I ordered the SILENT INVISIBLE VN internal door from SILENT at Mira 1.
1) Quality. A curved door leaf, due to deformation, the door is blown through, there is a loud whistle when the door is closed, which stops only when the lower corner of the door leaf is tightly pressed against the frame. Repair specialist Alexander tried to align the canvas manually twice, argued and proved that everything was in the tolerance and was the norm, the only thing he agreed with was that the door was not worth the money.
2) Noise insulation. The door perfectly transmits noise and conversations from the common corridor, even when ordering the additional option “vibration insulation". An employee of the company could not provide information about the characteristics of the mineral wool used to fill the door leaf.
3) Deadlines. The door was made on the 73rd calendar day after the conclusion of the contract and the advance payment.
4) Maintenance. They are slow to respond to requests, and often had to be reminded after a week.
On the positive side, the door has a pleasant appearance, the defect in closing the upper lock has been fixed, and the defective peephole has been replaced.
The result is that the door did not meet expectations, for this price you expect a better result. The worst purchase of 2024.

I ordered a door from these guys many years ago, it turned out not badly, I decided to order the interior doors and the entrance to the country house again. And then, to be honest, I was very disappointed. In fact, I've been waiting for more than a week to fix the issues.
If there is an opportunity to choose another company, I suggest you use it!!!

This company was recommended to me by a friend, he had previously ordered doors from them for himself and his mother-in-law, and was satisfied with the purchase. I followed their example and ordered an entrance door with a smart lock for my home. The manager also helped to choose the accessories: lock, handles, trim. The door meets the definition of "price-quality"!!! . They were brought and installed efficiently. Me and my family, we were satisfied, I recommend the company and the salon!👏👏👏

Perhaps until 2022 the company valued its reputation, but today in 2024 things are different. I ordered the COMFORT 2XL door, as it turned out later, the description of the door on the website does not correspond to the declared design, namely, along the perimeter of the door leaf there is not a tubular profile, but a "P"-shaped profile. The consultant, realizing that just how to do it would not work, began to be rude to me in every possible way and offered to terminate the contract. The door was made, the tubular profile had to be paid separately and everything had to be controlled by yourself. Request a photo of the door frame from the workshop.

I couldn't order two doors, because communication with the manager Andrey was catastrophically similar to the dialogue of another client with a thimble.
By some miracle, the deception was revealed, but, of course, it was stated that it was just a mistake (DO NOT BELIEVE YOUR EYES!!), to apologize - yes, for nothing.!!
Even a big discount was then offered by the boss, but too disgusting.
