heating has already been turned off, and heated towel rails are not provided in the rooms - accordingly, it is difficult to dry wet clothes.
2. The hot water got to room 409 by subway - it took a long time to wait and it was just warm - so warming up under a hot shower is no longer an option.
I give 5 stars
There probably won't be any water problems on the 1st or 2nd floor.

We recently stayed at the Silk Road Hotel in Tashkent at 3rd Ave. 83 Navbahor and spent five nights there in a deluxe room. I have only positive impressions!
Number:
It was spacious and comfortable, with a very wide bed, which was especially pleasing. It was located on the ground floor, which turned out to be convenient. The room has all the necessary amenities, and the hotel itself is generally maintained in excellent condition. There were no problems with water supply, electricity, cleanliness, order, cleaning and the Internet.
General atmosphere and facilities:
The front door of the hotel is very beautiful, which immediately creates a pleasant impression. The lobby has all the amenities, including ATMs, which proved useful.
Breakfasts:
They are served in a buffet style, the dishes are very tasty and varied. It was especially nice to see a lot of national sweets, which adds a local flavor. Once we even caught live piano music during breakfast – an incredibly pleasant bonus!
Staff:
Polite, attentive and always ready to help. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent knowledge of foreign languages, which makes communication comfortable.
In general, the Silk Road Hotel is a great option for staying in Tashkent, combining comfort, a cozy atmosphere and a high level of service. We recommend it!

The hotel is new, fresh, clean. Good location within walking distance from the metro.
I put a three because there are a number of disadvantages:
- although the breakfast is a buffet, it is modest and monotonous
- unreasonably expensive, $60 per night. Moreover, they have different tariffs for locals and foreigners
- The greedy hotel wants to make money on everything and get money out of you at any cost. So for the fact that my wife stayed in the room for 2 hours in the evening before the plane, because she left 3 days before me, they shook off 200 k sums from me. They also demanded to pay almost half the cost of 1 night for the fact that my wife stayed 1 night with me, although I had already booked a double room.
There was an unpleasant aftertaste.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, stylish, the plumbing is modern, stylish, everything is in working condition. Super comfortable mattresses and cool lightweight, airy and warm blankets. There is a separate respect for the ironing board and iron in the room. A good breakfast. Great location. At night there is silence, you really rest, no one and nothing disturbs your sleep. Helpful guys at the reception. In general, I strongly recommend the hotel. I will be in Tashkent, I will not even consider other hotel options, I will stay here!

There are some nuances in the decoration and repairs in the rooms, but this is a question for the builders and those who accepted this work from them, but this is a topic for a separate assessment.

An amazing hotel!!! With all amenities and daily cleaning up to the change of linen. The entire staff is friendly, competent in all matters and attentive to the guests. Very nice hotel, newly renovated, excellent rooms. Good breakfasts, very friendly staff - they help with everything.
But there is a complete lack of sound insulation in the rooms. You need a hotel to sleep in it.
You can hear coughing in the next room, flicking switches, going to the toilet. All night long, the guests walk around, close the doors of the rooms and it rumbles all over the corridor. The elevator noise is very audible at night. It is very stuffy in the room even with the window open, and the ventilation is also much noisier than usual in hotels. As a result, two nights at the hotel - both without sleep. This is not the kind of vacation you enjoy.

Nice hotel. We had a suite, a spacious room, but a small table was missing next to the sofa. Of the cons, the problem with Wi-Fi was just constantly knocked out, periodically, to talk on the phone, I just switched to roaming. There is an ironing board and an iron in the room, and all hygiene products are in the bathroom. Good breakfasts, live piano music. Some rooms have balconies. The entrance to the hotel is well thought out, convenient check-in for suitcases. The hotel has an elevator. I didn't have to lift the suitcase up a single step, which was very gratifying. Geographically, I also liked it. It took 11 minutes to get to the airport. To the city center by taxi on average 10-15 minutes.

disgusting!!! The room was booked from October 16 to October 19 through Booking, the room was confirmed. A month before arrival, I wrote in the chat that our check-in would be around 23:00, since the train arrives after 21:00, and whether it is possible to have a room on a higher floor, if possible. They thanked me and indicated that the room was booked on the 3rd floor. When we arrived at the hotels, tired after a long journey, the girl at the reception desk first began to tell tales about a system failure, etc., and that there was no electricity, well, and eventually led us to the fact that there are no available rooms in the hotel! When asked that I had confirmation, and that it was already late in the evening and in general this should not happen, she spread her hands and suggested that we move to another hotel, like from their branch network. BUT, we did not choose this hotel, plus it had a lower rating, and of course I was not satisfied with it. After a long conversation, she suggested another one, which is not even on Booking, but according to reviews on Yandex, it turned out to be a kind of hostel. Then we were offered a room, but they said you would look at it first, there are questions about it, and then we will solve it. The room turned out to be on the ground floor, and it is adjacent to the laundry room, which works from 7 to 21, and the young man from the reception said that it was simply not possible to be comfortable there, since it was very noisy all day! I think that the situation developed according to the following scenario - the guests who lived in the room next to the laundry insisted on being moved, and just our room turned out to be useful. In any case, we could have warned in advance about a difficult situation and we would not even have gone to this PLACE, you can't call it a hotel, but would have gone to another hotel! Neither the next day nor the next, no one from this place even called, just to apologize for such a pig! In general, the meaning of my message is that you just don't care about the guests, and even with confirmation in your hands, you can stay outside!

Wow, I ran into this hotel in the middle of the night and found that their business was so good that they were fully booked. There are a lot of parking spaces here.
The hotel is refined, elegant and comfortable. Breakfast is especially rich and includes not only a variety of delicacies, but also rolls, yogurt and a variety of fruits.
This hotel actually has two charging stations for fast charging. Everyone in Uzbekistan uses Chinese standard chargers, which are not suitable for our car. We searched for many and tried for several days, but they were impossible to use.
The manager and the staff found out that the Malaysian brand electric car owned by a couple from China and Malaysia traveling around the world has a European standard charging outlet, so they specifically allowed us to use a regular outlet on the wall of the hotel for charging. They were so kind and enthusiastic. Thank you so much for their help.

I can only say about the advantages. The hotel is new, you can only tell how four or five months have opened. We were lucky - there were few guests, there was a friendly and helpful staff. Plus, there is an ATM for currency exchange on the 1st floor. The breakfasts are not very varied, but there are plenty to choose from and we did not leave hungry.
